Pros: "Our Airbus plane was from the Virgin fleet. The interiors are different from the Alaska Airbus fleet. Seats are more comfortable, there's an in-seat entertainment system, and wifi is different - it's Viasat not Gogo, and it's just $6 per flight - much cheaper than Gogo. However there's no in-seat power like on the Alaska planes, and the entertainment system doesn't allow you to view on your own device like Alaska's planes do. Hopefully they can combine the best of both as they merge service."

Cons: "In the SF airport, your crew accepted me to pay for $25 for putting my suitcase into the plane. But then, she mentioned that the flight was delayed and there was no way that I can made my connection from LA to Indianaplis. So I was given a boarding pass with my suitcase ($25 paid) only to LA. The front desk asked me to try other ways when I arrived LA to see what can be done. When I entered into the gate, your CS changed my flight to UA after I have presented my case. However, I had to pull the suitcase out from Alaska, paid another $25 to United and started the trip all over again. All the while, your crews expected me (an alien from Asia) that I should have known every thing get it through, or to claim my suitcase charges. I am really disappointed for the lack of understanding. To you, it may be something happened so common everyday. To me, I was totally lost to handle this."

Cons: "If there was a less than one star that is what they deserve. SFO flight was late. They gave away my seat on my connection to Kalispell. They basically blamed me for being late and not being there on time. Two others from my flight were allowed to make the connection but told me that they gave my seat away because I was late. We all showed up at the same time from the late flight. I talked to 3 people including customer service and did not get a single “I’m Sorry”. Do they not communicate with each other when a flight is late and they have passengers for connections running late? They told me they don’t talk. The best they can do is put me standby for 9:30 flight and if I cannot get on that flight I have to wait until morning. My daughter is in a competition tomorrow morning and thanks to Alaska Airlines I’m going to miss it. I’m sitting here writing this review, paying for a dinner I should not be paying for and probably searching out a hotel room until morning when I can catch a flight. Unbelievable the lack of empathy."

I went through security at terminal 2, only to find out that I needed to leave security, get on the tram and return to the international terminal."

The only option is passengers have to give up their private information to GoGo to use the system. Don't do it! To add salt to that wound, customers have to pay to see a film. Don't do it! That experience alone made the flight a dud. All I can say is, thank heavens it was a short flight."

Meanwhile as we boarded nearly every passenger had an overhead bag that most certainly weighed more than 15lbs. Not sure what was going on there...also the seats are a little tight when reclined. Once the seat in front of me reclined back I had my knees in the back of the chair the entire flight and I am not a particularly tall person- made for a pretty uncomfortable 15hrs."

But the airline did not plan ahead and was understaffed to take care of the individuals on the airline to speed up the process of waiting in lines. They knew we were coming and still only had 2 individuals on staff to take care of hundreds of people so the lines were longer than needed to be. Poor planning and accommodating of individuals during this time has made me not want to fly with this airline again."

The entertainment selection is outstanding, especially for a 14-hour flight. power outlets work, and they even have snacks in the galley area like Lufthansa so if you need a soft drink, coffee or candy...it is there all during the flight. A long flight could not be made easier"

The plane was dirty, the seats crammed together, and the flight attendants seemed genuinely pissed off to have to serve the passengers. American just doesn't have the level of service or cleanliness for international flights. Avoid this airline if possible."

Turbulent air most of the way to JFK, no fault of Qantas. However pilot made no effort to avoid it or was not allowed to go to another flight level. In any event no communication from Capt. Food was mediocre at best. Cabin crew was getting beaten up by turbulence. They did the best they could. Arm rest USB power receptacle broke and headphone jack faulty (60C)."

I'm pretty sure the connecting flight waited for us to make it and the crew on the LAX flight tried to expedite those with VERY short connection off the plane as quickly as possible."

My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"

The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

A pleasant flight overall with my first impression being an airline with current popular music playing in the background and flight attendants cheerful. Since I was traveling alone, I opted to not purchase my seat prior to my flight date, instead I chose my aisle seat within 24 hours for free. I checked in my one bag and found out I had pre-checked so my security check went so smooth at the new terminal 2 at LAX. Looking forward to my flight back on June 15."
Cons: "Had a toddler behind me crying and screaming the last 40 minutes of landing into Heathrow because she couldn't sit on her mother's lap and made it quite unbareable for all of us in the vicinity. Wondering if there was an alternative way to handle the situation."

