The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.

An average flight experience. For our transatlantic portion, they provided a main meal and two snacks. However, the food was not very tasty and the drinks far too small and infrequent for such a long flight. The regrettable part of the flight was that the toilets were extremely filthy. I feel this is unacceptable.

Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

I called prior to flying to confirm our baggage allowance which was 5 bags. On our outbound flight thee were no problems. On the return flight we were charged for each bag totaling $400! We are working with customer service to resolve the issue.

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

Late boarding. Delayed departure leading to rushed connection at Madrid Barajas. Not necessarily Iberia's fault but delay loading cargo didn't help.

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.

Totally unprofessional crew, lack of empathy and disrespectful responses. Flight got delayed for Mechanical issue for 3 hours got on the runway then back, then disembarked and just waiting with no one explaining anything and missed my connecting due to that.. the crew total lack of professionalism is totally unseen anywhere.

Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!

Sorry my last review for prg to fra was for this flight. My prg to fra flight was fine but my second flight back to Washington DC was with a slow awful crew who wouldn’t come in a timely manner to take trash and take trash before serving coffee tea and was shoving other people’s bottles of water on me when we were not traveling together

Horrible experience. Nothing to give to kids to keep them entertained.

This flight is always a cramped bus. The gate area was inadequate and announcements were hard to hear. The flight was delayed 45 minutes to an hour by a broken aircraft door, making our total delay from Vilnius 5 hours.

Unfortunately, the flight departure was delayed over one hour due to the aircraft used arriving late. Boarding was tedious because of the transit bus taking us to a remote area of the tarmac. Once aboard the crew was very accommodating and did well under more stress than usual. Turbulence caused a delay in meal service. Flight Attendant Anson was very helpful, respectful, and attentive to me and others around me. To be very clear, this was a code share flight on United, UA 181. They were very clear to us all to let those customers with a shortened layover time to their connecting flight to be allowed to exit first.

It was timely boarding, well organized. The food was weird in a flight to Buenos Aires. I felt as if I were flying to Asia because of the chicken teriyaki. In my section flight attendants spoke only German and English. I wondered why no Spanish speaker was hired for a flight to Latam. In that Lufthansa needs to be more customer oriented. Compared to other airlines the four seat in the middle is less comfortable. That said, staff was polite and efficient, the entertainment system worked well. It was ultimately a peaceful, well organized and safe flight. Thank you !

Changing the flight with app and customer service was very difficult and poor .although I h ad a ticket and seat number still had to pay more money as ticket not transfered. Couldn’t buy another ticket for my daughter on my booking too. Customer services’s appealing. My daughter was ill and noine cared.

Good crew and good flight but could have run on time They were waiting to collect people from connections

In a half empty plane LH put me on the only row in Economy plus were 3 people were sitting. Instead of asking either one of us if we'd like to switch to an empty center row , they moved people from the back to the empty middle rows. In the end I felt cheated because I paid more for my seat and lost out.

The plane seemed very dated. The entertainment was very limited. There was a school group on our flight and the crew seemed bothered by them. They were not overly friendly or welcoming.

I paid for premium seats and the last minute they changed the aircraft for a bigger one, they bumped me to another seat which was NOT at all comfortable for an 11 hour flight, will fight for a refund!!

The landing was catastrophic. I was very scared. I thought it were my last lminues. Pilotes should be more experienced

ALL services were good. An announcement should’ve been made at the end of the flight that filling out a customs form would not be necessary anymore for USA travelers entering Philadelphia.
