very small seats the scree did not work. I could not watch anything for 9 hours.
Flight was late and has 12 hours transit time instead of 1.3 hours.
Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
The plane was over an hour late taking off... the plane was rather tired looking, seat cushion was thin and uncomfortable, the sound on my entertainment system wasn't working... crew are not friendly.

Always having a good experience with Lufthansa. I prefer them over anyone else. Sometimes prices need to be more affordable. Munich airport is clean and good, services are available and it’s overall a good experience. I have been flying with Lufthansa for close to a decade and I hope many more to come.
Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.
Professional crew and staff, very organized boarding and on time flights, baggage handling. Indian vegetarian meals were good, though could improve by offering Indian bread (naan/paratha/roti) as well. Very helpful pre flight emails with details of onboard experience 👍 Above average selection of movies. Consider offering more movies with subtitles and ratings indicators (e.g., IMDB scores).
Terrible experience. Should be a short simple flight from San Francisco to Palm Springs. Disgusting insult that United Air doesn’t have a cabin crew ready to receive a plane that’s already an hour plus late in departure. Lots of misinformation along the way from cockpit and crew. Definitely unimpressed with both union and management.
This was the best carrier, comfort, service, good food, on time experience on a long haul flight. New, clean, quiet, smooth aircraft!!!