My seat belt disconnected from the back of the seat. The tray was broken and could not be lowered into a writing or eating position."

Cons: "Small, narrow seats and way too cramped. Absolutely no leg room or much space to the seat in front. Terrible for a long haul international flight compared to other airlines. No free alcohol on an international flight!"

Pros: "Flight was very good. We look at t.v. and watch movies to make the flight short."
Cons: "I didn't like when I call and ask about the delayed when told that they were waiting on equipment, then when we get to the airport was told that the flight was a international flight that was running late. The Lies!!!!"

Pros: "Nothing. Flight was 5 hours delayed. Finally rebooked and still missed all connections because that flight was late departing. All legs of this trip on delta were delayed. Lousy service ast attempting to resolve situation. Given a choice, I do not choose Delta as a first choice airline to fly."

Pros: "Airline was very accommodating, serving drinks multiple times in the 5 hour flight. Entertainment was packed with great selection of movies and shows, games, etc. Overall satisfied."

Pros: "This flight was very smooth sailing, and I loved the fact I had an option to watch a movie, and the crew were very nice."

Cons: "I bought my ticket in October, checked in yesterday and when I got to my gate was told I didn't have an assigned seat!!? This was totally unacceptable, I was told I didn't select a seat on the seat selection screen and that I was now on standby. I specifically remember the seat selection screen being extremely misleading and thought that I had selected seats when in fact I didn't according to Delta. Maybe instead of focusing your website on getting customers to upgrade their seats you should focus on getting them a seat first. Secondly make sure tickets can't be purchased unless a seat is assigned first. Who would want to buy standby tickets 3 months in advance? I'm guessing not many people."

Pros: "The stewardess accidentally spilled a little water on me but she was so nice about it and apologetic that she paid for my drink. Good people skills in bad situations make a huge difference."

Pros: "WS Care Center staff Minmico (think it was her name) arranged the 4:15 flight instead of the 6 pm flight but only because I requested her to check that flight when I returned to the CC to find out if it was possible to get on an earlier flight. I should have been advised when I first arrived at the CC from my delayed flight from Toronto that I could check back at the CC to see if there was a cancellation. Minmico allowed me to use her phone a couple of times to call my husband to advise him of the changes in my flight, which was very helpful. She tried hard just prior to the flight departure to have my bag delivered to the 4:15 flight but was unsuccessful. She gave me food vouchers, which I liked. I also thought the WS CC staff in Abbotsford was very helpful explaining the process for making a baggage claim when my bag didn't arrive due to my last minute flight change - the $100 voucher was appreciated when I picked up my bag the next day."
Cons: "Had to sit in the plane for almost 2 hours because the computer was being fixed on the plane. Crew did not communicate in a timely manner about when we would be flying.The plane should not have been in operation if the computer didn't work and passengers should not have had to wait on the plane for two hours while it was fixed. I missed my WS connecting flight to Abbotsford from Calgary and was only rescheduled on a plane departing 6 hours later! No one at WesJet Care suggested there may be a cancellation on an earlier flight - I had to arrange it by returning to the WS Care Center. I just barely made it onto an earlier 4:15 pm flight but without my bag which was put onto the later 6 pm flight. I chose to return the next day to pick up my bag."

Pros: "Westjet is great but charging for checked bags makes customers stuff more and carry more onto the plane. Westjet should rethink this as the overhead bins are becoming tougher to find space for luggage"

Cons: "Checking in at Airport very slow, I had a terrible experience even thought I spoke to them several times at checking counter. And missed my ride home as a consecuencia of arriving late."

