Pros: it's the second time delta breaks my checked bag
Cons: it's the second time delta breaks my checked bag. They need more care with the bags

Pros: Clear announcements, nicely stated mask rem8nders, center seats open

Pros: Arriving 40 minutes ahead of schedule. Delta makes more an effort to provide spacing between passengers and provides sanitizer wipes both on boarding and with the snack pack.

Pros: The crew was good, and the airline tried to make our wait in the airport as comfortable as possible.
Cons: The four-hour delay was really hard. Since it was in DC, I don't know why it took so long to get another plane.

Pros: The aircraft was extremely clean. Crews were helpful and patient with passengers as they boarded and asked questions.

Cons: Sat on the tarmac way to long. Updates from crew weren’t frequent enough.

Pros: I love the Food was really good thanks guys!
Cons: Have the Free WiFi option will amazing

Cons: WiFi

Pros: Availability of WiFi, a charging port and media options puts Delta a step (or two) ahead of their competitors. The professionalism of the crew, as well as the complimentary food/beverage options are also excellent.
Cons: Not the airlines fault, but my 6’4” frame doesn’t fit very well in a middle main cabin seat.

Cons: Flight left on time and arrived 30 minutes early! Great crew. No complaints here!

Cons: We ordered special meal, and it was even confirmed in the boarding pass but it was never delivered on board.... attendant said they did not get any special meal

Pros: Not enough toom between rows of seats.

Cons: The coffee could’ve tasted better.

Cons: Leg room on modern aircraft seems to get smaller and smaller

Pros: Food &entertainment
Cons: Mechanical problems flight delayed 2 1/2 hours

Pros: Getting to my destination.
Cons: Leg room, more room for carry on bags, coats, etc.

Cons: Flight was delayed more than 4 hours. I switched flights to try to beat the 4 hour delay but was still delayed 4 hours. After verifying with delta t am members that my bags had been rechecked they had not

Cons: Seats are so small. Flight was delayed.

Pros: Amazing
Cons: Old plane

Pros: Crew members were all very friendly and made the flight a nice trip as best they could.
Cons: It would make a lot more sense for people to board from the back and window seats first so that we are not climbing over each other to get to our tiny seats.

Cons: The flight was delayed. It took longer than expected due to the hurricane. When we arrived, there was no gate so we had to sit on the runway forever. Then the gate checked bags took forever. I was supposed to have a 1.5 hour layover. I barely made my connection as I only had 20 minutes left until takeoff by the time we got off the plane.

Pros: Tried the free WiFi and movies

Pros: Entertainment available
Cons: All good

Pros: Lots of water
Cons: Nothing

Cons: price could be cheaper

Pros: The crew was super friendly and shout out to Brady, he really helped me out of a TIGHT situation :-)
Cons: Felt bad for the crew being under pressure as they got off a flight and had to rush to ours.....

Pros: I dont like that you change my flight and I have to wait 8 hours at the airport to flight to Mexico City

Pros: Great selection of movies

Pros: Anna from South Africa was funny, and super accomidatinf

Pros: Upon arriving in Minneapolis-St. Paul, it was a struggle to determine whether or not my bags had made it, whether or not I needed to collect them from baggage claim due to the cancellations/delays, and if I was even going to be able to transfer my ticket. Flight arrived late in the evening when most flights were basically complete for the day. Luckily, I happened upon a red-eye arrival, and spoke to an agent at that gate (Taj). Taj was without a doubt, THE BEST GATE AGENT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN MY 40+ YEARS OF TRAVELLING!! I explained my situation to him, and he immediately asked to see my travel info. He proceeded to get me on a flight much earlier than originally anticipated, upgraded me to Premium fare status, and did his best to re-route my luggage (which he informed me was still sitting in ATLANTA 18 hours after having left there...) - how does someone get on a flight, and their check-in get noted, but their luggage does not get put on said flight?? Things that make you go hmmmmm.... All that aside...I will be planning a trip to Minneapolis-St. Paul specifically to take a gift of appreciation to Taj! Well done on this end Delta - Taj is an excellent example of intelligent customer service.
Cons: Last minute notifications of delays/cancellations. Luggage was not placed on my original departing flight from Atlanta 18 HOURS EARLIER...not cool Delta. As a result, I did not receive my luggage for another 2 1/2 days .

Cons: it is a shame that for an international trip, with a "superspecial rate" of almost 700 USD. We still had to pay to register 1 piece of luggage. Why are these flights NOT considered international and allow at least one piece of registered luggage? They seem to be considered international when it comes to the ticket price.

Cons: In flight staff were rude and had poor attitudes. Very unexpected!

Pros: They solved my name matching problem with calm and efficiency, so I made it to my conference. Thank you !!

Cons: Too crowded.

Pros: The one good thing about this unexplained ordeal (the flight was delayed for 5 hours, causing me to miss my connection) was that, after a few hours of hearing nothing (no emails or texts from Delta), I finally saw some options for different flights pop up, so I was able to book a new flight without calling India. Also, I got an exit row seat on my new flight to MSP.
Cons: They moved our gate about six times and never told us why the flight was delayed. Actually, the biggest annoyance was that Delta told us nothing. The only reason I knew about the delay and gate changes was because of Kayak! I know I am signed up to receive texts and emails from them, but I guess they forgot to notify me.

Pros: Great crew

Pros: Left on time and arrived early. Good boarding experience. Seating had access to electrical plugs for charging my phone.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Late. No legroom

Pros: Wifi for entertainment worked well
Cons: No longer have entertainment on back of seats

Pros: Flight Attendants!
Cons: When flight arrived late, the plane then required maintenance. After boarding, we were told the fuel vehicle was out of fuel. A small fuel truck was then called in, and it failed to operate. The Captain made a decision to deboard due to outside temperature with little air-conditioning...amd mid-deplaning...fueling was complete amd passengers were told to go back to seats. Flight Attendants were amazing throughout this incompetent ground crew ordeal.!!! Captain was Great as well...his effort kept all informed and sought the best possible outcome for his passengers!!!

Pros: we got on another air conditioned plane
Cons: We initially were put on a plane with defective air conditioning.... it took 90 minutes to finally decide to put us on another plane. The older planes have hardly any room under the seat in the isle seats.

Pros: The flight was run through Delta out of Seattle, and the crew was friendly and very helpful, as it was initially somewhat confusing how to check in for the flight online via WestJet's site - but the check-in agents and gate agents quickly clarified! The flight also boarded and departed mostly on time, and the onboard wifi was great.
Cons: It was a bit confusing to check in online, as the WestJet site doesn't list Seattle as a departure city and then it took several different input attempts before Delta's site found my WestJet flight info.

Pros: Leg room was great compared to discount airlines. The built in entertainment for individualized interests was welcome. Crew was great.

Pros: On time
Cons: No entertainment Small overhead bind

Pros: I rated entertainment as 1* as there is no N/A option. Flight was very pleasant.

Pros: Flight crew was very personable; cheerful and courteous.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: We disliked that our baggage was lost and we do not have it two days later.

Pros: Well after going through a terrible storm to get to the airport we were given a opportunity to up grade to First Class for a very reasonable rate. That was great.

Pros: 1st class service was excellent.
Cons: The food in 1st class does not compare to some competitor airlines. the leather seats do not breath and can sometimes get hot.

Pros: This was a full flight that boarded quickly. Attendants kept things going smoothly. Arrived a few minutes early
