Good service. I wish there was more legroom. The food could be improved with additional options.
The crew was very attentive and delivered great service unlike any other airline. It was our first time with Emirates. Our only critique is the food. Pasta pesto is not very common. Tomato sauce would’ve been more of a crowd pleaser. Beef curry sounds bad because curry can be very tough on the stomach. We were in row 26 and the pasta ran out, meaning no one wanted the beef which says something. The beef was just ok… The rest of the food was very good and generous. The plane speaker sound could be better. It was tough to understand announcements even with headphones. Although we did not need them this time due to the purpose of our trip, we were surprised that 2 checked bags were included. That’d be great for the future. It was unpleasant though that our personal items were weighed (we’ve never had another airline do this), especially when we didn’t have checked bags and almost had our carry-ons checked. Overall it was a good experience, but we wish the prices were friendlier for such a short distance (Miami > Colombia).

The customer service was very poor. I didn’t get any accommodations for my cancelled flight. I was without any sleep for 36 hours.
Some how there was a miscommunication between JetBlue and kayak because my flight was canceled with JetBlue through kayak. I would not have know my flight was canceled unless I had called to verify exactly when my flight was. There was poor communication between kayak and JetBlue and I will never book with neither company every again.
Everything was excellent. It would be nice if bigger and obese people would take two seats. The guy next to me was obese and I was squeezed into my seat. His big shoulders forced me to constantly move away from him since he spread into my space as well
I wasn't able to bring my little dog with me, because of the feedback team's extremely slow response. How are they even allowed to operate with this paste??
Turkish Airlines lost my reservation!!! I had the ticket, the receipt and they lost it!! Because the flight was fully booked, I had to wait 8 hours!!! Turkish Airlines provided me with NO FOOD, NO WATER!!! Absolutely ridiculous. They were pathetic. They admitted it was their fault for losing my reservation but provided me with nothing.
everything was excellent except for the meal on the fight from the Istanbul which was disgusting, the only choice of food available was pasta which was served frozen.
Everything was good except that they didn’t give us seat for our connecting flight in Istanbul from Cairo. This created a panic situation. Hopefully they give all customers connecting flights seats right from the start.
I am elderly and needed wheelchair assist. The ground crew assisting me with that part of my journey was rude, disrespectful and very hungry for money; the begging was distasteful and disrespect for females and the elderly was atrocious. Maybe they need to get a raise...I was out of small bills by time I reached home. As an american I am not use to the impoliteness. The ground crew make your wonderful airline appears poor in performance...a lot to be desired.
One of the best flights I have been on in a while. Food was excellent. The chair-back screens in economy were A+. The crew was friendly and helpful.
The economy seats are small and crowded, but overall the food was very good, cutest little gift bags also! Crew was very nice and professional. Everything was clean.
The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.

The lines to check in both at LAX and coming home from Cairo were ridiculous. Close to 2 hr to check in. I had pre-checked at LAX so I was able to get into a shorter line but it was still over 45 minute wait. In Cairo the travel agent with us was able to get us in the Business Class line but that was over an hour wait. Then in Cairo the plane was delayed over an hour. Missed the connecting flight. The airline gave us a food voucher for a few US chain fast food restaurants and the items that could be ordered we limited to only 2. Had to wait 4-5hrs for the next flight. I get that flights get delayed and its not really anyone's "fault" but the airline has an opportunity to demonstrate that they realize that this is a real inconvenience and step it up a bit.
Absolutely infuriating. I was flying standby to get home earlier after flying 4 times with American in 6 days. I was #2 on the list with seats near the front and middle, in addition to the 4 first class upgrade seats that came back into the pool. I am a Platinum member, have their card, and they put me in the 2nd to last row in the middle. No loyalty whatsoever and they lost a fan for life. There is reason people have negative comments about American and I am done supporting them.
Did not know that they didn’t have screens for entertainment. I didn’t have headphones so I couldn’t watch anything on my phone.

Bad experience going to DFW with an IT outage then bad on the way back with a nearly 5 hour delay that’s started as maintenance then caused us to wait further due to weather - which would not have happened if we had left on time.
I was stuck in Miami for 24 hours! I waited in a line for 3 hours just for a hotel still at the airport. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Boarding was atrocious. Completely unorganized bedlam. Could not understand the person announcing. The PA system sounded like Charlie Brown's parents.

Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
How about changing the personal out to more friendly human beings? This team was pretty arrogant. No fun!!
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
Booked seats (paid extra) online and found they didn’t exist on the flight. We were then separated from the rest of our party. Given seats in the very back of the plane. We will not fly Discover or Lufthansa again. We will not book flights or travel through Kayak again!
Bought a seat in a flight that got changed out so ended up paying for a seat I would have had if I hadn't paid.
I paid for extra legroom which made the long flight very comfortable. Food was very tasty, they fed us 2 meals plus a cookie snack and extra liquids. Checked luggage is expensive.
Flight was delayed over one hour and I had to pay to select my seat, even though my booking supposedly had free selection (I paid extra for this at time of booking)
Could have rebooked us with a comparable flight instead of a red eye. You could have also notified us of all the changes in our return flights. You never contacted us once for the changes, in fact your my trip often showed the wrong flight.
Everything was great I have no issues they are wonderful , so helpful especially with my spical need son . Love the courtesy of the staff. But the food and entertainment need some improv.
Food was good. For a long haul flight, there was “0” zero entertainment! What a disappointment. I do try to avoid BA. Next time its Emirates via Dubai to Cairo.
The update about flights and the terminal changes information was great.
Uncomfortable seats. Crazy seat assignments separating families when they could easily have put them together. Good communication from pilot about arrival time after delay in departure. Toilet ran out of water in sink. Snack box poor for flight of this length.
Not that great. There were no entertainment screens, internet, or any way to track the flight path. The seats were fixed in order not to recline at all. The crew and the staff at the check-in counters were the only nice thing.
I liked BA land team for boarding, the food, entertainment should be considered to be improved
Flight was on time. The half sandwich offered doesn’t compare to the full meal offered by Egyptair. With BA there is no entertainment whilst on the Egyptair flight you get to choose form a range of movies and the flight map which I quite enjoy.
The delays and unpreparedness is horrible. Horrible management for missed flights. Aside from the the crew on the airplane was very delightful.

My flight to rochester got cancelled and they booked a hotel for me which isn’t good at all. And they said i will be a standby for next day flight so they still not sure which is horrible cause i have a lot of arrangements. I don’t think i will book with this airline again
