So I went 15 hours without food. - Ceiling light was "broken" and falling off. The light would not turn off, so I went 15 hours with no sleep. Overall very rude and low standard service."

Pros: "Standard Air France flight. My wife and I like the Airbus 380."
Cons: "The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"

Cons: "Terminal g18 is in the worst possible place. It is right smack in the middle of a food kiosk and restuarants with the ipad tables. You can't hear any announcements and boarding is just a cluster."

Pros: "Everything was so very nice. The seats were fantastic in First Class. So comfortable. The service & food were delightful. The only negative was the screaming infant. This is my second trip on Delta in First Class in the past three months. Both times the trip was ruined by crying babies. ☹️"

Cons: "i asked one of the ladies if they had blankets since the plane was freezing she told me no but everyone in first class recived a blanket whether they used it or not. i guess the people in zone 2 and zone 3 dont matter. the seats are the worst! they dont even sit at a 90 degree angle your more like sitting forward."

Pros: "For the first time in a ling time I felt if I dropped something I didn't have to kiss it goodbye. My knees and back didn't hurt by the end of the fight. I know longer felt like a sardines in a tin."

Pros: "Online check in was very good. Liked the ability​ to select free seats ahead of 24hr window. Liked being air side for the whole trip Detroit airport Terminal A was good. Free WiFi 50mb + awesome. Crew were friendly and efficient Will do this trip again."
Cons: "Seat always seem uncomfortable after 3hrs anywhere! And more leg room would always help. Food was OK liked the choice of 3 meals difficult to do quality food for 200+ but keep trying to improve"

Pros: "Free movies/TV is a great amenity. Overhead bins were full by the time I boarded, so I gate-checked my bag. The staff was helpful and accommodating, which made that process quick and easy."
