Staff was friendly and helpful. People communicating to passengers should speak slower and pronounce better. I had paid extra for aisle seats, but when I received boarding cards in Lima at check-in, I noticed seats had inexplicably been changed and none was an aisle seat !! That is simply unacceptable. It could not be corrected in Lima reportedly, which is also unacceptable. Finally I had to make the request just before boarding the Air Canada flight in Bogota.
The service to/from the airport/plane (wheelchair assistance for my mother in law) was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The staff on the plane was also very nice. The food quality could have been better (mashed chicken sandwich).
They had the small delay so they thought I wouldn't make my connection and they canceled my whole flight from the connection onwards even though I made it to the connection I was there on the boarding but I couldn't board to my next flight because the airline company canceled my flight before I even got to the second airport They didn't help in arranging a new flight they told me I could put a claim somewhere at some point which made my frustration even worse no hotel was allocated no notification of any kind and all I heard was the sentence we are not responsible we didn't cancel it someone else is responsible go look for it
I arrived at destination, two hours late. For lunch we had cookies and almonds.

Check-in in Bogota was extremely slow. Priority line was unsupervised so people were jumping the queue, causing the main line to take an eternity. Each customer at the desk seemed to take 5-10 minutes for some reason.
Freezing temperature inside the cabin and terrible food. AC used to be better.
The overall experience was very good and the flight left early. The checkin process was efficient and the staff was helpful and courteous. Of course, the room between seats could always be a little bigger.....
The layover in Montreal in the lounge was long and nothing special.
The fact that you are sending me a survey asking me about a connection that was missed speaks to the level customer service that was present throughout this trip.
All four segments of my trip on Iberia were late for various reasons. No apparent effort to stay on schedule. Never flying Iberia again.
Puddle-hopper. Quick-ish flight. Don’t expect to have much/any in-flight entertainment (movies/TV, etc).
Difficulty to check in online, but well handled at the airport. Flight delay was unfortunate. Crew was adequate but not what we have usually experienced from BA. Seat was not comfortable.
Moved the flight an hour later, were not reliable about confirmation, website didn't work, no gate information, boarding was a mad house. Flight itself was fine and short. Organization needs work.
Horrible. Paid for seats for my family. Iberia changed planes and never notified us that the seats we paid extra for did not even exist on the plane. We were randomly placed on the plane. Thankfully, we were seated together. Upon boarding, my youngest daughter was pulled from the line and they just arbitrarily changed her seat 7 rows back from the rest of the family. I had to wait at the gate while they tried to see us back together. One of the most uncomfortable small spaces on a plane I’ve ever experienced. When I called Iberia, they first told me that no mistake was made that the plane was never changed. Yet my receipt for my paid seats were for rows that did not even exist on this type of plane we were getting on. They said that they would reimburse my money and I would get an email, but I’ve never received any information or emails regarding a refund for the seats that I had paid extra for. Then when we arrived in Madrid, one of the pieces of luggage that we had checked in was damaged to the point that the handle that was stowed in to the luggage was broken off by the crew members handling the luggage. The crew on the plane was very nice, but as far as the rest of the experience, I would be very hesitant to ever use Iberia again.
8+ hour flight with no tvs working and no usb port working to charge ones own devices was brutal (traveled with 2 small kids)… yikes
Business class was like premium economy, with an empty seat between my husband and myself. There was a curtain behind our head separating us from the next class. The person behind me’s knees were against the back of my seat, so I felt I shouldn’t recline at all. The person in front of me reclined all the way, then was out of his seat much of the time. He sat on the chair arm of the seat next to me, leaning into the aisle to speak to the man in economy behind me, placing his face about 6 inches from mine. Then he was off speaking to others on the flight, including the flight crew.
Pretty fair for the price of the plane ticket. Food was poorly, but overall was a ok experience for a super long flight.

I was told international flights are very nice however this one was not. We were so cramped in our seats that it was very uncomfortable. The attendants catered to the passengers that preordered their food and seemed 'put out' when we wanted to order something. We ordered a croissant sandwich and got a bagel sandwich. My husband ordered a coffee and never got it. We were so thirsty and had to go looking for someone to get some water. The food was horrible. The bathroom was filthy. The movie selection was not good.
