It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.
Flight was delayed “due to earlier delays of that plane”, so we were nearly three hours late.
Crew was amazing, takeoff wonderful. The bathroom was disgusting from before takeoff the odor made the flight uncomfortable as you could smell the bathroom from the center of the plane where we were sitting. Smelled like raw sewage. My daughter was throwing up as we landed due to the smell and horrible turbulence as we approached Newark.
Airport terminal was outdated, flight was on a small jet with no wifi
Essy to get on. The hostess gave very little pop, the plane was late getting in, and we are still waiting for our bags. This sucks. :/
Lately I like the planes have been exceptionally filthy. There’s lines of dust and dirt all across the ceiling in the vents, and the cracks in between the seats are literally full of food. It’s definitely not the quality of service that I was used to with United. I’m also very disappointed with the Wi-Fi! All I wanna do is knock out a few work jobs while I’m trapped in my seat And it spools so bad. They did provide me with a refund, but the process of getting that refund is so complicated. It’s unfortunate.
Excellent flight. Smooth, efficient boarding. Quick flight. Arrived early at STL.
Short flight - no food understandable. Flight was delayed for over an hour. Overall, it was good.
We boarded and buckled and then deplaned due to no pilot. Had to wait over 3 hours for a new pilot. Not weather related, just poor management.
Last minute gate change nearly caused us to miss our flight. Change was not announced or displayed in the main board at the old gate. Terrible communication. When we landed we had to wait 20 minutes because there was another plane at the assigned gate. Not the crew’s fault, but adding 20 minutes to a 45 minute flight sucked.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
It was okay. Mothers with rowdy children should be invited to sit in front of them.
I had a good comfortable seat. There was nearly an hour delay. There was an accident with the champagne, but I was well compensated. These things happen sometimes.
I wasn’t allowed to board with my children. I was charged outrageous costs for basic carry on size luggage. The entertainment screens were outdated and not user friendly.
Well,I miss a flight to Stl with United,they send me to Stl with a different airline, but same day,which was great
NEVER TOOK THIS FLIGHT. LUFTHANSA CANCELED THIS FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. We were rerouted through Chicago on United airlines with a layover of five hours and then on American Airlines to St. Louis. The United club lounge in Chicago is good but there is no shower unlike Bangalore 080 lounge
At the gate I requested a change of seat to an aisle because of a medical issue, and I was graciously accommodated. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
Had to push staff to get good flight due to cancellation and delays for staff shortage
Tiny plane Had to gate check bags, a problem since we were flying back from an international vacation