Cons: "I'm a bit disappointed by the services provided by Westjet: 1) I never received the confirmation of my fight/booking from Westjet; 2) I was not aware that the connecting from LA to SJ and SJ to LA were operated by different companies therefore I was not able to check in or even to check the gate information at the airport. I almost missed my flight from SJ to LA in the early morning 3) at the SJ airport, I was not aware that the flight from SJ to LA was operated by Delta not American airline. However, the Westjet customer services 1-888 number listed in your Kayak confirmation was not a correct number. I even tried to look up another customer services number of Westjet by searching the Westjet website, the number I found was not in service neither. I almost missed my flight from SJ to LA 4) At the LA airport I was told that I was not able to board the flight because I did not have the Canadian ETA. they said they would pull my checked luggages and flight them with my re-scheduled flight and will be shipped to the final destination Vancouver, Canada. when I arrived Vancouver, both suitcases were not arrived with my flight. One arrived with my original flight and the second were missing. The agent could not even tell me where the suitcase was. Moreover, the second did not arrive the time I was told it should arrive. My second suitcase was not allocated even before I left Vancouver to Europe one day after my travel. 5) No one responded to the luggage services number provided in the document. I could only successfully login to the link for the checking the status after I returned home in Brussels. 6) I was told that the second suitcase will be delivered to my home in Europe by another company. Currently I'm still waiting for my second suitcase."

Just when we were about to board, our gate was changed, which also led to a flight delay. I don't order the food as I haven't found it good. And I preferred when you had the TVs to watch. Not all of us are techies. It was also cold on the plane."

Cons: "I am a tall person and the seating is just too darn close with absolutely no leg room for a tall person to fit comfortably in the seat. In fact, I could not even get the tray/table to come down level because my knees were too high and there was not enough distance between myself and the passenger seat in front of me to allow the tray table to come down completely and sit flat."

Cons: "Power outage in Kamloops, causing a little boarding and seating issues, crew handled it well!"

Cons: "our flight originated on Delta atKCI. WE reseved seats on West Jet, but they told us Delta would issue our boarfing passes. Delta issued those passes for the eats requested from West Jet. At the boarding gate West Jet indcated they needed a different form(cardboard) , but they split up our party of three into three different locations. Never will I fly West Jet again and will tell others thinnking of doing so what they did to us. The flight itself was O.K."

Pros: "The crew, who were not West Jet crew members as we had to take another airline's plane, were very attentive and the food was good."
Cons: "The Plus seats were worse than the West Jet outbound flight. Plane was older, the seats hardly reclined (which is why I originally paid for a plus seat) and the plane was not cleaned well. I went to use the washroom before take-off and it was not cleaned properly and my tray table had food stains on it."

Cons: "The power outlets are not obvious when your siting in the seat. I did not notice them until I looked at another seat and saw the recess where the plugs are. I would have been nice for the crew to mention this as well as the WiFi."

No modernized power options (they had cigarette lighter adaptors in between seats. Crew disengaged but could be the interior atmosphere that made them that way."

Pros: "I took two connecting flights on American Airlines between Los Angeles and Lisbon period on the website American claims to have charging and or electrical ports in every row. There were none on either flight. To make matters worse, when my tablet and phone batteries both died before the end of the first flight, there was no inflight entertainment, other than 1 ridiculous thing available, on either flight. American has switched to BYOD for entertainment, but forgot to provide a way to charge our own devices. Incredibly stupid."
Cons: "On top of that, one of the flight attendants on the Philadelphia to Lisbon run was a hella snarky guy with a bad attitude all the way through. I would be surprised if I am the first person to complain about him."

Cons: "We selected seats together as a couple but the seats on the flight were separated. Customer service could not help but asked us to make arrangement with the person between us. The same seating arrangement happened on our return flight 18 days later. Once again was told nothing could be done. I really do not know why both flights the seat assigment were wrong when selected basic on the aircraft configuration. The airline is attempt to make the passenger to pay more for seats."

Cons: "seat and monitor seemed to have minds of their own, but only caused a minor inconvenience I'm frustrated with AA's information on movies, which is questionable and unrealable. For example, the recently released film 'Coco' was listed as PG-13 and not included in the "Disney" category. "Justice League" was listed as R. There are several other examples of misinformation in their movie listings. For parents who use the ratings as one piece of information to guide their children, it would be nice to have correct information when making selections. this problem is not new; it's been this way for over a year now. I hoped that over time they would get it right, but alas, it remains inconsistent at best."

I hope he will be on the board for my return."
