AAAAHHHH... It was shocking in a very positive way, the attention to detail, the courtesy, the manners of all personnel on board, the constant honest smiling. You can see and feel they take pride in all they do no matter how trivial. The plane in general was very comfortable. I can't wait to do it again
The boarding process was efficient and quick. The seats were comfortable. The food was good. The service was excellent. We had a lovely flight from Seattle on Korean air
Flight crew was fantastic. The aircraft was meticulously cleaned at all times. The crew was continuously checking to see if the passengers were ok.
They were trying to get people to check luggage because the over head compartments were full but when we boarded there were lots of empty places that people could have put the luggage.
This flight was a superior flight in all regards. Extremely pleasant experience.
Stingy on the drinks - 15 hour direct flight and could barely get attention for some water
The carry on baggage was collected before boarding without further information where the passengers can collect them . When the flight arrived at Tan son Nhat airport, it was very complicate to find the luggage

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..

I was so hungry , from Boston to Tokyo, only 2 big food .
We ordered for non vegetarian Hindu meal but instead they served us vegetarian Hindu meal. That was also not good. It was very annoying and aggravating. Hope our return from Tokyo to jfk on March 27 same is not repeated. Caterar should understand difference between non vegetarian Hindu meal and vegetarian Hindu meal.
Food was great, Entertainment was bad, movies were not current and just did not have good variety. Granted I was tired so cranky might have played into my evaluation. Overall based on cost I definitely would fly them again. I am a million mile flyer on another airline, the service on JAL really beats all airlines.
Other than needing a bit more content on the IFE, Japan Air Premium Economy is amazing! It includes lounge access, and other than not having lay flat seats, felt better than some business cabins I’ve been on.

Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?
Terrible - the flight was delayed taking off after boarding. Then the flight circled lga before landing. Significant delay
The flight was delayed at the very last minute and no information, both of my round trip flights were delayed at least the BNA to Boston was informed earlier but the return one was horrible
Delayed, then set on termac before taking off for 45 minutes. After landing had to sit on termac for another 30-40 minutes. Total disaster of a flight

Although I know the Airlines cannot control the situation when there’s a ground stoppage, it would’ve been nicer if we would have had more up-to-date information clarity around the delays. Additionally, I think the delays also took a toll on the Cabin crew, particularly the lead flight attendant in first class. She was not very friendly when we boarded the plane for many of the passengers. Number one she refused to hang a garment bag in the front closet for a first class passenger, she was unwilling to dispose of an empty bottle in the trash as I was boarding (despite drinking a bottle of water herself and needing to disregard), and she was very combative with a passenger, who needed to access something from his bag that was Gate checked. Frankly, it was really unfortunate as I’ve never seen a flight attendant behave that way directly to the passengers, particularly when none of us had done anything wrong.
Flight from Savannah arrived very late and we did not take off till 2 hours after scheduled departure!

For a 17hr economy flight it wasn’t bad at all, thankfully it wasn’t a narrow body plane.
Simplicity of boarding and corporate interactions were all totally positive and simple, brief, organized and clear. No regrets at all. I will favor flights with Cathay Pacific in the future.
Big selection and great food and beverages in business class with good service. Full recline but less privacy compared with Qatar.
Really impressed with the Airline and much with the Crew. The crew was amazingggg, changed seats very easily, provided a lot of snacks on demand, the plane is nice and clean, the menu is well presented; unfortunately, the food is not fantastic, but it's not bad either but nothing to rave about. I am still rating it as excellent because I loved everything else; food improvement will be great!
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
The plane was dirty, the seats were torn and broken, the service was the most terrible ever, the bathroom dirty, they will not even serve water you had to request it, the meals were terrible, overall less than Zero, I will never fly Cathay Pacific again.

From BOS to HK, the crew had pushed me to choose the pasta for meal multiple times. It was a bad experience. Without this, everything was good.
The overall flight went well and the aircrew was pleasant.
The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.
Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.

Flight was 2.5 late. Maybe not United’s fault but late none the less. We were late as well on the first leg. WiFi quit working with an hour left.
I would have preferred a flight voucher and to hop on a different flight. Delayed over 6 hours.
Boarding was great, and the crew were very friendly. The seats must have been a bit on the older side and you could feel some of the seat components through the padding. Also, the plugs did not work on the row's entertainment screen or charging ports. Checked bag was transferred for connecting flight, and we appreciated how early we had the connecting gate information.
It was Swiss. Our kosher meals were literally frozen solid and therefore inedible, and the crew didnt care.
Food was great. Staff was phenomenal. Seats were a bit hard and could use a lot more entertainment options as far as movies to choose from. WiFi was good. Overall great trip.
