The flight was delayed over an hour after boarding in San Diego going to Seattle, I miss my connecting flight and had to sit in the airport for 6 hours waiting for the next flight. Leaving Pullman we sat on the plane waiting from them to spray the plane, so we left late again. I had to run and I mean run through Seattle’s huge airport to barely make the flight to San Diego, of course we landed in a satellite hub. I will never fly Alaska Airlines again, all my fights left late for reasons I felt could have been addressed before we boarded, it seems the airline is lacking in efficiency.

Airline seems to have really gone downhill and have secured a reputation for being late and nonprofessional. How sad.
The flight crew was excellent. The seats in economy were more comfortable than other flights that I have taken in economy. The only criticism that I have is the lack of food. Flying time was 5 hours and the inly food was a package of biscotti and some pretzel mix. You need to preorder food or carry it onboard.
I purchased the insurance but wasn't able to use it. There was no issue taking my money for if. Absolutely unacceptable!!
It was a pretty new plane and in good shape. The crew was very professional. The seating was too cramped but not as bad as a recent flight on Air Canada. The biggest negative was the total lack of entertainment for a cross-country, nearly 6 hour flight. This was the first time I've been on a pretty new plane that had no in-plane options for entertainment. Food was available if you pre-ordered but the necessity of pre-ordering wasn't made clear in the flight information I received. Food has been available to buy on every other flight over 4 hours that I've been on and I've flown a lot so I wasn't expecting to have to order a meal ahead of time. The necessity of pre-ordering food and using personal electronics for entertainment needs to be stated in an obvious manner for those of us who weren't born with a cellphone or laptop in hand.
The boarding was easy, the crew was amazing, i just wish the onboard entertainment selection would have been better for such a long flight.
We purchased tickets and were last to board while standby passengers were boarding before us. The WiFi wasn't working and the same thing happened on our last Alaska flight. The snack provided was vegan I wasn't going to chance eating that on a 6 hour flight incase it didn't agree with me.
The flight, boarding, and check-in experience couldn't have been a better experience. However, I ordered food ahead of time pre-flight and there was no record of that purchase, no receipt sent to my phone and the flight attendant was pretty was pretty "whatever" about it. Luckily we were able to purchase onboard but it was annoying to say the least. Especially if there would not have been other food to purchase as it's a long flight, not to add the worry of whether or not I had been charged. Otherwise, pretty good experience overall.
Larger seats, more legroom, better food, backseat screens to watch movies
Smooth boarding, smooth flight. Crew was good. I can't believe 5 hours went by so quickly!
Extremely dosappoontined and frustrated. Refused entry to lounge in Detroit despite having Delta AMEX Reserve linked in MyDelta phone app as revommended and also having proof of account. No pillows were available for overnight flight to AMS and breakfast was not served in Delta Comfort.
I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.
Was unsure of this flight due to high winds in CVG from Hurricane Helene. Crew did a great job of getting us to CVG safely.
It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK
Don't waste your money or points on first class. Delta first class is a joke. The seats were rickety, the food was awful, and nothing worked, wifi, my light, the power plug - and it was dirty - the fold out table was gross. For 2-3 hours, tough it out in Economy.
Long line to check bags. Curbside check-in was closed. Seat back monitor was not working.
My seat had no padding, it was literally plywood with a plastic cover. I could not change seats on my 10 hour flight. My excitement for this trip helped me deal with the pain.
Overall, the flight from Atlanta to Orlando was acceptable, albeit delayed and the typical temperature issue on the plane (hot) which has become somewhat expected. However, the staff at gate B22 for connecting flight DL1562 was disappointing. And to clarify, there were two gentlemen behind the counter — one pleasant and the other, Larry. Without question, Larry should not be in hospitality. My wife and I were first in line and when Larry walked in behind the desk, my wife greeted him with “Hiii Larrry”. And while she can be bubbly at times, and I get that it was late, the conversation morphed as Larry asked if she was drunk. At first I assumed he was joking (still not appropriate) but he was not. Clearly he was having a bad day or maybe just hates his job. In all cases, his behavior was unacceptable and offensive. The only saving grace is that he was equally rude and dismissive to all of the surrounding guests as well—although, I’m not sure if that is a good thing or not.
I specifically picked out right side aisle seats because my left knee sometimes needs to be stretched. But my experience this trip was that the seats were shuffled and I lost those assigned seats, resulting in me having to sit in a much less desirable position for my comfort.
Delay getting into gate in ATL caused delay in bags when getting to BWI, disrupting evening plans with family.
Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.
Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.
Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.
Everything was very good. Was able to change a make run flight leaving on direct earlier in the app -seamless!!! Well done
Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.
Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.
They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.
Being stick waiting for gate at ORD cause me to almost miss my connecting flight…being deaf United made no no effort to keep me updated as I couldn’t hear the PA
No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.
They had three choices for snacks - but you could only have one - and they ran out of the dark chocolate before they made it all the way down the aisle... Packed flight - limited service.
The First class experience was really good!! Customer service was excellent.
It was really good. The boarding was good and smooth. They even checked our carry ons if you wanted to without any charge.
Charlotte NC agents were great and ended up with decent seats after having to switch flights amidst Hurricane situation. CMH was a different story. Doors to flight closed 15 minutes before departure so we nearly were left behind. Flight crew were OK but nothing to brag about for sure
My initial flight to ORD was extended without reason. We circled the airport a few time and then drove on the ground for at least 20 minutes. These kinds of delays are annoying but somewhat expected… it would be nice if the crew would make an announcement to give updates on how long we could expect to be delayed.
It was on time, which is always a good thing. There wasn’t any food hence my okay rating.
Always a great flight on AA. PHX to DFW and vise versa is always going to be a pretty full flight but the crew handles it phenomenally.
I had a TERRIBLE experience with the AA crew. I believe it was disability-related. It’s unlikely I will fly AA again.
Airlines changed our originally booked flights. Our luggage was completely damaged.
Great - quick boarding and landed early with an available gate.
Not too impressed with them to be honest. They had forgotten my gf meal, despite the fact that the app had notified me that it was sorted. Apparently there is a ‘glitch’ in the system, according to one of the stewardesses, and has been for a while. Also the legroom in economy is way too small (and I’m a slight person) and are very uncomfortable. An extra Internal flight I booked via the app, had not even given me the option to order a meal, so was unaware of that and left without food on a 9 hr. flight !! Don’t think I’ll use AA again after this.
