This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

Copa me elige como "voluntario" para cambiarme y poder enviar a una familia a la cual había sobrevendido los tiquetes. Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

the planes are not modern there are no phone chargers

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

More than 3 hours of delay and not even a snack was given.

GOL made the flight experience a true delight. Everything was smooth, from the check in process, to the disembarking moment.

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

There was no bag included in the reservation. The price was double. Not properly advertised

It is better at the jfk than my home country. It was very easy and everything was on time.

They could offer free food and drink like other international flights.

Delay almost an hour which meant when we got to Guatemala there where 3 flights at the same time, you can imagine the caos in customs, avianca doesn’t care about passengers or schedules

I flew with my service dog unfortunately they didn’t allow it to flight on the canine, but ok, the only problem was that when I arrived to Quito it took 1 hour to deliver my dog, they were supposed to deliver it the moment we get off the airplane.

Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.

Charlotte airport is miserable. For American I always have to connect from the end of terminal E to the end of terminal B and the stupid moving walkways are always broken. And the flights to all seem of least importance so they never leave on time in either direction.

The male steward shoved me hard when i sleeping on the isle, woke me up the only way incan descripe it was Violently. I wanted to cause a scene but was able to putnmy anger innch check, i want complain to AA

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

only issue is i feel we pulled off from the gate ontime, we sat on the runway longer than i felt made sense.

This was a very good flight. The seats on the Dreamliner were comfortable and all the outlets were functional. The crew was friendly and helpful. Boarding was fairly efficient, although it was delayed by a baffling search of all the hand luggage for liquids. The timing of this flight, leaving at 10:30 PM, was excellent. It was a good time to arrive at DFW also, as there was almost no delay in going through customs and immigration. I'd fly this route, at this time, on this airline again without complaint.

American always delays flight so it stressful getting the next connection

When the flight was delayed for almost three hours, notification sent when you are already on the way to the airport, agents on AA counter give you promises which are not real… then any food or entertainment does not make the flight better.

The flight was on time, but the food was poor for business class.

Had an hour delay due to mechanical/safety; so we missed our connection in Dallas. Got home later than planned but safely and that is appreciated.
