Friendly crew kept coming by to make sure all was ok, provide additional refreshments, etc.

Red eye from San Diego. Temperature of the cabin was way too warm and the air duct flowed very little air.

My experience will Southwest was good. I wish there was more entertainment and the boarding process was slow at time but other than that my experience was great definitely will be flying with SouthWest again.
Flight was delayed by 2 hours, meaning that a flight to Dwnver which should have arrived at 11pm came into the airport at 1 am. Made for a very long day.
I think Southwest is the number one airline that anyone can fly I have flown for the first time Frontier and what a joke and their customer service United was a very strange experience I'm only sticking to Southwest from here on out for sure

SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.

Good flight, loved the snacks (Biscoff cookies). For boarding, they forgot to change the sign showing our group was boarding. Apparently, they had announced it, but the announcements overlapped with another gate announcements and no one could actually hear what they were saying. So a group of us were waiting....and finally asked and were told we could board.
I had the row all to myself, which was fantastic! The food was pretty weak, though, which is an annoying thing about current travel. I didn't check out the entertainment, so can't rate that.
The plane was very full, and the seats are not very spacious. I was in the middle seat, so it was not super comfortable. I didn't have any experience with the entertainment on board. And food was a Biscoff. Which I realize is just how we do it now, but I definitely miss the days when you could get a breakfast included.
overall no call for accessible while boarding. The crew member was little rude not bothering about the condition. Seat assigned was very uncomfortable.
Alaska Airlines demonstrated their insensitivity and lack of compassion when I asked for an emergency rescheduling/cancellation due to a dire family emergency. My father was in the Hospital ICU with a terminal prognosis with no other family in the state to help manage the situation and I called AA to ask whether something could be done about moving my flight to a later date, but the AA agent on the phone was firm in not offering any alternative other than to tell me I had to eat the entire cost of the flight. I did not appreciate having to manage that loss on top of juggling time-sensitive matters with my family as my father and I dealt with his life-threatening emergency. I'm very disappointed in the airline for not even attempting to provide assistance other than to quickly shut me down completely. I was really shocked with their treatment of the matter and unlikely to use their airline again.
Weather in Atlanta necessitated an hour's hold on the tarmac before we could leave Detroit. The plane was packed, and I expected some surliness. But no! The crew was fantastic (jovial even!), responsive to people's needs, and kept us informed. Consequently, the passengers took the delay in stride, and what could have been an ugly situation turned out to be no more than a minor inconvenience. The crew were the stars here.
We were skipped when the snack cart passed and then the attendant said we weren’t . I am disabled and was in a row toward the back of the plane which was very difficult for me to navigate. Disabled people should not be forced to walk the plank.

Seat was too small for someone as tall as I am. I was behind an exit row making my leg room even less. There flights were delayed by multiple hours. Some weather related and others staff related. The plane was hot. Horrible experience.
The Atlanta airport had thunderstorms, which caused our flight to be delayed by multiple hours. Once we were able to board.the gate agent was rude and was trying to rush us onto the plane because the team in the plane was about to run out of hours once we were all aboard the plane they ran into an issue where the catering truck was filling up the back of the plane and they left and had to come back because they didn’t fill it up all the way, causing even more of a delay. My seat was very tight. I didn’t have a lot of legroom overall this was a miserable experience.

