Cons: "Did not like being bumped to a flight with a five hour layover in SLC. Travel day was already very long. We booked the flight originally based on the shorter layover of an hour and a half. Seemed very inconsiderate."

Cons: "On this A320 craft, old style, the First class seats are a joke. I had seat 2B. The pitch is apparently less than in the Comfort+ rows. The passengers in 1A and 1B started reclining even before departure, and during the whole flight. For me and my neighbor, with that seat on our chest, it was impossible to reach down to the seat-back pocket, not to mention to the bag stowed under the seat in front. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."

Cons: "I accidentally left a coat at my seat because the flight was late. And I was one of the last passengers off the plane. I returned within 10 minutes to the gate, but the gate agent was unable to find the coat. It was obvious that one of the cleaning crew took it and I will never see it again. The gate agent responded with a casual, sorry, as if this happens all the time. So much for the integrity of Delta employees."

I'm not one to be to needy but when i was about to ask the lady if I can switch seats to the fair back where there was two empty seats she gladly let the other person but not me. She said no that if I wanted to sit back I needed to set with the other person. Our flight was from NYC to PR 5hour long and in between those hours she let a couple sit together on the other empty rows while I was feeling supper sick. Other passengers notice and had told me that they felt sorry for me. I was Embarressed. I was debating on venting on Twitter just yet and also on this review because what difference does it make. What matters the most is that we all got to our destination safely."

Pros: "After the extremely long wait to check bags which made us miss the flight, the date crew got us in another flight...it wasn't direct which is what I paid for, but they did get us out, but i missed an interview because of the lack of crew and a missing luggage."

Then we ran to the gate inky to find the gate was closed less than 2 minutes before we arrived. At least 20 others also missed the plane because of the lack of crew and long lines checking bags. It was frustrating, irritating, uncaring crew checking in, and a bit rude. Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. All because you didn't have the crew needed to check in."

Pros: "I flew United from Anchorage to Ft. Myers, FL, and I will NEVER fly United again. Delta crew is friendly and helpful, more leg room, more comfortable seats!"
Cons: "I didn't like that this was my longest flight of 3 heading to Anchorage (13 hrs total for the trip home) and we were on one of the smallest planes in their fleet, ridiculous. The overhead bins were too small to fit my carry-on. The seats were 2, aisle, 2. Very cramped. No entertainment available, no monitors even on the plane. For over 3 hr flights it should be a more comfortable, bigger plane and definitely have free entertainment, especially considering we pay extra for baggage these days. It's like anymore, airlines try to nickel and dime u to death, before you know it your $250 flight is now close to $350... (I bought all one way flights) Also, I'm not sure if flight attendants check the bathrooms, but all of my delta flights the bathrooms were tiny and there was urine all over the floor. This flight in particular, the bathroom smelled worse than half outhouses I've used in Alaska."

He spoke for four hours without a minute of silence! Several of us seated near him were clearly uncomfortable. I put my iPod earphones for about an hour for a break, but could still hear him. I know that it's no fault of Delta, but it made for a weary flight."

Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel."

We were the given the back two non reclining seats on the flight, even though we had booked weeks in advance...so no we felt very let down at the end of a difficult trip."

I then called the guy that scanned my bags back over to ask why I was still standing there while my next flight was about to board and he told me I'd been rebooked!! I didn't want to wait for the next flight so then had to sprint, with my bags, from terminal 2 to 7 (which if you've ever walked through LAX you'd understand how unpleasant that was alone). I did make the flight, but just, thanks only to the girls at the checkout counter who were actually willing to help me, although not eager to."

Pros: "The crew on every leg of the flight was very professional. Having one TSA entry point for eight gates at Brulington really slows things down, I realize this has nothing to do with United though."

They assumed I wanted only one stop, when in fact it didn't matter to me so long as I wasn't stuck another overnight. I used Kayak in the terminal to discover a different flight that same day and was lucky to get on as each flight was fully booked."

