Such an elite experience .. from boarding to in-flight. And so friendly to my dog. Amazing.

The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. Flight was delayed, full flight and I had to change gates. Southwest flights are always late later in the day.

The seats are now more narrow. I paid for front row the seats in the front are even more narrow than before.

As always, the entire Southwest experience was wonderful, from online booking to flight to baggage retrieval. Very grateful.
Flight wasn’t even full, but too many carry-ons caused us to run out of bin space. New bag fee has folks who would usually check their bags carrying on. Watching Southwest morph into Spirit/Frontier is so sad to watch
I boarded last because of my boarding assignment and was given a middle seat at the back of the plane. I’m 6”1” so it was really tight. I wish I just had a seat assignment instead of a general boarding group. My bag was way at the front and my seat at the back. Was never offered a beverage and had no room to move.
Any type of entertainment option would be nice. Would like power options for charging devices
I missed the flight due to maintenance issues. This is the second flight I’ve missed in four days because United allows such little time between layovers. Very disappointing
Flight did not have wifi service. It was experiencing technical difficulties. Definitely and old plane that needs updating.
Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.

The flight attendants were great, I joked with one I can’t remember her name, a blond, really sweet. I thought it was run well very professional. This was great i survived Spirit, I know for which I speak.
I was supposed to be on business class at first class from Denver back to Miami due to weather changes. I missed my connection and it’s put on a flight to Fort Lauderdale. Instead of honoring my business class/1st class ticket, they put me in coach, but there were two first class seats open. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that I paid for first class $1300 ticket and they put me in economy and they had to open seats available and I have still not been refunded the difference. I ended up having to eat a snack box instead of the meal I was supposed to get and did not get home till 2 AM so I think that’s a little pathetic that I had to live off crackers for dinner And my poor dog ate some cheese and salami. Oh yes, apparently when they switched me to the new flight they forgot to mention I had a service dog
Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.
Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.
Crew and snacks were great. It’s nice to have free wifi for entertainment, but there wasn’t anywhere to place my phone (ie Alaska Airlines). Also the gate was right next to another that was boarding at the same time, so it was difficult to tell where the line for our flight was. Also, they didn’t have a speaker system and had to yell for different groups. Had I not gotten a text that the flight was boarding, we might have missed the flight.
Overall all good with the flight. Appreciated the extra spacious upper storage for (vertically standing) carry on. Efficient crew, on time departure... What could it be better is the in seat power. No one was working in our row. We were counting on the in seat power to recharge our battery depleted phones. With the dependency we have in our mobile devices nowadays, the availability of in seat power is a must....
I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. My screen didn’t work, my seat didn’t recline, the flight attendant was rude and completely dismissive, the airplane was freezing, the seats are way old, slanted and uncomfortable. I payed for a full ticket and got a horrific experience, with a flight attendant who dismissed me even though I was calm respectful and polite.
JetBlue cancelled the flight. We had to rebook on another airline.
The flight was on time the crew was courteous that makes for a good flight.
Plane was delayed multiple times. I would like to request a refund. Was due to arrive Thursday evening ended up arriving Friday morning.
It was good. I’m very disappointed that they don’t give commentary ear pods for the movie. I forgot mine at home
JetBlue not only has the most comfortable planes, but also used to have the best customer service. Lorie Wright, the lady at the gate was very rude not only to me, but to other passengers as well. Her colleague, the gentleman was also not very friendly. They both were acting like they were doing passengers a favor. The crew on board was very nice.
Onboard functioning wide-variety entertainment on a budget and having an open pantry is nice. Seats are not comfortable but go provide plenty of legroom for a 6'2" 260lbs man.
Because of weather and mechanical issues our flight was 4 hours late. The only compensation offered to us was a meal voucher to be used only at Boston Airport and only on the day issued. But by the time it was offered to us all the restaurants were closed, so there was no way to use that offer.
You get what you pay for with JetBlue. Every little thing costs more, you are nickel and dimed until the end. Entertainment doesn’t function. Flight attendants do the bare minimum.
The seats are tiny and they don’t recline. The planes are dirty and very small. You have to pay for carry on and even the personal item that you’re allowed is smaller than with other airlines. Flights are usually delayed and there’s no screens or any amenities or entertainment.
Cancelled flight after I arrived at airport after 75 min drive and parking. Next flight was 4 days in the future. Had to scramble and buy a much more expensive flight on another carrier.
The takeoff was the smoothest I've ever experienced on any airline and this is the first time I've flown on frontier so this was an extremely pleasant surprise!
A lady asked to stop the flight after the tunnel pulled away and we began to depart a flight that was already hours late. The attendance respectfully stopped the the plane and had the tunnel return. After the tunnel returned the passenger claimed to have changed her mind . The tunnel was then put in reverse and the passenger remained on the plane .. They should have sent the sick passenger off the plane like initially replaced. They existed a couple off the plane prior to that situation.. So.. all and all.. it was a long and flight.. .
Charges unexpected. For seat that didnt recline. Please reverse extra seat and carryon charge. Bad business that is a bait and switch.
I couldn’t check in because the app didn ’t work. It took 3 Frontier employees at the counter to get me checked in. Flight left 3 hours after departure time
I strongly dislike Frontier. I find them barebones, the seats not particularly comfortable, the nickel and diming is maddening, the app is TERRIBLE - super confusing to navigate, and the last 4 frontier flights I have flown have been on AVERAGE 2 hours late, one ruining a fancy night out in Vegas with reservations made well in advance, which was nodded to with a measly 5000 miles, which translates to almost nothing. At least credit a free checked bag or something.
Flight was delay 9hrs and nothing was provided at airport, had to go and get a room to sleep in, paid for Uber back and fort with no offers until we landed back home a 1hr later for a $75 voucher for a future flight.
I hope to avoid flying with them in the future. First flight got cancelled then got stuck with a 13 hour layover in Denver. The process was long and frustrating to many people.
Flight was delayed on the runway for 40 minutes the crew did not even offer even water to passengers to compensate for the flight delayed. The flight was delayed due to aircraft mechanical issues. Worst customer service ever
