Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Exelent airline"
Cons: "They kept taking my carry-on luggage, and checking it in, even though it met the standards of being a carry-on luggage, including the weight, size, and the plane was not full. I felt discriminated against, and did not appreciate having to take risk and time to have to wait and pick up my carry-on at a baggage claim in both round trip flights."
Cons: "Great service from Aeromexico. We flew from Tijuana to Guadalajara and carry on is free. Beverages are free. If you check in luggage, it's the least expensive from the 3. Great airline..."

Cons: "The only entertainment was a general TV showing a kids movie"
Pros: "Speed of boarding"
Cons: "No TVs on back of chairs, small seats. Gate agent asked everyone with a US passport leave their bags at the gate because the "overhead bins were smaller than normal and there was no room" - this was not true, the bins were regular sized and half empty."
Cons: "Checking in took a while in Aeromexico."
Pros: "Was good atention, and the personal was nice"
Cons: "I spected something more that a Cookie and juice for meal."
Pros: "The variety of movies, songs and tv."
Cons: "Nothing everything was excellent!!!"
Pros: "Good rate,"

Pros: "Being abordar and landing the poor organization when system whent down it was a chaos and no one took charge"
Cons: "The lack of organization"
Pros: "Flight attendants were good"
Cons: "As mentioned in a previous comment, while I enjoy AM domestic first/business class product on the new planes, unfortunately, I cannot say the same about their old ones. AM seats do not provide a footrest, and there is the lack of the IFE, which on a longer flight like mex-tij could have made the flight more enjoyable. Food, AM domestic business class food options are not the best, it was a turkey/cheese sandwich on a white bread with heavy mayo, and milk rice-while delicious, also very heavy on the sugar"
Pros: "Spaces plane"
Pros: "Nothing at all. I hope they pay for this!!!!!"
Cons: "I am a US combat veteran and they denied my service dog access. They made me leave my partner stranded in a foreign country. I am very angry and distraught and I need my service animal back."

I had a first class ticket and all I got was someone in the airport will help you. But there was no one at the counter! More rhan 2 hours on the phone and they would not even let me talk with the supervisor. All I got was wait for someone in the counter... No one ever showed."
