Not constantly changing the price DURING a booking. Felt like bait and switch.
All very smooth airside. Check-in counters were understaffed. The wait is too long. Only two, then three counters were open. Waiting time of 35 minutes is too long. Pls review your rota.
To complex. So many types of fare. This made the boarding a caos.
Needs faster boarding procedure. Not their fault but should still take into account indifferent flyers.

I am writing to demand an immediate refund and compensation for the absolutely unacceptable experience I endured with VUELING this week. On Monday, my flight was canceled, and despite this, I have yet to receive any refund. I was then taken to a hotel in a terrible location, where no food or even water was provided. The next day, I was rebooked on another flight, for which I had to personally cover an additional €50 in transportation costs—only to have that flight canceled as well. After waiting 10 hours, only 10 of us were offered alternative accommodations, while the rest were left stranded. We were forced to remain in this situation until Thursday without a single explanation or proper assistance. During this entire ordeal, we were only provided with breakfast and dinner, while being charged extra for drinks. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund for the cancelled flights and full compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and the significant distress caused.

1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
We missed our flight. There was not enough time built into the layover to get through immigration, customs, bagclaim, bag rechecking, and the long trip to another terminal and gate. Kayak really screwed up. We took the bus up to Wisconsin and then were picked up in Brookfield by private car. It was lucky we didnt miss the last bus out.
This is by far my worse experience with airline. The Lufthansa crew at the airport was rude, inefficient and not customer oriented. I am not counting the 1 hour delay, as safety comes first and it is understandable to prioritize it, but I had to take three flights to my final destination and I am flying frequently cross Atlantic trips since 2011, so I can confidently say that this flight operated by Lufthansa (flight from Athens to Munich LH1753 , was my worse experience.
The flight and crew were good. The customer experience on the ground could have been better. We had to reschedule our flight because of a delay on the previous flight. The attendants working the desk in Washington DC were not helpful. They told us to scan a QR code and that would get us rebooked. Why couldn't two people standing at their computers do this? We had to chat with someone to get everything figured out. It was extremely confusing.
Flight was delayed over one hour and I had to pay to select my seat, even though my booking supposedly had free selection (I paid extra for this at time of booking)
We were charged for luggage, and our ticket was with Lufthansa and was supposed to include luggage fees. So our experience was a bit bad. Also, the flight was about 45 minutes late arriving.

The flight was delayed. No information was provided as to the reason for the delay. There was only water offered during the flight.
Beautifully maintained airplane, good food, professional crew, top-notch communication. I highly recommend Lufthansa for intercontinental flights between the United States and Europe.
It was good although we could not land in Munich due to weather and we had to go to Stuttgart. Missed our second flight. They did get us on another flight but the seats where not the ones I paid for in the flight that we missed.
