Pros: "Seat was comfy and the leg room makes a difference."
Pros: "The crew was great. They seemed to show that they cared. A passenger next to me was not feeling well, so one of the crews kept checking on her, offering her water and ginger ale."
Cons: "The Wi-Fi connection was spotty throughout the flight. Maybe because it was an older plane (A320). I flew in A321 BOS-LAX and the Wi-Fi was much more reliable."
Pros: "Complimentary snacks and drinks."
Cons: "Broken seat back, broken tray table, audio input didn't work."
Pros: "Crew was nice and decent on board experience"
Cons: "5 hour delay messed up entire travel plans. Missed my connection have to sleep at airport."
Pros: "Mint. It's great. Very confirmable"
Cons: "Slow taxi process after landing at LAS. Took 30+ minutes to get to gate"
Pros: "JetBlue is def the best airline to travel! Amazing staff, extra leg room, and great entertainment with there onboard tv’s! Couldn’t enjoy a long trip without JetBlue"
Pros: "Plane was clean and on time"
Cons: "Staff really wasn't friendly. Tv's are getting old and many didn't work. Sick of having to drag bags thru security only to have them take them at the gate."
Pros: "Decent leg room, love in flight seat back personal tv and movies."
Cons: "Couldn’t take off on time from Burbank airport due to short runway, full flight and slight wind. Delayed multiple hrs."
Pros: "Smooth ride slept all the way through. Got upgraded to even more space which I was pleased about :) helpful and pleasant stewardess at the front of the plane"
Cons: "Everything was great"
Cons: "There was an indefinite delay so I re rerouted to LAX for a delayed midnight flight that was also delayed until 1:30 AM. I arrived over 3 hours late at my destination and was exhausted."

My flight was delayed, not by much.?very good communication during fest and waiting to board.

Communication with airline electronically was difficult. No number seemed available to talk to customer service.

What could have been better is if Discover credit card would be able to purchase food

Crew was inconsistent in instructions in advising passengers about seat backs during take off. Perfunctory announcements except from cabin.

The experience with Breeze was really great. The app makes managing flights easy. You can check in on there 24 hours in advance, and your boarding pass is there, too. The flight crew and the staff at both our airports were wonderful. Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced. The seats were very comfortable, they even had adjustable headrests on every seat. The only downside is not having entertainment or Wi-Fi available onboard.

The price is amazing. I was worried about how the flight would be as I never flew then. Seats were very comfortable. We had lots of legroom. The Akron airport was really nice. Overall it didn't have the stress we usually experience with flying. Highly recommend

Flight delayed and moved to another gate. Got a text message updating the gate as final boarding finished. Missed flight, fighting for my refund

Prior to boarding we were told the flight was still on time up until about 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Details on the new departure time and gate were not provided to us in a timely fashion and we were lead to board a flight to Pittsburgh only to realized upon scanning my boarding pass that it was the wrong flight when signage at the gate said Providence. However, once on board the plane was comfortable and staff courteous and nice.

Perfect. Even got a screwdriver in Pitt to fix my sons luggage. Awesome airline.

Outside of a 30min delay getting back home; this an excellent airline and will definitely use again.

