Flight cancelled by Seuss air and all onward flights missed
This is a quick flight from JoBerg to Livingstone. The small meal was very good, surprisingly, not a sandwich but a nice little chicken salad. Easy breezy flight if you travel long distance a lot. There is no entertainment and none needed for this short flight
Loved the in flight meal! Surprisingly good.! Staff on board were all friendly and professional! Book as far ahead as possible! Get your seat selection locked in ASAP
Great flight, excellent service comfortable plane. No entertainment available on the flight but it was only a 3 hour flight.
+ There was a great small meal even on the short flight + They gave our kids a magazine that kept them busy because there were no screens - We didn't get a boarding pass for our infant in arms for the connecting flight

Airlink is my preferred airline for travel in South and Southern Africa. Upington international airport is small so check in and security screening is a breeze. Boarding is easy and the flight was good. Took a while to get the luggage at OR Tambo airport but all in all a nice experience

Easy boarding, smooth flight, friendly and helpful attendants. As with every other airline, there isn't enough leg room to be comfortable. Food was adequate.
There was no entertainment, but that is not expected on a flight less than 2 1/2 hours. Uber clean aircraft, good boxed meal and friendly flight attendants. Very please with the experience
very much disapointed they said the gate opens at 1930 and will be oped for 15 minutes.. we reached there at 1940 and they had already closed the gates and we missed the flight, they dont update on their app and we had to spend a lot of time asking where our boarding gates where ileven check in they dont have online, we slept at the airport only for them to tell us that they will not rebook us and the money wont be refunded because they said we booked through the agent, i will never recommend fast jet to anyone beside im a content creator with more than a million followers across facebook and tiktok so im gona do a public name and shame for these cowards.. right nw im going to Harare by bus🙌
The flight was delayed by 4 hours no one apologized. When we were then taken into the bus to go board we were made to wait in the bus for more than an hour. The trip was just terrible
The times on the app and the actual boarding and take off time did not coincide. They were off by 30 min or more. Other than that, lovely experience. The flight attendants were pleasant and accommodating. Also, very pretty, not that that matters at all. The little snack sandwiches and snack boxes provided were very tasty. I would happily fly fastjet again!
Left early, arrived early, great crew, even had all our luggage which is always a bonus when Johannesburg is involved.
I lost my checkin baggage from Harare to Johannesburg. I nearly missed my connection flight. The plane was delayed for more than 2 hours without any communication from the team on the ground.
The crew were amazing. They should improve the inflight entertainment

It was an old aircraft, stiff seats almost wooden chairs with thin cushions. Food was ok.
There where no ear phones provided and the food needs to improve.
Boarding was delayed and people were just sitting there like lost.
I still cannot find my luggage. I need my luggage.
Business and economy lines were common for most of the journey including check in and security control in Addis Abbeba. Food choice was fine, however there was a hair in my rice
The flight was one hour late. The food is mediocre and the screen was broken
it was a nice tripe but they need to work on the serving of soda,they should be abled to serve cain soda not on cup.At least each passenger should be entitled to one cain of soda not serving on cup.thanks.
We were unable to check in on line with no explanation! Despite arriving at the airport 3 hours before deprture, my wife and I had no allocated seats and ended up being seated seperately. This is unacceptable! We were both ib the middle of the centre of the aircraft, despite having previously requested an aisle and seat next to it when booking and having been an Exec Club member for 25 years - so much for loyalty! The seats were extremely uncomfortable for such a long flight. I fly a lot and these were, by far, the most uncomfortable seats I've had in many years. It was all fine until we arrived at LHR where we got off the plane quickly, but then had to wait more than 45 minutes in the baggage hall for our bags to arrive, despite the fact that some luggage was already off when we got to the carousel. After 14 1/2 hours flying, this is completely unacceptable and ruined the experience for us.
I liked the movie selection and the speed getting the luggage. I did not like the fact that for premium they did not have a personal kit with toothpaste, I travel all the time in premium economy and bussiness and althought the kit might bot be the same at least you have the smalles kit in premium economy. I did not like either that because i was in the last row of premium economy nothing made it to my seat. They run out of the food I wanted ( it is a surprise because there were only 6-7 rows. They would run out of orange jouice were thy were passing water/orange juice around, they run out of some alcohol. I am undertand running out of it but I don’t understand why mot getting kore. The service I received in row 11 was different from the service in rows 7,8…. Also the screen on my tv was broken. It did not respond to touch. So, in conclusion, if I compare my flight going to Europe with an American airline plane in premium and the one with British, British expereince was significantly much worse. This company is declining fast.
I paid for a very expensive Business Class seat to and from Cairo Egypt from Charleston SC. There was partnership from states to London using American Airlines. That leg was amazing. The British Airlines leg was a joke. They used the standard no leg room 3 by 3 seats. A tray was put on the middle seat. The trip was 5 hours, from London to Cairo, thus my BC purchase. There was no screen proving tv/movie options, only a small device plug. The fold down tray and the bag of peanuts were typical of normal short run flying. The one toilet was located in the galley. We all got to know each other well. This was my first and last trip with British Airlines. I now understand why they would NEVER give me a seat chart so that I could make a selection.prior to departure. It honestly would not have made a difference, there were less than 50% of occupied seats. Apparently everyone got the memo but me. I have never felt so cheated as with that trip, got to so another going back to London, yeah. I will be sending a letter to customer service and asking for a refund. I will be photos comparing the two BC legs. OH, one more thing. The FC ticket holders got bulkhead and exit row seats. I know they had to be thrilled
It is a wonderful airline. The cabin crews were friendly and the food as well as the service the were excellent.
Very bad experience they cancelled my ticket and no body bothered to even inform me, i was on the airport and it’s come to my knowledge that it was cancelled a week back,
The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on my flight from London to Nashville.
Our stroller got lost when flying from San Diego to Frankfurt and our luggage got lost when flying back from Frankfurt to San Diego, We had to rent a stroller during our 4 week stay and had to no stroller during our trip back to the US. Our suitcase is also still missing. We sent and email 3 weeks ago and are still waiting for somebody to get back to us.
I liked nothing, my connection was missed after a 6hr delay, 3 of those hours were spent trapped on the tarmac going nowhere. They rebooked me with a different airline for the next day but never confirmed my seat, so I had to wait another entire day… after walking around an airport for the whole first day waiting for the front desk to open to get my ticket. A 19hr trip turned into an 80+hr trip. Of course, British airways has no actual customer complaint phone line, so I have heard nothing at all from the airline. Oh, and they lost my bag. This trip cost an additional $3000, several days of missed free time, and some agonizing discomfort from so much wandering around airports and venice trying to find replacement clothing. This sucked.
Liked that my American Airlines status seamlessly transferred to BA so luggage check was free. Flights were on time, boarding quick. Wish they didn’t assign connecting gate so late at Heathrow.
We flew business class. The staff was polite and responsive. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious. The area was clean.
