Crew was excellent. Comfort seats not as nice as other kinds of planes.

Crew was excellent. Comfort seats not as nice as other kinds of planes.

Not a "Delta" issue, but a JFK issue: We booked a connecting flight with 3 1/2 hours between to clearn immigration and customs. Our inbound flight (BCN to JFK) was on the taxiway 45 minutes which ate into our layover time. Immigtration was insanely quick with the CBP MPC app; however, clearing TSA (again, after we were ALREADY cleared in Spain on the inbound international flight) took over 95 minutes. This left us with 10 minutes before boarding the connecting flight (JFK to SAN) to walk to the far end of Terminal 4 and try to find food. We didn't find any food that could promise to serve us in under 10 minutes so we boarded the Delta flight after coming off a plance and an 8-hour flight knowing that we wouldn't be served any food on the next 5 1/2 hour flight. I feel like Delta needs to put pressure on the JFK TSA to open more screening stations (by our count, we saw only 5 scanners open and a line of - as we said - over 90 minutes. The insult is that we WERE ALREADY SCREENED through TSA, but as you come off one flight into the USA, you have to go through the whole process again. It seems like if you have a connecting flight, there should be a way to pass through immigration and customs without needing to return through TSA.

It was a great flight and the stewards and stewardess were all kind and accommodating!! The seats were comfortable and entertainment screen excellent!

There are 4 flights in consecutive gates with about the same departure time. Two flights were boarding at the same time. One was delayed or boarding would be happening at the same time. I am not sure what Delta and LAX need to do to have a better layout at the end of Terminal 2

Flight was an hour late, who knows why. It was OK, nothing outstanding.

Only not having an assigned seat was an issue. Rest was great

There was a security issue at the airport and we were unable to land. We circled endlessly and then landed at another airfield for fuel. We then circled the airport again, almost landed but didn’t fully touch down before circling again. I am thankful to the crew for keeping us safe- the issue was the airline and staff at the airport getting us seats on our connecting flights. That part was hours of searching for someone and getting in double my steps.

Boarding was organised and relaxed. Crew were fantastic! Seats were lacking padding causing butt pain and stiffness.

I like for how they process during check in. It was very smoothly.

The flight was scheduled for 2:30 PM. Early in the morning we got a text message saying the flight was delayed and rescheduled for 3:00 PM. We got to the airport with that in mind. Then we got a message during check-in at the flight was rescheduled again for 2:30 PM. We almost missed our flight. In fact, our bags Were told that they would not make it. At the end, everything worked out. But it is very stressful.

Great experience. Typically do klm to Amsterdam but may start taking this flight in future - greatxexperience.

The food was wonderful! The blankets and pillows were a nice touch and the staff were very accommodating, making frequent rounds to offer food, drink, etc. We were also told in advance when to expect meals to arrive, which is thoughtful. I liked the early notification about the lack of headphones as well, although unfortunately I'm not sure we received on for the first leg of the trip, which would have been nice to prepare for. The seats are a bit tight, and the bright monitors on the wall were on during an overnight trip, making it difficult to sleep for those close to them. .

The check in not ok! Demanding that we check our carry ons on check in! When there was plenty of available space inside the plane! And the staff at check- in was rude and not helpful and I was traveling with my autistic son and his service dog! Boarding was easy since we were priority boarding! The crew was ok expect from one guy flight attendant that was actually great!

Crew was unresponsive to request for a soda. Food was horrible and I’d venture to guess many others thought so as well by the amount that they trashed. Made me sick to my stomach and ended up in bed the remainder of the day once we arrived. Screaming child for 3/4 of the almost 8 hour flight. Crew had no headphones whatsoever for free or purchase. Seating way too tight and we upgraded our seats. I do not see us ever flying this airline again.

Standard short hop flight. No food, no entertainment. Just get in, get something to drink, and try to be as comfortable as you can for an hour.

Cancelled my flight. Only option had a layover in Italy. No compensation for the 4 extra hours of travel time. The travel agency, cheapflightfares, blamed Scandinavian airlines and said there was nothing they could do. Scandinavian airlines said since it was booked through a travel agency there was nothing they could do. The entire thing was incredibly frustrating. Never booking through kayak or with Scandinavian again.

Name change on tickets for a misspelled name was very hard to change

Very unfriendly approach to me when you rescheduled my return flight due to your delay. No help to address my health concerns because I am diabetics and had orthopedic problems. No clear explanation where to clear customs. I had poor customer service

The seats were really cramped. The high backs on the chairs made you feel claustrophobic.