Pros: "Crew did the best they could with the situation"
Cons: "An hr delay because our plane was delayed an hr due to there being too much fuel and it seems a lot of delays that were very preventable"
Pros: "Great crew - good attitudes."
Cons: "Delayed for an hour due to a log book issue."
Cons: "I upgraded my seats, but we still didn’t get any extras for the price."
Pros: "Basic flight. Super uncomfortable seats. Older plane. Cramped. Pilot was great. Flight smooth."
Cons: "Got there safe!"
Pros: "Crew was great."
Cons: "Older aircraft. No electrical outlets. Arm rests did not stay up. Entertainment only on AA app on personal device."
Cons: "It took entirely too long to board the plane. Then there were ‘mechanical issues’ that needed dealt with. Well, don’t have everyone sit on the plane for 60 minutes. Don’t continuously state ‘it’ll be fifteen minutes.’ Just give straight answers"
Cons: "Getting canned and moved to a flight that is five hours later"
Pros: "It was fine. Just not anything great."
Cons: "Many groups were not seated together. at the airport I asked if my husband and I could be put together . One worker seemed interested in helping, but another rudely butted in and said there "were no seats together, the flight was full." Come to find out the flight was not full, there were whole rows not full. The groups near our seats rearranged ourselves so we could be by our family members, so it worked out. No thanks to the person at the terminal. Really long walk from the gate to the plane. No food on a cross country flight. Only a few cups of water/soda and a cookie. which unfortunately is typical now days. The lights were off the whole trip. The captain kept turning on the seat belt sign for the turbulence. Which there was a lot of. But then he would announce for everyone to go back to their seats. It wasn't huge bumps, just a little rough. and it woke everyone up by announcing it multiple times."
Cons: "Took. For. Ever. To board. And. Bagage took. Long. Time. To arrive. ."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour because one flight attended didn’t come to work on time"
Pros: "The ticket agent was very helpful and friendly."
Cons: "The boarding agent was aloof and unprofessional. Also, this is my second time flying Frontier and the plane is always late. Probably my last time flying with Frontier. At least I gave it a second chance."
Cons: "It would take little effort for the flight attendant to say which terminal the baggage claim is. If she can say the carousel number, she can say the terminal number. Half the flight went to the wrong baggage claim and had to wait in the heat for the shuttle in order to get to the right one."
Pros: "Had to cancel due to the mass murder shooting in LAS and Frontier would not give me a full refund. Only a flight credit which I probably won’t be able to use"
Cons: "I have not been on such a miserable flight in years."
Cons: "First the seats are the most uncomfortable metal chairs wrapped with material I've ever sat in. A 20 minute flight I could handle but after four hour flight my back hurt. You ask to review entertainment and food...why? You offer nothing substantial for either one."
Pros: "Price of flight"
Cons: "Freezing cold, food selections, price of food for quantity you get, no blankets, leg space horrible, charging for upgraded leg room seats when seats were open, only giving ppl 30 seconds to move to a an empty free seat at no chrg, plane was not clean at all in bathrooms-disgusting: walls filthy, counters dirty and grimy, door & floors filthy, soap dispenser unsanitary, crew comments|conversations about travelers, should start boarding from the bk of the plane forward"
Pros: "Awful. The ground crew and the plan crew were not in-sinc. The jet way was a least 10 inches below the plane door. The stewards crowd was surley. The plane was late leaving for unknown reasons. The whole passenger group was held up waiting on the two person clean up crew to empty the trash. No one seemed to care about the passengers."
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "Terrible seating, small and cramped. I'm an average size guy 5'-10" 165lbs and the seats were awful, no padding, no leg room, don't recline, narrow metal arm rests. I left the plane with a sore back, leg cramps and total discomfort. never flying Frontier again!"
Pros: "Cheap rate but hidden fees."
Cons: "They charge for both carry on and checked in luggage. And it's even more for carry on than for checked luggage. No recline whatsoever in seats. If you want a soda or snack, you have to pay extra for it."
Cons: "After a 7+ hour delay, our flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was cancelled. The worst part about this was that nobody from Frontier would tell us anything. We only knew what we could find out online. Once security from the airport confirmed that our flight had been cancelled, the Frontier employee passed out an 800 number for us to call to either rebook or process a refund. Once connected, the employee offered to either refund me a total of $68.10 or rebook me on the next flight out... 3 days later. They offered no compensation for having to stay extra days nor would they offer to book on another airline. I ended up asking for a refund from an irritated and rude employee and had to pay over $600 just to return home."
Cons: "The flight was maybe a third full. I got a window seat The middle seat and isle seat next to me became occupied by 2 extremely obese passengers. We are in a pandemic! The person next to me was partially in my seat. So much for following the COVID 19 guidelines"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Costumer service, they didn’t give me boarding pass because 10 dollars wasn’t charged for the boarding pass where I have money in my account and you guys charged me full 109$ and they won’t refund or cancel, iam very disappointed and will not use you guys and think it’s scam"
Cons: "Arrived 10 minutes before boarding began. Was not allowed to check in and proceed through security. Will never fly Spirit again."
Cons: "Plane was delayed so I didn't actually make my connecting so they had to rebook me."
Pros: "It was smooth and uneventful. At 6 AM that is saying a lot...!"
Cons: "n/a"
Pros: "Nothing at all"
Cons: "Who bumps you off a domestic flight if you're not already checked into 2 hours ahead of time? Spirit that's who. The adage is true, you get what you pay for. We paid for a scam with spirit. They apparently have an odd policing if you haven't checked in at the airport 2 hours ahead of your flight, you don't get to fly. No one alerted us to this policy and spirit even double down on the claim the my didn't have our contact information to alert us while I was actively receiving texts from them. Did nothing to try and help us. Pay more elsewhere. It will save you in he long run."
Pros: "I ended up buying a different flight with a different airline because I would have been stuck in Vegas for 12 hrs AGAIN with this airline. It's trash"
Pros: "I got to sleep and I got the window seat."
Pros: "The crew was very pleasant"
Cons: "Boarding was messy. The seats were extra cramped. The crew pushed their company credit card very hard which became annoying. The airline nickles and dimes you for everything."
Cons: "The overall visit sits arw horrible and the food is expensive"
