Like new plane. Great crew. Comfortable. Clean. On time. Happy employees. Good organization and control of passengers.
Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. My original flight on Sunday was delayed, so I had to cancel Sunday flight and rebook my travel to Monday. Could not have done it without help from David from Kayak team. Ante Soda GE Aerospace
Seated at front bulkhead for a smidge extra leg room away from home and on flight back home. Away crew was very proactive about assuring our carryons had space close behind us (because no seat in front of us our personal items had to be in a small bin overhead). They actively required passengers place overhead luggage on its side so more items could fit in bins. Home crew made no such efforts. I had to struggle back rows to get overhead bags upon landing, no crew help then either, and some disgruntled passengers as I and others retrieved our bags. There was a system that worked pretty well. The home bound crew just didn't feel like working.
Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.

I cancelled this flight over a week ago, due to being in the hospital! Yet when I finally recovered and got out of the hospital I saw no one ever cancelled it and I was fully charged???
I was assured by the phone rep weeks ago this had been cancelled!!
We were delayed a bit due to late arrival at SeaTac. All was well until we reached Dallas and suddenly a weather storm cause the air traffic control people to stop landing in Dallas so we eventually diverted to Oklahoma City due to fuel concerns. We were never off the plane in Oklahoma City, but just waited for refueling and an opening to go onto Dallas. They were pretty clear most of the time about what was going on how much time was going to be required for this problem to resolve. They were honest about not knowing the details yet. That actually is helpful to me.
Healthier snack options in first class. Offer fruits, proteins, etc
This was the best flight I ’ve ever been on- solely for the purpose that our pilot gave us a tour of the west coast. He didn’t need to do that but he did and it made the experience spectacular. Well done.
It was about as poor as it could be!!! Delayed not once but multiple times
Apparently you could not have food unless you ordered ahead. This was not obvious ahead of time. What we saw given to others on the plane also appeared too be quite meager.
Seat didn’t recline at all- very uncomfortable after three hours
I was worried about traveling with my mom with her accessibility requirements but they were able to accomodate and made it more pleasant to fly.

I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Flight was delayed from San Diego due to being overweight for weather conditions. We missed our connecting flight to our final destination due to the delay, as well as the connecting flight leaving before the scheduled departure time. We missed the connection within 10 - 15 minutes. We were booked on a later flight arriving 7 hours later. There were 7 passengers sharing the same originating and connecting flight.
Horrible, mismanaged ground issue resulting in a long delayed, next flight left early, waiting extra 7 hours in the airport, screen did not work
Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.
I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.
Food was very bad Crew was not so welcoming. Chairs was so uncomfortable

I initially boarded in a very comfortable and large plane and was told there was a mechanical issue with a waste receptacle. We sat on the plan for a good few hours, then were told we can deplane and that we would take off shortly. Delays continued and four hours later my flight was cancelled, and I had to quickly rebook another. The flight I rebooked was also delayed, and I when we boarded, I wound up on a small plane in a middle seat for the 6-hour journey and it was extremely uncomfortable. No issues with the staff in any way, just the overall experience of the delays, cancellations, and downgrade in comfort on such a long flight. It is significantly impactful on how you feel post travel and I was exhausted and sore from the experience.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
The business class had to wait to board last. Unacceptable
The air hostess was excellent. I have taken so many flight domestic and international, this is the first time the air hostess was so caring. She was a delight
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.
My TV didn’t work I couldn’t watch any movies, but I was at least able to share with another passenger.
American Airlines put the food on the wrong plane which had already taken off by the time we took off so we had no food on the plane.
With weather and severe delays it was disappointing we didn't receive any compensation for the 5 hour delay. Not even a food voucher.
British Airways canceled our original flight and rebooked us on Air Canada one day later. As a result, we lost one day of our Geneva trip and incurred financial losses for a prepaid hotel night and a day trip that we were unable to use.
ATL to CLT return flight. Delayed way too severely. Had to cancel the return flight.
I've flown American several times this summer and I have yet to get a flight that leaves on time. However, a delay is better than a cancel. So far I have had four canceled flights and two delayed flights
Every time I fly American they end up delaying the flight significantly and claim it’s due to weather, however, it was a beautiful clear sunny day in Dallas today. Unfortunately, these significant delays occur more often than not which I don’t experience on any other airlines. Yet American Airlines consistently faults the weather and never holds itself accountable for the poor and unorganized service. I will keep my business with Delta, United, and JetBlue going forward. American Airlines should not be part of the “Big 3” considering United and Delta are light years ahead. JetBlue is also much ahead of American. American needs to step up big time

5 hours delay - minimum communication, no compensation, no support from Airline. Terrible customer experience
American Airlines didn't allow us on the flight as there were delays for a ground stop that couldn't get our flight from Baltimore to the gate. When we needed help rebooking there wasn't a gate agent available to help us either.
The flight left without us even though we were on the ground in Dallas, and American Airlines wasn't helpful or available to rebook us on another flight.