Boarding was chaotic and the flight left late but arrived at a decent time. This may have been because of the sxsw festival that was going on.

The check in process at CDG was absolutely unacceptable. We arrived to the airport 3 hours and 20 minutes before our departure time, waited in line for 1 hour and 30 minutes to check in (despite having checked in online and only needing to check a bag), then were forced to check all of our rolling luggage despite the fact that all were compliant with carry-on requirements. The staff at the desk were rude and there were only two desks open, while eight people were working. The check in desk wasn’t even opened on time (3 hours prior to departure) and there was no communication about when it would open or why there was a delay. We feared missing our flight because the departure board was not updated, so rushed to our gate to board once we were through security because it was 20 minutes prior to departure, only to wait another 30 minutes before boarding even started. Communication was lacking throughout the process. What a horrible end to our trip.

Seats were less comfortable and tight from Newark to Dublin, than my second flight ( small segment from Dublin to Lyon). Movie audio was with frying sound overall. Yet the worst was as follows: one male, (dark hair , glasses on) from the crew member was so cold and rough, while I remained with constancy polite and kind. Per exple with the noise level I could not hear him at first for beverages, he rolled his eyes at the third times I finally heard him. From the start, loading my small hand bags , he directly spoke to me and said “ I had to keep my shopping bad by my seat, under , while there was sufficient room and I was among the last to sit. I show him the space , his face was always dull, stoic, not welcoming as the usual crew members from any airline companies are. When I think of my experience I liard w Aer Lingus, this is the image that gets back to me. Needless to say that as a passenger and client, I felt belittled since all this happened in front of the surrendering passengers. It s an affront and not a pleasant feeling especially when being traveling which oftentimes involves stress with carrying, and making it on time. I m not happy with the experience I had to be honest and I fly four times a year. Thank you for allowing me to share this statement with your company.

It was fine. We were delayed leaving but a situation of too many planes, not the airlines fault.

One cold drinks service. No snacks with drinks. No tomato juice or apple juice, coke - only fanta or sprite then ran out of that. Went to gally after meal service no one there / no self service for water at least. Waited 25 min for cabin crew to assist. No recycling of cardboard/ plastic - all put to garbage. Breakfast was a nutrigrain bar and an orange juice. Also I'm sure I booked a flight with checked luggage allowance but had to buy extra when I had my booking confirmation. Movies were good. Chairs comfy. Pillow and blanket and ac vents.

There was no room in the seats, smallest room we've ever had and the food was awful.

I dont fly them much anymore. Other carries offere better pricing and better seating options

Seats weren't very comfortable for a long haul flight but the service made up for it.

This flight was of exactly the same high standard as the outbound leg, exactly a week earlier - except that we didn't have any food or drink because it departed at around midnight.

The Glasgow to Dublin route was very efficiently boarded, flight and landing and disembarkation were all super smooth. Dublin to JFK flight I was very pleasantly surprised overall. This was my first time on Aer Lingus and having already come off the short regional flight I was curious to know how the international flight would go. Aircraft was solid, entertainment options were better than expected, flight crew were experienced and operated like clockwork. Main entree left a little something to be desired but the snack was very tasty. Boarding and disembarkation again very smooth and pilots got us in earlier than expected. Would definitely fly again

I liked how they looked after couples by providing a row of 4 seats if available.

Flight was good but seat in 12D was not comfortable, better on the Airbus 321 from Tampa to Charlotte. No breakfast was served before landing in zLonfon only a coffee and orange juice.

I was transferred to an American Airlines flight. The boarding was late and unorganized. The seating was extremely tight and uncomfortable. Will not use AA again.

The entertainment selection was ok, but overall not bad! The crew was great.

Good crew and boarding process. Horrible food and one of the most uncomfortable aircraft seats I have ever sat in. The cabin temperature was warm which made it hard for my family to sleep.

bad, made it to connecting flight and they didnt let me board

We were never able to take this flight because our first flight from Austin to Dallas was cancelled.

Our flight was cancelled on Sunday morning. We were supposed to take a short flight to Dallas from Austin, then a nonstop to Barcelona. We were rerouted from Austin to Miami on American Airlines due to storms we sat at the gate for 2 1/2 hours, pilot announced we needed fuel. In air pilot said we were rerouted to Fort Myers 30 minutes from Zmiami. Sat on tarmac waiting for a gate. Deplaned at 10:09. Pilot gave conflicting info about what to do. Missed Miami flight to Barcelona. Pilot announced crew was timed out and we would have to wait for a new crew. Waited a couple of hours. Got to Miami at 2:30 am. Gate agents at Fort Myers told us to go to D30 for hotel vouchers. No one was there. So we slept a little on the floor. Husband is 80 and I am 74. Rerouted to JFK at 9:54 am on Monday, then flight to Barcelona at 5 pm. We arrived in Barcelona a day late and missed the first night of our Oceania Marina cruise. We feel that we are due a lot of compensation for this trip from hell.

