Specifically, was were traveling with guitars and they gave us no hesitation to board early in order to Stowe our instruments safely. They were very pleasant during serving and with requests. I informed them that the website indicated it would waive baggage fees to certain destinations if checked in at the airport before a certain date. Another Delta agent nearby had to show them a copy of the policy before I could get my baggage fees waived."

Pros: "Flight 1751 Miami to Cleveland 1/11/21. Flight attendants did not enforce mask policy! Family of four sick sneezing, coughing, short of breath. The fathers mask was down the entire flight. Even when the flight attendants picked up the trash. They were informed after the flight they did not comply with CDC, Department of health, and state policies. Their response was “ I made announcements overhead. Didn’t you hear?”. Appalling endangering customers and disregarding Federal, State, and local policies."

Cons: "Background info: we flew from Dublin to Toronto (Aer Lingus) and we were supposed to fly Toronto to Los Angeles on American Airlines; however, we had a British Airways flight number for both of these flights. We missed our connecting flight in Toronto with American Airlines (we had a 2 hour layover) despite landing on-time (de-boarded a few minutes late). I suggest avoiding the Toronto airport ALWAYS as every passenger must pick up his/her luggage even if you have a connecting flight, and then re-check the baggage with the next flight. Apparently the baggage handlers were on strike and some of the customs agents as well which added to the delays. Well, after going through Canadian customs and picking up our luggage (which took quite awhile) we arrived at the American Airlines ticketing kiosk about 45 minutes before our flight. The computer told us we were too late for this flight and to see a representative. We proceeded to wait in line for an American Airlines representative only to be told this was Aer Lingus' fault (we had just flown with them); even though we had a BA flight number.. After searching for an Aer Lingus representative we were finally told they were probably all on the Aer Lingus flight that was currently about to leave. An Aer Lingus representative was paged to the ticketing counter (took well over 30 minutes for anyone to show up) and what proceeded was an argument (for well over an hour) between British Airways and Aer Lingus representatives about whose responsibility it was to re-book us. After an hour at least of poor customer service, we were finally rebooked by British Airways on the last flight to LAX (on Air Canada). Moral of the story: avoid Toronto and fly direct."

Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

Overall, this is the weakest Business Class experience of recent memory especially for a newer wide-body aircraft."

You think you are getting a good fare but the fees have made my trip almost three times the initial fare. United is testing similar "economy" fares. None of this information is presented upfront so it's a bait and switch scenario. Also, trying to reach a human being is nearly impossible. I feel sorry for the customer service reps, they should get hazard pay. They have to try to justify these ridiculous policies. Save yourself money and frustration and NEVER FLY FRONTIER AIRLINES!!!!!!!"

Cons: "I knew about Spirit airlines having all these surcharges, but I did not know Frontier was the same way. I feel it was Kayak's responsibility to tell us that Frontier had all these up-charges. So misleading when browsing the list of prices at purchase time. thanks."

Cons: "The service was terrible. Flight attendants carried permanent grimace and you could tell they didn't enjoy their jobs, all snacks charged, no entertainment, charged $60 for a carry on bag going one way. I was not made aware of fee beforehand.I will never fly this airline again following my non-refundable return flight. I am not looking forward to flying back home through this airline."

Cons: "After buying a ticket, didn't I buy a seat? Why do we have to pay another $13 to $35 (maybe more) to select a seat? Add the hefty $35+ for carry-ons and $30 for check-in, that's an extra $100 or more over the ticket price for 2-way travel."
