Pros: Good on flight entertainment

Cons: Tried to select my seat 2 weeks out from flight. Was told by multiple delta employees I can only change at the gate. Was unable to change seat and ended up getting downgraded to middle seat middle row. Rude flight staff that barked at the passengers

Pros: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything.

Pros: Delta refused to let us reserve a bassinet seat, and kept telling us to ask them later. They ultimately were not able to to provide one. They were the least accommodating of all the airlines we have asked.

Cons: Better customer service.

Pros: The crew was gracious, kind, and very accommodating. Lots of leg room and comfortable seat on the A321, “my flight” on the screen

Cons: Video feed from the nose and underbelly of the plane in flight as an option on the screen

Pros: I like the comfortable seats and the entertainment feature found on every seat.

Cons: Not much. Delta is superior

Cons: More food choices, but what we had was good.

Pros: That I was able to change flight within the delta app

Pros: The plane was brand new!

Cons: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.

Pros: The pilot greeted us all on the jet way and then spoke to us. He even came to ask if everyone was ok before we left.

Pros: pilot was great... made the landing at key west seem easy!

Cons: Flight attendants seemed to really like their jobs!

Cons: Cabin was way too hot despite complaining multiple times. Wi-Fi didn’t work the whole flight. The entertainment system was down. Seats uncomfortable. Inept crew. Worst flight I’ve ever taken.

Pros: After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes.

Cons: Middle seat, last row. In a full flight, and the passenger in fronf reclines, its difficult to watch monitor, eat, or move

Cons: Service and crew at JFK was horrible! Worst I have ever been around. Staff could not have cared any less

Pros: Boarding was on time and we arrived early. The staff was also very friendly

Pros: The crew did their best to deal with delay.

Cons: There was an absolutely awful job done by both Delta and Kayak of informing us if additional delays, new gate assignments, when the plane would be reboarded. Also, people were quite angry that the plane had to be cleaned between the time we got off and the time we reboarded. Just get us home.

Cons: The flight was not on time. The staff broke my carry-on zip for expansion and refuse to admit it was a suitcase damage which need to be repair. They said put a belt around it to use it !!!! It is a 1 year new piece of luggage from Delsey which is a very good quality brand and expensive!!!!!!

Cons: Takes along time to get off airplane with everyone getting their bags from the overhead bins
