The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!

For some reason, there was very little volume on the cabin announcements. You could not hear what the pilot or crew were saying.

Really hard to tell what was happening after my flight got delayed five times

Audio Visual Equipment lacking content and features. No connection ability for noise cancellation pods

Very disappointed in the crew as they did not pick up my trash nor offer headsets

Noting this only because it’s so unusual for delta: this was just an uncomfortable flight. The jet ridge was too hot and the plane wasn’t any better. By the time we got off the ground the AC was on but for such a short flight it was almost too late.

1) It was extremely hot in the cabin. All the passengers were sweating and it almost became suffocating 2) It was a 50 min flight but there was no service. How can a 50 minute flight not have any drink/snack service?

Flight was delayed and we were on the runway after landing for 30 mins

The experience was bad. Flight was delayed to handle maintenance (understandable) but still there was some dew forming and dropping as droplets on few seats. Internet at best was allowing some browsing but at a snail pace.

There needs to be better accommodations for waiting passengers. A a designated standing space that is separated and away from concourse traffic.