The check-in of my luggage was terrible. When purchased my tickets, one luggage and one carry-on was part of the fight. My flight was switched from British to American Airline. During check-in of luggage at the airport, I was denied and had to pay extra $75. How do I get reimbursed for this extra luggage payment?

More Indian vegetarian food options would have been better Availability of seat selection free of charge 72 hours before departure would be great

This was the second time on BA, food terrible, bathrooms gross,( granted, that was mostly due to the disgusting children urinating all over it)boarding was late and disorganized. No gate issued until last minute st Heathrow, bad system, caused undue stress. Seats were painful, that's what you get for traveling like a poor in economy, right BA? Should have been able to afford business or first class if you want to actually be able to walk upright without back pain after a trip.

Seats were not comfortable, and the problems started when we landed at Frankfurt airport. We waited more than 3 hours to collect our luggage, as a result we missed the connected train to Brussels. Our plans for the trip were ruined that day.

I missed my connection in Frankfurt and was booked to another flight to New York. Different destination and got downgraded from Business Class to economy. No Support from Condor at all. Very Bad experience

Flight 1.5 hours late; missed connection. Ground support for rebooking inadequate to the point of ridiculousness.

Flights delayed, and not communicated to the level I accustomed to by other airlines. The crew seems to be hating their job and it shows. It costs you nothing to smile and be a bit more friendlier. Also, no jet bridge, passengers have to use stairs, which is hard for my elderly parents. What's the point of ordering wheelchairs?

One of the stewardess was really rude to a customer right near me. I ordered water and was given sparkling water which kind of surprised me as I've always been given still water but I didn't say anything. The lady after me ordered water as well and when she saw it was sparking water, she stopped the stewardess who then said very curtly "You could have told me sooner." Whoa...that was rude! Later this same customer had some liquid spilled on her as the same stewardess handed a drink to the person sitting next to her. I know it wasn't intentional, but it was rather strange. It was very hard to navigate how to get through the Frankfurt airport to our connecting flight. No one told us you'd have to go through security again so it was rather confusing as we didn't have a boarding pass. Luckily we were able to get necessary papers and get to our flight. Sadly, my luggage did not make it out of Frankfurt though.

Quick easy flight, checked my bag and was told to pick it up in LAX but my bag stayed in Frankfurt. I am tracking it with an air tag. I filed a complaint with Alaska Airlines at my last stop in SJC.

For context: 10 hour flight FRA-YVR. Newer A330 Neo plane. Crew were amazing - friendly and efficient. The plane is newer with great overhead space. My main issue is that the Premium Econ cabin is inferior compared with other airlines. Cute amenity kit (a plus). Food was fine, though I’d like to see more wine selection beyond 1 red and 1 white. But, seats aren’t as comfortable, and all Prem Econ and Econ passengers share only 4 washrooms. Washrooms in business are off limits. In addition, Condor charges for seat selection in Prem Econ. Ridiculous on a $1500 one-way ticket. Prem Econ configuration is 2, 4 and 2, and Condor put me and my partner into 2 middle seats in the group of 4 seats, meaning we’d have a single person to our left and to our right. Again, ridiculous. A kind airport agent was able to give us 2 seats in first (and exit) row of Prem Econ but these had no footrests. I wouldn’t rush back to Premium Economy on Condor.

The crew was friendly, but the comfort of the plane and the food definitely had room for improvement.

The cabin staff was very friendly and attentive. The plane was modern and fairly quiet in flight. The video screens are large and of high quality, and I liked that the documentary movie "Anselm" was available for watching.

The flight from Saskatoon to Calgary was canceled by WestJet due to the airline strike. Condor, as the main operator, did not inform us. We found out that information just when we arrived at Saskatoon airport. Fortunately, we had enough time to drive to Calgary airport and catch the flight to Frankfurt. We couldn’t claim compensation for the missing flight because nobody takes responsibility for this situation. When we tried to contact BudgetAir, they redirected us to Condor, and Condor redirected us to WestJet. WestJet keeps saying that they are not responsible for the ticket that was bought from a third-party company.
