Cons: "Little time for plane change at Atlanta. Atlanta rail excellent but plane arrival was late and time to cross airport limited. This was especially galling as I was at MCO early enough to catch the 1hr prior flight and requested a transfer to travel with a friend. There were seats available and Delta tried to move me but KLM would not allow it????"

Pros: "The airport in Belize is much more managemable than most in the US."
Cons: "Slightly crowded waiting area"
Pros: "Drinks were passed out twice while everyone was waiting due to flight delay. There was one flight attendant that was awesome. I had asked for coffee due to migraine. I was stuck in the last row, back of the plane & had seen other people with coffee. The flight attendant told me no, I would have to wait for 3 more hours for coffee at breakfast. A smiling face showed up within minutes & asked if I wanted coffee. She told me that when she hears someone else say "no" that she thinks it should always be "yes". She was the African American flight attendant (wish I would have got her name). She brought me coffee, offered tylenol & checked in on me again later."
Cons: "Food wasn't very good. Most of the service was fair at best, crew, no smiles, looked irritable. Our flight had been delayed about 4-5 hrs so passengers & staff grumpy. Poor selections on the movies. No charging stations in the seat. This plane was very noisy so I was really glad to have noise cancelling headphones. Very expensive to select seats as it was bought through a non-Delta site to get the desired connections."

Cons: "Delayed by 2.5 hours."
Pros: "Flying to Portland was trouble free."
Cons: "No complaints here"
Pros: "i got to Atlanta safely"

Pros: "Seats, video and overall comfort are all very nice on the new 900's."
Pros: "Great service. On time flight."
Cons: "I reserved my ticket through Kayak.com. They auto populated my name and added my maiden name. Because that did not match my passport I was charged $50 at the counter to make the name change. Additionally this took a very long time and we almost missed our flight. I am currently fighting with the airline to get reimbursed."
Pros: "Delta Club"
Pros: "Good and crew were great"
Cons: "Seating was horrible. No leg room, and I'm only 5'9" tall. Tray table was broken. No cushioning in seat. We're likely to look for other airline choices for long future flights"
Pros: "Economy seats are comfortable. I wasn't compressed in any way sitting in a window seat. Delta is my go-to airline. Not always the least expensive, but it's usually a pleasant trip."
Cons: "My selection was not available"
Pros: "Liked the entertainment option. I was able to watch most of a movie on the first flight, then pick up the end on the second. B737-900 ER is a nice plane"
Cons: "Boarding sequence seems inefficient"
Pros: "Great Delta crew at check in and boarding!"
Cons: "Rear of plane very hot after passing through a very cool front. Service without a smile. "Don't have that" monitors on seats were almost useless."
