Lost of requested seat assignments. Lost my husband's meal choice

Excellent service in Polaris class IAD to ZRH. Arrived rested and well fed after the overnight flight.

Aircraft was noisy, old and never dimmed the lights on a night flight even on business class! I flew 17 times on United and probably another 40 on other airlines United USA /Europe flights were the worst to include luggage delayed once going to europe and once coming back

Flight was delayed from 35 minute delayed aircraft arrival to 90 minute delay causing us to miss international connecting flight on SWISS resulting in 16 hour delay to reach detonation causing significant angst, monetary loss and discomfort. SWISS transfer desk and staff was like robots not willing to help at all.

Not the best. Mean. Didn’t give any value to me being a united silver member and lots of attitude.

Aisle chair was good and liked the foot bar preventing you from putting your foot in the isle, The breakfast on this international flight to Zurich was horrible (Europeans, specially, used to good food) may make this a dealbreaker for booking with United Airlines again. I agreed with my Spanish fellow passenger.

Good movies, iffy pay WiFi, food ok- on time though and that was great!

my seat got changed twice after checking on then boarding it had been given to a family so by the time they found a seat for me no overhead storage left. i ended up losing my Sony Headphones case because i could even access underthe seat in front of my when deplaning.

weather on landing! Almost missed next flight but fortunately it was late too.

American eagle and American Airlines are bad, cancelations, delays and no customer service

Smell of jet fuel was overwhelming from inside the plane while on the ground at take off and landing. Gave me a sore throat and a headache. During boarding, de-planing, taxi-ing, waiting in line for take off, etc. Also, the vents didn't have enough cool air coming out (yes, off course I opened it all the way) so the whole flight was hot and stuffy. But just my vent - all the vents.

Three terminal changes in DFW and once again a flight that was delayed. On time departures are rare with American. Not loving my experience lately. I fly every week.

Crew were helpful, pilot kept us informed about turbulence, snack choice was awesome!

It was one of the worst I have ever had. The plane was over booked, and I did not have a seat. When I questioned why because I had booked this weeks in advance. I was brushed off to be advised they are trying to find someone to give up their seat. Only to be advised I would be boarding last. I had priority boarding in group 1-4. When I asked why I had to be last because that is not what I paid for I was advised it doesn't matter you will get a seat. The ticket person was very rude and unprofessional. The gate changed several times and it was going from one area to another area far away from where we were at. I feel like I should have been compensated in some kind of way because of the way I was treated. The ticket agent acted like it was my fault that the plane was over booked. Not one time was I apologized to for this inconvenience.

We had bad delays and waited for hours on end, we did receive a 12 dollar coupon to use in the airport though. Oh wait, we got that on the plane so we couldn't even use it. I truly never want to fly American ever again.

Over a 4.5 hour delay. Another flight took our plane and crew

The flight was delayed but we were given no updates. The time just kept changing in the board. We were delayed on the runway as well. Then, my bag was lost and still hasn't been returned.

Cancelled flight. Still waiting to get home for grand daughter’s graduation .

Typically flights with AA are good. The staff are pleasant, welcoming, and efficient.
