TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

They offered food. The crew passed by again offering water. I enjoyed the two seating section. I think is very comfortable instead of the three seat way, unless you seat in the middle; which it's not bad, but I wouldn't prefer. All and all, I think the lay out of the seating rows are better than other airlines so far( I haven't tried many anyways). The lay out makes the getting in and out to use the restroom less uncomfortable and cramped. First time flying with Latam. I will fly with them again

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

Wingo changed departure time 3 times and kept us moving from one gate to a different one. A 1 one flight took me more than 8 hours. Don't fly wit Wingo, the worst experience ever

Nothing the vendor services and overall process was not an experience I would ever want to revisit again .

Be very careful of the initial low price because Avianca wil bill you for a carryon of $120 or a checked bag for $120. Also, be careful with connections because the customs entry process is slow and the connecting terminal is not close.

They charged me $120 to check one bag and then charged me another $120 for a carryon. Ridiculous!

Horrible. I have been trying to speak to a representative to know why I was over charged but I get redirected to AI Vianca everytime with no results. Is there an agency that oversees airline gouging? I will never fly or recommend Avianca to anyone not that you care.

Kiwi is the worst, I couldn’t flight for work, Kiwi kept 100% of my money (they didn’t even return the taxes) I will not buy with kiwi again

Avíanca now has cero entertainment, food and even water for their travels in economy. We spend all 6 or more hours ignored or we are offered products to buy using only credit card .

The airline doesn’t provide nothing To their customers. No water , no food , no any drinks, no any kind of entertainment for free or at least paid with money cash currency . They sell some basic goods only credit card . Shame for an old international long distance trip. Never again .

$120 for a carry on bag !!!!!! Insane. Back-breaking seats. Do not recline. Food service is a disgrace. They give only water and a salty snack. Everything else has a price.
