Cons: The flight was delayed almost an hour due to inclement weather in the originating city. The Delta personnel explained the situation and did all they could considering the circumstances.

Cons: My seat would not recline. Although many other seats we available I was assigned to a middle seat with both aisle and window occupied. The flight was delayed by 2 hrs. Austin baggage services was closed and check in attendants were unablento help me delivered the luggage that was cracked for replacement. I ended up paying for a 2nd checked bag and leave it at Miami AA baggage services for replacement.

Cons: There was additional security screening at the gate (terminal 1 gate 111). We were not allowed to bring the bottled water we had just purchased into the gate area. My wife became quite dehydrated and had to leave and then re-screen in the security checkpoint because she was so dehydrated. We were not informed of this additional security screening prior to arriving at this gate. I wish we were informed ahead of time and/or there was some water provided in the secure gate area.

Pros: From IAD airport the flight was on time, however in Panama airport Copa delay the flight for 8 hrs and made us sleep in the airport.

Pros: The flight itself was fine but there was s delay due do a mechanical issue in the plane which caused many people to miss their connecting flights and Interjet did not say anything about it. We had to approach the service desk and explain what happened in order to get on another flight.

Cons: My second (of three) flights was late. United texted me that my next gate was a “2 minute walk” from my arrival gate. Instead, it was a 15 minute walk plus a shuttle bus away. The gate didn’t change, the info was just wrong. Fortunately, my third flight was delayed about 30 minutes. But this also was not communicated in the United text until late.

Cons: The Boeing 737-800 did NOT have enough leg room for me. My first flight to Houston was very uncomfortable, even with an aisle seat. If I can, I will avoid this plane when booking future flights.

Cons: even though I was in Delta One -- the seats in the reclined position were kind of narrow, arm rests in the way made it difficult to turn over, IF I were trying to sleep. but i loved being in first class -- the only way to go on a long flight :)

Pros: The in-flight entertainment was awesome. I was able to watch NFL games the entire flight which made the flight go by super quick. Our flight was also ahead of schedule which was great as well.

Cons: The seats were a little tight together. I didn't even have enough room to put my laptop on my lap.
