Pros: "Captain was informative but not too talkative. Left on time and arrived 20 min early"
Cons: "It was a 6 pm take off and the only food available for purchase was a “snack pack”. A tiny piece of beef jerky with crackers, cheese, and 10 Chocolate covered blueberries for $6.00. Made the mistake of not eating before and was silly to be expecting more from a discount airline I guess."

Since they nickel and dime you for seat selection, checked bags etc, it would be nice to at least use the voucher for seat selection on my return trip."

Cons: "The plane was dirty, smelled like alcohol, and both my originating flights bad my layover were delayed. My flight to my destination was delayed (5 hours) too, at the beginning of my trip. boarding took forever, and all of it seemed unorganized."

Cons: "The flight was 60+ minutes late, due to another plane sitting on the runway. The other plane kept passengers sitting on the tarmac for over an hour. We were told the plane had mechanical problems. The waiting area was so crowded with people it was people standing all over the place...it turned out that 2 flights full of people were waiting there. When we finally boarded, the plane had to be refueled and the plane had to be started up by being jumped or something because one motor was not working normallly; this was a bit frightening. Staff was not even smiling, or even comforting when we boarded. Brief apology by pilot."

Pros: "The service was Ok, but our flight was 4 hours delayed and it wasn't mechanical or weather related delay, the airline made a scheduling error, we almost missed our car rental and we didn't get to our destination til really late at night when it should been there in the daytime. Overall, won't fly with them again"

Cons: "No quick bag drop off option, very slow to be processed. Tons of fees, they really add up and if you pay the extras it can easily be more expensive than the competitors. Super rude and careless flight attendant. Asked for bathroom permission for my 3-year-old once we were at full altitude and she denied. Sure enough 2 minutes later an adult just went for it. Then as the seatbelt sign was off she was blocking the aisle with the trolley. When I asked kindly to make room, she didn’t even acknowledge that she heard my request... she did, eventually, without even looking at me. Also very slow to get the stroller and a bit slow to get the baggage but these latter issues may be airport dependent."

Southwest airfare is inexpensive and they don't force you to pay for every little thing so don't tell me it's due to the "cheap fare." Ps. The flight attendants were rude and unfriendly."

Cons: "I didn't like that there is very, very little leg space on the plane. I didn't like that Frontier sells itself as cheaper than other airlines, but then charges $25-35 to bring a bag on the flight. Virtually every person that flies has a bag, so the "cheaper" flight is actually just as expensive as any other airline. Also, on a 4.5 hour flight from NYC to Colorado there were zero complimentary drinks or snacks. This, again, adds to the price and makes it the same price if not more than flying with a possibly more desirable airline. As we were boarding the flight, Zone 1, 2, 3..etc were called but they never called Zone 4, just assumed everyone would get up. The woman directing the boarding process just walked away and never came back to welcome those passengers as well. This was the first time and certainly the last time I will fly with Frontier. Unfortunately, selling yourself as a more affordable option should come with reasons to keep your new customers, not give them countless reasons to pay a little extra to fly with someone else. The business model here feels a little scammy, as a consumer. I assume you will be able to keep customers for a while through selling yourself as the more affordable option, but people are smart and will catch on to the fact that is a bit deceiving."

Cons: "Upon arrival, baggage took over 15 minutes to be available to passengers and it was at different carol that we were told on plane. Frontier flight from Madison to Denver a week earlier was late to board. Time was made up in flight only to remain on tarmac for an hour and twenty minutes. It seems there is a shortage of staff. Was not informed of additional charges for carry on baggage."
Pros: "My first flight out of Denver was delayed 2 hours and then when we got onto the plane we didn't even have anybody to put our luggage on to the plane which delayed us even more because I didn't have enough staff. Then on my flight home again was delayed a couple of hours. We get onto the flight we get into our destination and they won't let us off the plane because they have no where to put the plane none of the gates are open so we had to wait another hour on the runway"

And the fact that it was so consistently bad with every flight. The company really needs to do a new branding and consolidate some employees to bring in some new life definitely has gone downhill"

Cons: "Two of my checked bags were lost. One I needed for a presentation at work. The other was needed for my backpacking gear. The bags were lost on Sunday morning. I needed both bags on Monday by 9am. I was finally told the bags would be delivered at 10am Monday and could take up to 4 hours to arrive. My presentation at work was a disaster as I only had half of the material I needed. And now it is 10am on Monday I am suppose to be heading to Tenessee with a large group of children for a backpacking trip and I'm trapped at home with no gear. This mistake is now effecting at least 10-15 families whose children I'm suppose to take into the wilderness. Bags get lost. I get that. Frontier has offered no compensation and barley an apology. I will never fly with this company again. I guess you get what you pay for. Very disappointed."
