I was seated when her collage pulled my back bag from the compartment to make room for a bigger luggage, left it on the seat next to me and said will take care later. With frustrating tone Staysy showed up and command me to put it under the seat. I told her to put it under and not to command me with this tone... as it was not my decision the bag to be there. She did put it under but kept making comments and even did not apologize. A frustrating flights - over 5 hours late with spicy flight attendant attitude."

There was no snowstorm, or extreme weather patients. At Toronto, it was somewhat gusty. I did not understand what the delay was for."

Cons: "Checked bag fees. Agents at check-in tried to get me to check my carry-on claiming my carry-on was too big. My carry-on is a pilot crew bag by TravelPro, which I pointed out to them. Had to get a supervisor. No free food during the flight. Luckily, someone told me. I ended up purchasing food from a restaurant in the terminal to bring on the flight."
Pros: "Both Airports had actually quite an easy and fast process to enter and leave. (Pearson - Toronto, Logan - Boston) The employees working for Westjet were polite and resourceful."
Cons: "There is a lot of turbulance, I'm not sure if the planes are smaller then other ones, but it isn't delightful. As well the 2nd flight was more then an hour delayed. Wasn't notified until I was already waiting at the airport. If people need to travel more then an hour to get to the airport then need to be notified much earlier when to come. Ended up waiting almost 3 hours at the gate."
Pros: "Honor of on board crew."
Cons: "Bumpy! And delay. Both due to weather, but contributing to a less than optimal flight."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and attentive."
Cons: "Gates were changed and I was not informed. Flight was almost an hour delay. My luggage was never even put on the plane. So I cam from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to Yuma, AZ and have no baggage, no clothes, toiletries, nothing! It is 9:14pm and won't have any luggage until MAYBE 7-8pm Monday night. It is Sunday night now. Not happy!!!!!!!! No food on the flight!!"

Pros: "You pay for what you get. WestJet staff are always wonderful. The fligh is a flight."
Cons: "Was't a problem with WestJet. However if ever departing from Vancouver don't rely on the wait times provided in the airport. Give yourself ab addition 30 mins extra."
Cons: "Flight was delayed and they never let us onboard even when I was able to make it to the gate before it was closed. After missing the flight the hotel vouchers was provided but we were asked to report in 2 hours (i.e 4AM) so think abou whole night was literally wasted. Finally next flight was 11AM in the morning which I ended up boarding and finally reach Toronto after 8 hours of delay."
Pros: "The airline gave each passanger free dinner prior to the flight for being delayed. The in flight attendants were very friendly and helpful. Very efficient with their tasks and security checks."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 4 hours due to a thunderstorm in toronto."

Cons: "A bit of disorganization in the row where they reviewed documentation and the suitcases of three machines to print passages only served 1"

Cons: "Flight delayed out of Boston. This seems to be the normal state of things. I dont think I've ever flow this route on and had an om time arrival This caused me to miss my flight in Toronto, forcing me to spend the night. I pressed their customer service rep for a hotel, but they refused claiming it was a weather related incident and they were were therefore mot responsible. The weather in Boston and Toronto was fine and at no poi t on the flight did anyone offer Any Reason Whatsoever for the delay. Moreover when i protested the customer service agent mocked me for not realizing it was a 'weather related incident'. I spent the night on the floor on YYC. Needless to say, Ill never fly Air Canada again."

So my honest opinion is that I am extremely disappointed and deeply saddened by this evtire ordeal now I have to spend more money to purchase another ticket with another airline to go home. Thanks for the hassle! Aslim Hosein."