I have had very bad experiences with other airlines in the past because they did not communicate properly their gate change and I missed my flight and missed events I was flying for. Excellent job to United for communicating gate changes very well! They did not break any of my luggage and the seats were fairly comfortable. The employees were also very attentive and willing to answer any questions."
Cons: "It was a bit confusing gate wise. I did have to ask an employee what was going on but they cleared up the confusion pretty quick. I flew on a jet verses a regular plane, and it was very loud. I had my movie turned up all the way with headphones and I still could barely hear it. It wasn't the fact that I couldn't hear my movie but in general it just hurt my ears. I was sitting towards the back of the jet though so I'm assuming if I was closer to the front it wouldn't have been as bad? Overall it was still a great experience"

Cons: "The whole arrangement going through Air Canada but flying United. I never got confirmation numbers from United at all. I had to call Air Canada to get confirmation codes for United. Getting confirmation codes from Air Canada had no real significance with United. United would not confirm seating. When United finally confirmed seating, the seats were not together. Then United changed the flight three times and never gave updated confirmation codes. The last change came the day before our departure. Then United charged another $138.00 for seats that were assigned and never informed us. I am still trying to get the $138.00 back."

Cons: "We paid for first class seats from Houston to Salt Lake City, thinking it would be provide us more than a regular seat. It did not. We received one drink and were allowed to pick from a basket of snacks (packaged pretzels and cookies), but that was it. No additional food, no entertainment options on our plane, no blanket, no pillows, no hot towels. We basically paid all that extra money for a little bigger seat. It was not worth it. This was our first time flying with United in a while and it will definitely be our last."

Cons: "I contacted Frontier about a week before my flight to let them know my friend I was flying to visit had to make an emergency trip to see her father who was dying of liver failure. I put through another request and was never contacted. I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Frontier."

If I purchase a ticket, I expect that to include a seat. Your ploy to attract people to purchase tickets, and then charge up the nose for even a seat as well as a carry on bag and peanuts, is not impressive. I will not purchase a ticket on Frontier again and I will definitely let my friends and family know that they will be paying just as much for Southwest if they do so. I'd rather know up front what the total charges will be. Very disappointed in this aspect of my purchase."

A BITTER-SWEET BLESSING! i GOT A REFUND FOR MY FLIGHT AND WILL TRAVEL NON STOP TO SLC ON ANOTHER AIRLINE AT LESS THAN HALF THE COST! LESSON LEARNED, CROSS FRONTIER AIRLINES OFF THE LIST!!!"

Asked to pay to upgrade my seat, I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $50 for an exit row & rec'd no credit for the seat I had originally purchased. Also, flight attendant Randall Stride was really liked to exercise his "power" as a steward. He was not very friendly."

Cons: "Frontier planes are fitted with the thinnest excuse of a seat that I have ever seen. I am a 5' 3" 115lb girl that has flown a lot. Seats nowadays are uncomfortable but frontier takes the cake. Seats were literally just an inch of plastic completely straight backed. I was so incredibly sore by the end of my 2 flights that I was holding back tears. They have an extra charge for everything including bags and soda. I will never fly frontier again."

And then when I called Frontier for options, I was told the next available flight was four days away (Jan. 2) and did not offer any other options. Very disappointed in Frontier Airlines. The process of booking through Kayak was good, but I will never fly with Frontier again."

Checking bags is cheaper but still, passengers shouldn't be charged AT ALL! We're already paying for the flight itself, aren't we?! The return flight was the most uncomfortable flight I've ever been on. The seats felt like they were hard steel wrapped in a thin pleather. You'd think that with all the unnecessary baggage fees, they could afford to give their passengers some kind of comfort for the flight. I guess not. Oh! You have to pay for EVERYTHING on the flight as well! Even water and soda! I can understand paying for alcoholic beverages, but that should be the ONLY item(s) you should have to pay for. As soon as that was announced, I put my headphones on and hoped the flight was over sooner than later. Never again! Thanks for raping my wallet, Frontier. :)"

They made me re-book my flight out of Chicago for the next day and charged me $99. I was only 5 min late to drop my bag off, and because of bad traffic. The airline has no empathy, they seem to be only concerned with charging you at every opportunity they get. I will never fly frontier again."

Pros: "The pilot's skills...great take-off and landing, we arrived safely. I hope they get paid well. There was no garbage left from previous flight. I hope the cleaning crew gets paid well too. The pilot said we would probably experience a very turbulent ride due to the strong winds being experienced in that part of the country, but managed to get us there smoothly regardless."

It took my level of fun out of flying down a notch, and brought me back to the ever impending reality of the state-of-affairs- "it's all about the money".
