The airport was changed, just a few hours before departure, which was located almost an hour apart. Going through security was pretty fast, but then the airport does not allow them to use the walk on sleeve for some reason, perhaps because it is not a national airline. They make you huddle into an area, board onto a packed bus, drive you to the airplane on the tarmac, and then you have to carry your carry-on luggage up Rickety metal steps to get onto the plane. The flight was fine. It is relatively short. There is no entertainment and anything that you want to drink or eat you have to pay for with cash on board. They need to allow these airlines to use the walk on sleeve, which was empty and available right next to our airplane. Perhaps it’s a political battle.

The flight attendant was very helpful my husband and I were not seated together and she was able to get us seats together

Cons: "Flight departed nearly 10 hours behind schedule and we only got an explanation when we boarded. Insufficient support and stingy meal vouchers left us hungry."
Pros: "The staff and crew were very friendly and the flight was on time. The airplane was warm and a snack was provided which is not the case with Air Canada."
Pros: "Yes! Everything was comfortable and on time. Everyone was courteous. I had a great experience."
Pros: "Took us to Iguazu Falls! Best in the world! Amazing."
Cons: "It’s just a commuter flight..."
Pros: "Flight departed and arrived at the prescribed airports; nice crew."
Cons: "Pretty much everything else. Severely limited beverage offering: Forget alcohol of any kind, there are only four choices: coffee, water, coke, and sprite. Check the baggage fees!! Even on international flights Aerolineas Argentinas sees a need to charge baggage fees, even for the first bag."
Pros: "We got there safe, so pilot was great."
Cons: "Flight delayed over 2 hrs with no explanation, flight attendants were not attentive when we called for them, food was not good."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "They broke both of my luggage! And didn't recognize a thing!"
Cons: "La amabilidad y ayuda de la tripulacion a la hora del embarque. La puntualidad"
Pros: "Sat in first class, but the only advantages were larger more comfortable seats and a sandwich. No drinks or even the offer of water until well into the flight, more than an hour."
Pros: "Flight staff was very helpful during the flight."
Cons: "Need to offer water on very long fights. There was confusion on what line a person should stand in for boarding."
Cons: "My luggage was left in Buenos Aires and came on the next flight but they wouldn’t deliver it until the next day. I had to take a taxi back to the airport later that night or I wouldn’t have had my toiletries and other things until the next day."
Cons: "Food, time fling chenger to mach no more Aerolíneas Argentinas"

So many changes on the hour of the flight and the departure airport

FlyBondi canceled my flight a week in advance for no reason. It was the start of the winter holiday season in Argentina so there was no availability on any airline that day. I was able to find a flight out on a different airline the next day for much more than I'd paid FlyBondi. When I arrived in Salta, I mentioned the story to the car rental guy at the airport and he shrugged and said "FlyBondi? They're a very unreliable airline"

I have traveled with low cost carriers and they have generally been OK, especially considering the cost advantage. Flybondi is terrible. I flew twice (Buenos Aires-Iguazu and RIo-Iguazu). Boarding was like herding cattle. No regard for tired passengers. Staff was rude, always telling travelers what they could *not* do, hardly ever helpful. In my first flight the air flow on top of the seats did not work and the whole airplane had a bad smell (because of that?). The space between rows of seats was the smallest I ever experience. It did not help that the seat did not recline. Second flight had a very bumpy takeoff and even more bumpy landing (or whatever is the opposite of smooth - abrupt?). On the return (3 and 1/2) ride they did not even offer food or drinks for a price (as they did on the first). You had to go to the back of the plane and request a cup of water if you wanted to drink anything. In sum, they reminded you every moment that this was not supposed to be a regular (pleasant) flight experience. Avoid it as much as possible.

Todo el viaje fue de atraso en atraso, mucha gente perdió excursiones por los atrasos, salimos más de 4 horas tarde , el personal fue bueno , pero el servicio de informacion muy malo

Extreme budget airline. Boarded one hour before flight to sit in a steaming hot plane with no ventilation or a/c. Seats extremely tight. No food or beverage offered during flight.

The truth is that everything turned out perfect very well.

The check in crew was very friendly and efficient. Everything following reflected poorly on the company. Their exit row policy is laughably terrible. I was instructed I was not allowed to use any headphones, I was not allowed to store any luggage at all under the seat in front of me. I was not allowed to keep anything with me at all actually - it all was required to be in the overhead bin (difficult when in the window seat). And then was inexplicably woken up and told I was not allowed to sleep in the exit row either. So no book/reading, no headphones, no entertainment, and not allowed to sleep (in a non-reclining exit seat, of course). It takes a lot to annoy me normally - but this made the cut.

Bondi Air changed the departure time to 9 hours latter and would not do anything to help me. I ended flying with another carrier.

After we got to our hotel from Jorge Newberry airport, I realized my Apple AirTag was stolen, and my Belkin power bank charger was also stolen from my luggage. This was initially a carry-on bag due to the items in my bag, and I was forced to check in the bag at the counter and then to Discover things were stolen from my bag once it arrived back at the airport. I was very disappointed in this airlines for this reason, and I will never fly them again due to theft.
