Cons: "there was a problem with special assistance on the connection flight. Nobody was waiting at the end..."
Pros: "I was seated next to my fiancé. We were separated on Blue air."
Pros: "Everything was perfect"
Cons: "More drinks less food at night flight for short destination"
Cons: "We had a delayed flight from Mykonos to Athens and the airflight company did nothing to help us."
Pros: "everybody was very friendly and professional, from the minute we checked in to the minute we arrived to Athens"
Cons: "Nothing, the experience was great."
Pros: "Plan crew , pilots , services on plan and cleaning"
Cons: "Land crew , airport , and airline disorganized I wanted to complain about crew member , But she will not give her name or ID number, And when I snap a picture she calls the police , Her bag was inside her shirt and she will not revile"
Pros: "The flight attendant was welcoming at the door and the service was done efficiently."
Cons: "The tv monitor at the airport never bother to inform the passengers which was the boarding gate. After asking other passengers we deducted the gate number. The boarding was like a cattle drive bordering on a stampede since Aegean Airlines didn’t bother to divide passengers by groups, so people rushed to be first in line. We waited standing with our carryons for over 45minutes. Nobody knew what was happening or when they will start boarding. Naturally, when we finally got on board people where blocking the aisle because Aegean didn’t bother to board from back to front as it is usually done. The flight attendants were sweet but their English was almost unintelligible. My brother works and I worked for major airlines and have never seen anything so disorganized and unprofessional."
Pros: "Although they were at the right size snd weight. I was skipped dinner."
Cons: "Gâte operator were very slow I was going to loose my connection to Paris as it took me more than 1hour to make the check in"
Pros: "The employees were very helpful and friendly. Food was not worse than what one can expect of an airline (about as “good” as a US airline’s, which is not a high standard to beat). The plane seemed recent and clean."
Cons: "The major problem was the lack of detail on their luggage policy. I am sure they can show the text clearly warning me about the fees for bringing a piece of luggage per person, but I missed it. Therefore, they charged me $35 per person for their registered bag. That’s probably how they “beat” their competitors’ prices. If you include the fees in your calculation, this might still be a good option, but make sure that you read the fine print, or be prepared to pay as “extra” what many airlines offer as basic."
Pros: "Loved the available movie collection, as well as the food and the experience overall."
Cons: "The plane was old and so small, it wasn’t comfortable at all"
Cons: "The aircondition was not working since the very begining for 4 hours and even after was not fully cooling. It was hot"
Pros: "The staff provide an excellent service on board. They are constantly available to assist and provide. I will travel with them again and again."
Pros: "Crew was super nice and helpful. Flight schedule was on time."
Pros: "Customer service very very very bad And tickets was too expensive"
Pros: "Boarding and take off are on time. Landing was super."
Cons: "Not applicable."
Cons: "Close flight without care of me and they charge me extra fee to get a new booking"
Pros: "Provided lunch on an 1.5 hr flight! I thought that was awesome."
Cons: "No complaints!"
Cons: "Please note the wrong gate was included on our ticket and announced shortly before the flight so passengers had to run from half way across the airport. Then there were two flights announced for the same gate even though the Baghdad flight was over an hour later. Therefore the gate was jam packed and passengers flying to Amman were unable to access the gate. In all it was complete chaos easily avoided by making sure to correctly identify gates (or leave blank) on tickets and to announce the second flight AFTER the first flight concluded boarding!"
Pros: "Food was wonderful. Seats in Crown class were very comfortable."
Pros: "Boarding was as enjoyable as possible."
Cons: "Other than delivering food and drink together, crew was generally not visible throughout flight. Trays of finished food and drink were left on passengers' trays an extremely long time. Trash was not picked up except twice during the flight (following the two meals)."
Pros: "The flight was great. The crew was wonderful as we were traveling with a wheelchair. I will definitely fly Royal Jordanian again."
Pros: "This is the first trip on the Egyptian airline and the last trip and the reason delay."
Pros: "Clean plane"
Cons: "Movie choices and breakfast (only carbs is a tough way to start a trip when traveling internationally)"
Pros: "Everything was excellent. After reading some reviews I was a bit reluctant but every was great on board. Great crew with great food."
Cons: "I didn't like how disorganised the on ground staff was when boarding. Also as a family of 7 we should have sat altogether and not scattered around the aircraft."
Pros: "From not having workers at the airport, to a damaged seat that wouldn’t recline to losing my bag RJ was a total failure."
Cons: "Didn’t like anything the whole experience was terrible."
Pros: "Boarding was easy. The flight is extremely short so there is no meal or beverage service."
Cons: "Plane is heavily dated. There were ashtrays in the arm rest. I could smell cigarette smoke during the flight which caused my allergies to flare."
Pros: "Quick, simple flight arriving 7 minutes early."
Cons: "About 12-15 minutes late boarding with no explanation or announcement. Food & entertainment should NOT be rated on such a short flight."
Cons: "I thought the Crown Lounge in Amman (RJ's hub) was shockingly poor."
