Cons: "The boarding in FLL was a mess. The gate attendant was terrible and did not oversee the boarding. result was overage of cabin baggage. During the process of boarding, one passenger was apparently injured due to a falling article from the bin caused by an incessant and non contained effort that went on for some 5 minutes of a passenger trying to JAM a bag into a space. No Flight attendant intervened. The flight was delayed for 1.5 hours because of the injury (minor and a bit overdrawn) which resulted in waiting for medical attention at FLL. The entire flight was held. The pilot and the flight attendants did not address the issue and resulted in just sitting on the plane with little or no explanation. Clearly there was a liability concern by SWA, as they had a ground supervisor enter the plane and realign baggage in the bids. The Flight attendants were very short and non courteous to passengers. The pilot was not present a exit of the plane.. We were terribly delayed and it was due to mismanagement by the flight attendants and the ground crew. The in flight service was horrid. Someone needs to look into this."

Pros: "Because if a flight delay I would miss my connector from full to Jax, so I was rebooked EWR to IND, TO BWI TO JAX. I was flying from 1 pm until 10:30 Pm to get from EWR to JAX. Had 3 takeoff and 3 landings. So ridiculous to have to go to Indianapolis to get to Jacksonville!"

We got pretzels and cookies and that was it even though all the resteraunts in the airport had closed so we had no other options! We also kept getting told the fix would happen soon and it took 5 hours."

Cons: "The elder gentleman was very rude throughout the flight. Paid for front row seat mostly due to covid and he made us seat and wait for people that had a connection flight to exit the plane all the way from the end of the aircraft defeating the purpose of me buying the front row seat at $65 which was more than the seat was worth. The way the crew asked was was very rude because he stated if we stand up he would keep the door closed. I understand about the passengers with connection flight but its Jetblue responsibility to get these people to their connection but it shouldn’t jeopardize me."
Cons: "It was a 6 hour flight and I didn’t know only 2 snacks and a water were available on the plane until I got to the airport. Almost everything was still closed at the airport. We were quite hungry and thirsty."
Cons: "Nothing... great flight, uncrowded flight, plenty of extra seats to stretch out. Seat were very comfy and spacious which I loved even got a full can of soda unlike the usual half a cup and done lol. Would definitely fly Jet Blue again and prefer also. Way better than the other carriers."

Pros: "I liked the male flight attendants on my flight. They were nice and cheery and was always willing to help. The inflight entertainment and WiFi was great. The snacks were also good."
Cons: "I forgot to the flight attendant’s name but she was quite rude. I traveled with an infant who required warming up of her milk in a bottle and I would ask for hot water and she failed to bring it over. I requested hot water twice. Initially when the plane was taking off- she stated she cannot bring anything while the flight was taking off but even after take off and in cruising altitudes she did not come over until we rang the call bell and another flight attendant came over. Second time mid flight we happen to ask the same flight attendant for hot water as she passed by— she nodded her head but again never returned with the hot water. Again I hit the call button and another attendant came over and gave me water. I felt that she did not like attending to the flight guests and always seemed to give an attitude. I understand traveling with a child may be hard for others, but imagine the parents who have to care for a starving baby. The flight was also a bit too warm."

Pros: "When I checked in for my flight I was given another passenger’s ticket (very similar name) and my checked bag was then sent to this other flight destination. when I got to my gate (correct destination) I discovered the error. The gate crew worked hard to get my checked bag off the wrong flight and rerouted to my flight within 20 minutes of my flight’s departure."

Cons: "Didn’t enjoy the flight at all. Seats were uncomfortable, staff looked somewhat unkept and were gossiping loudly in the back during the flight. Snacks were not provided, only one drink for the entire flight. I will not be using Sun Country again."

The check in closed 45 min before the flight and I got to the airport 35 min before the flight because my first flight at LGA was cancelled and I had to spend $250 to uber yo EWR. They charged me $200 and only refunded me vouchers"

Cons: "Check in crew were robotic, lacked enthusiasm. Is management competent? Are they leading, or directing? There is a difference, and one is more effective than the other. If morale is low, if employee satisfaction is low on what is visible to the passengers; then I wonder about what passengers don't see: maintenance crews, safety, quality assurance. I heard lots of grumblings from other passengers about bag policy. Provide first class service to your employees, and they will provide first-class service to your customers."