Cons: "Nothing at all."
Pros: "Genial crew"
Cons: "Disorganization in Boston, we almost missed our connecting flight"
Pros: "My flight was delayed and I did not get my baggage when I arrive at Boston airport.. I had no clothes or anything to wear for three weeks when I got to Boston. I complain the very day I got to Boston airport. Up till now the bag I checked in at Toronto airport has not been given to me. The funny thing is after I checked in, it was not scan at any other place except Toronto. So it got lost at Toronto where I checked in. All that am told of is the baggage can not be located. Three weeks I spend at Boston, I had nothing."
Cons: "Onced arrived to my Montreal destination, I get informed my bag never made it onto the flight once we connected in Boston... Now dealing with AC to get it back. Very dissapointing"
Pros: "Quick, cheap, great service"
Cons: "Nothing bad, really"
Pros: "The flight had to abort take off due to an issue with the pilot seat. We had to return to the gate for them to fix the problem. Left the gate a second time only to sit on the runway with no explanation from the pilot."
Pros: "I was happy to be on the flight."
Pros: "The tremendous effort to support our making our connecting flight."
Cons: "The nightmare between flights in Toronto airport"
Pros: "On time departure"
Cons: "I had visa on expired passport ,staff on duty took too long nearly an hour to clear me."
Cons: "The USB port in seat 26A was pushed in and wouldn't connect for power. Unless this was exactly the same plane it was true on both flight to and return from Boston. The LCD entertainment system is very slow to respond to touch. The default sound level is always too loud. The commercials take up the first 10 minutes (or longer) of the experience and make for an excruciating long wait."
Cons: "Flight was late taking off"
Pros: "Very nice new plane. The special "natural" lighting made it easier to sleep and wake up."
Cons: "Both flights were significantly delayed and the boarding process for the flight to Tel Aviv for some reason took absolutely forever. Then we waited on the tarmac for almost two hours."
Pros: "The crew was nice and the flight landed on schedule."
Pros: "Good service"
Pros: "Service on the flight is always good and the transfer in Toronto was seamless."
Cons: "The departure area in Boston is dreadful. no room and no amenities. Straight out of the 60's."
Pros: "Wish the longer portion of our flight was as pleasant as the short leg to Toronto."
Pros: "Everything was fantastic. Great flight crew. Great stuff."
Pros: "Logan checking with own security checkpoint Boston to Toronto tv great Staff professional"
Pros: "The fast boaring"
Cons: "The 3hr delay. Not many announcements. No one at the gate/desk. Had to be in a crowded gate area with no choice."
Cons: "fitst leg was late. no communication about the connection. was not not clear whether we're going to make the connection - too much stress"
Pros: "i didn't like anything about this flight"
Cons: "The flight was over an hour delayed and everything else since boarding was a mess. It was hard for the fly hostess to keep her calm and we knew she was stressed, as much as many passengers who lost their connection or who had really tied ones. I noticed also that it wasn't the only flight delayed so I am not sure if this is usual with Air Canada."
Pros: "Food and comfort were okay."
Cons: "My first plane sat on the Tarmac for 45 min, thus I missed my flight to"
Pros: "Seating in two's very good."

Cons: "The waiting room in Boston was awful and behind security, hot, small crowded. Delayed"
Pros: "Excellent crew and comfortable cabin."
Cons: "I have no criticisms to offer."
Pros: "The crew at the gate and onboard were exceptional! At the gate they made sure I could get on this flight even though the computer auto booked me for 2 days later."
Cons: "My bags didn't make it on the flight because of a close connection. Then I was rebooked on a flight 2 days later. This is unacceptable. I was expected to stay in Toronto for two days."
Cons: "crew are polite but cold and strict. it was a night flight and they were very noisy when serving the food."
Pros: "Bos->Toronto Good Air Canada at Boston Logan airport has there own gate area with only 3 gates. This reduces the security line for faster security check. However this also causes problems with PreCheck. See below."
Cons: "Bad There is only one line for security at Air Canada Boston Logan because of the small volume at this check point. Because of this, PreCheck passages need to hold onto there bording pass as they go through security. The first security person who checks ID and boarding pass only told my wife not to take off her shoes. He did not tell her to hold on to her boarding pass, so she put it into the bin for x-ray stuff. So later security personnel then told her to take off her shoes and gave her a body scan because her boarding pass was already in the x-ray machine. I always hold on to my boarding pass thru security but had to take my computer out of my carry-on."
Pros: "Flight and in flight service"
Cons: "Bit chaotic in the departure area and at the gate"
Pros: "Great service"
