Pros: "I had to pay two tickets for same flight from Islamabad to San Francisco and going from San Francisco to Islamabad it’s been cancel and I am fighting for my money back they don’t want to refund it"
Cons: "I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued."

Cons: "People were allowed wheel chairs without a doctor'snote. 59 wheel chairs passengers is ridiculous. Make it a requirement wheel chair assistance required a doctor's note. And check hand luggage weight. Many bags excceeded the limit."
Delay on take if- short connecting time- was supposed to have a wheelchair to connecting flight- limped with a cane thru the airport to make a connection

Cons: "I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket."
Cons: "Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat."

There many good things about the flight but What could be better is the seat room after a chair reclines in the row ahead of you.
Business class seats were not comfortable. I have traveled with Turkish Airlines several times and it’s always late. My suitcase was lost. I was in another country and I had to find my way to go back to airport and get my suitcase since it arrived next day after my flight. Really disappointed.

I bought the ticket a month before my flight but checked in couple hours before my flight and had to wait seat assignment just before take off. On top of that there was not enough room in the overhead bin for my luggage.
The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.
It becomes like Wizz air, no good, bad comfort and you should pay for 20kg bag.
The restrictions regarding carry-on baggage is too strict. My wife was forced to check her carry-on bag. Never had this on other airlines.
Food: my selection was pasta with vegetables, though it was potatoes not pasta. Breakfast was 2 rolls and some sort of spreads— not sure what they were. Worst thing was that we had to wait for over 90 minutes for our bags to show up at O’Hare

I liked that the air staff is very good, but the ground staff still has lots of areas of opportunity. They raise their voices over the passenger questions or requests for information.

Gate agent required us to check our perfectly legal carry on bags due to a supposed lack of overhead space. After seating, we saw nothing but empty space in our seating area. This caused luggage to miss connection in Athens, and we had no bags in Mykonos. Totally avoidable and unacceptable. My last U A flight !
Airline missed my special meal order. Those planes are really old and have very less leg space. Choice of movies is very minimal.
Can’t really rate the Frankfurt to Florence leg of our trip, because it got cancelled while enroute to Frankfurt, causing a 24 hour delay.
I flew with United Airlines not Lufthansa from San Francisco to London & same coming back. UA domestic flight from San Francisco to Honolulu could do better, it was delayed & once on board, passengers need 2 purchase wifi connection to see inflight entertainment. Terrible!!!
It was late for no apparent reason causing me to miss my connection and a day of work.
I had such a wonderful flight with Lufthansa. The crew was great and I was able to catch some much needed sleep. I look forward to using Lufthansa in the future!
We missed this connecting flight because of the very late arrival of the first flight. We’ve been stuck here in Munich for two days. Disgraceful!
The plane had a landing gear failure. It got rerouted to Pisa. Then lufthansa drove us 3 hours to Verona in the middle of the night with a crazy fast taxi driver. Now we are stuck in Verona for 2 days and they stripped me of my business class flight. What a terrible airline!
The secondary booking agency that Kayak used cancelled our flight the day we were to leave. I had to find a new ticket myself while waiting at the airport. I will never use Kayak again and am demanding a full refund.
