I enjoyed the direct non-stop flight! The air in the plane wasn’t very good. It started to get rather hot on the plane.
Flight on time, plane is clean, staff is friendly
The Skywest crew in Cedar City (CDC) did not accept our luggage and said it was too large. They reported us as "No Show," which was completely FALSE. We were not informed of any restrictions beforehand as to luggage size and had no alternative other than return home to switch luggage. There were also road closures to the airport, requiring a detour that took much longer than the drive would normally be. We missed the flight from CDC to SLC; therefore, missed the connection from SLC to SEA. There was no refund nor compensation. Plus, the crew on ground were demanding and rude.
I had an expired ticket for a free drink from the team. it expired during the pandemic. I purchased a drink when i think it would have been really sweet for them to honor it. Between trying to be safe and travel when i felt comfortable, I missed the deadline. It would be different it we hadn't been locked down all year. Just felt like if there was a time to be nice that was it and the stewardess mussed it. All good.
Super hot I’m seat 20D, air flow in overhead vent was just a trickle. Took a good hour for the seat to cool down after takeoff.

Pros: "The plane arrived in Atlanta ahead of time and thus we were able to start boarding earlier than usual. The gate agent kept the process in order and moved the boarding process along nicely. The pilots also got us to Baton Rouge 28 minutes ahead of schedule which was appreciated. Nice flight."
Cons: "Same issue with getting passengers seated once on the aircraft and then getting their luggage stowed takes too much time."

Cons: "The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there."

Pros: "This is what airlines used to be like. The food and quantity were excellent. Too bad these services aren’t offered on domestic flights. We had a snack or meal every couple hours with plenty of drinks. The legroom was ample and comfortable."

The flight was relatively turbulence free, flt had only one attendant in the cabin however she was able to serve beverages and snacks asks made sure everyone was comfortable. Can't thank Delta enough for the professionalism of their crew, great service and communication, and for getting us home safely. Thank you!"
Cons: "Made us pink tag carry on bags on flight deck. Had to retrieve bag from baggage claim after flight. My bag landed on the belt completely open, clothes and laptop hanging out bag onto belt, bag was damaged, zipper broken with holes in the fabric, bag was soaking wet! No one at airport able to assist with a damaged bag claim. Very disappointed in the Baton Rouge airport and lack of available staff to handle baggage issue."

Unfortunately, the only vegan option ran out just before my seat, but I was still amazed and pleased....and have ordered a vegan meal in advance for my next flight. Incredible! Plus, plenty of room for bags, good video selections, and power at all seats. I love Delta and will fly them more often!"

Cons: "Plane food was not good. The crew were not as friendly, almost exhausted. There was one woman who was not sensitive or compassionate to my fellow seat mate. He was an older man who needed extra assistance. From the look of her face she didn't feel like helping him... as simple as helping him pour ice into his cup. Instead I helped my fellow neighbor. She might not feel comfortable helping a senior citizen but don't be so loud or make a face of disgust."

Cons: "Flight delays cause cascade of irritable passengers. Flight out of Phoenix delayed due to late departure from previous location. We were told mechanical reasons was the cause of the delay. This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock."

Cons: "A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta."

Boarding process in Chicago was a mess. They didn't seem to be following the group numbers so everyone just boarded whenever. Flight landed 30 minutes early which was great, but then it took nearly 45 minutes before we got off the plane because there were issues with the jet bridge.
About an hour late, sat on runway waiting for fuel long time. Then there was no ground crew to get us in the air, had to wait on them.
Cons: "They claim to be cleaning these planes but I find that hard to believe when there is Gum on the window sill. We were also delayed quite a bit in the boarding process. Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

I wold much prefer peanuts to pretzels--an option would be good. The gate of outgoing flight to Bloomington kept changing on phone m messaging shortly before takeoff , about 6 gate changes in 10 minutes. Confusing!"

We lost an entire day in France because I had to go to the customs office the next morning and get an emergency passport. I travel frequently, but somehow was not aware of this rule. If I had known I would have fixed the issue months ago. Multiple people viewed my ticket and passport before arriving in Philadelphia and no one caught this error until right as I was boarding the flight to Paris."