Our flight was delayed multiple times and then canceled at almost 1 in the morning. We are a family of 7, traveling with 5 young children. When the flight we were supposed to fly on finally arrived after waiting all day after an international flight into JFK we were informed our flight was in need of a copilot and once they located one we would take off. Then our flight was cancelled because the copilot was over his hours and they couldn't locate another. They knew before taking off from the previous location that the copilot would be unable to fly. They could have communicated the cancellation of the flight hours in advance. Once they cancelled and the pilot and copilot got off the flight, they joked about it. While there are understandably limits on flight time for pilots, they can still handle the situation in a professional manner. The late cancellation resulted in angry passengers that required police intervention in the airport. It also occurred so late and included other delta flights that after trying 15 different hotels, we were unable to secure a hotel room, they were all booked. No rental cars were available in the area either. We ended up staying in the airport with the 5 children. We made it home after 54 hours of travel with maybe 2 hours of sleep. Our luggage was lost and had to be claimed at the airport at our final destination. This was the worst trip I have ever taken and the worst airport I have ever spent time in. I met two individuals in the airport that were kind and helpful; Tonya Maingot Williams from the can we hel desk that worked to help get us rebooked and home, as well as provide us with care bags for our extended stay in the airport. The other individual was Danielle from Buffalo Wild Wings that was so very kind when we found a place to take our family we were traveling with to eat, all 11 of us and we were able to sit down together to enjoy a meal during such a stressful time.
My flight home from Knoxville, TN, included a layover in Atlanta. I boarded the aircraft in Zone 5 and although there was limited overhead space, I was able to put my 'backpack' style roller-bag above my seat. Unfortunately, due to continued bad weather, we had to deplane. There were many people who would have missed their connection, so they rebooked. When we were re-boarding, the gate agent welcomed zone 5 and then made an announcement: All roller-bags for zone 5 passengers and higher will need to be gate checked. I promptly pushed the telescoping handle in and held my bag like a backpack. I was able to bring it on board, which was a relief. Upon entering the aircraft it became apparent that there was easily 40% open overhead space. There were audible signs of angry passengers who felt duped into checking their bags when in fact there were noticeably LESS passengers on the aircraft and TONS of overhead space. I'm not sure what kinds of parameters are used to determine when to cut off roller-bags from being brought on board, but it seemed deceptive and underhanded to have so many people get stuck checking their bags when clearly there was ample room for at least one more zone.
Flight was delayed and then "they did not have time to load food". No snack or drink at all for 1.5 how flight. Somebody wasn't prepared.
Our flight gor canceled and there was no one to help us but told us to scan the qr code and fill the forms on-line. Very poor service especially we are tourists traveling to Washington DC for the 1st time.

Onboard staff was courteous, helpful, responsive and friendly. The boarding process was disorganized, poorly communicated, and disheveled. Gate agents were yelling instead of using the PA system, didn’t communicate the timing delay of our flight, and created an atmosphere of chaos rather than order and communication. As far as I know, there was no reason for their. I would hate to see how it operated under extreme conditions. I’ve never seen United Airlines operations in such a state.
Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.
I almost missed my connection in Chicago due to having to wait on a gate to be open I am assuming. Having to run from E terminal to C terminal and I barely made it there before they closed the door. This may not be the actual airline's fault it's crazy how there is so little time between flight especially when they are placed so far apart in the airport.
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
We flew business fares. Was amazing. However, the check in didn't offer business fares preboarding which is less hectic. 8/10 due to this. Staff compared to Canadian carriers go above and beyond. Would gladly fly United again.

The Wi-Fi did not work, so you weren't able to watch entertainment on your own device. They did not have wired headphones so you couldn't watch it on the in-seat entertainment screen either. There was plenty of time to do a drink and snag service but the flight attendants chose not to.
My TV didn’t work I couldn’t watch any movies, but I was at least able to share with another passenger.

It was good overall but when I book my flight and seat through Kayak, AA will at times change those seats during check-in time which I don’t understand why. I always book aisle seats and had to sit at window for my flight to Austin this trip.
Mostly great. Only issue was with the WiFi. Halfway through the flight it was spotty and I was unable to work as I planned. This impacted my work products as I am traveling for business and it was an unexpected hindrance which was inconvenient. Flight here was amazing. For a 5 hour flight something more than a Biscoff would be nice but I’m just swinging at windmills I guess…
- flight was delayed several hours due to weather (understandable) - flight delayed further and we were told by attendants "we are not sure where the pilots are but they are on their way" as we have to find different pilots for the flight - announcements over the PA were somewhat unprofessional by the attendants, seems they need more training and were not reading off the script. They showed their young age and immaturity in their communications with the passengers. They were not clear and lacked professional communication language. - going from a hub to hub we were also parked at the tarmac at ohare for an additional hour and kept being told "few more minutes". Please just let the passengers know the real wait time instead of hiding the truth. We understand there is traffic and weather delays, but we just want transparency. There are several logistics of our lives that revolve around what the attendants and pilots are sharing with us but they are not being transparant.

Booked flight at 8pm Sunday evening. Flight posted delay from 5:00 to 7:46AM Monday morning. At 12:26 AM (after I was asleep) pulled flight forward to 6:21AM. Had to scramble in morning to make the flight. Barely did
Delayed boarding because a flight attendant couldn't find the gate...sat on the plane for over an hour at the gate because AA couldn't get one of the planes behind us to move
They kept us on the tarmac for 6 hours after already delaying our flight by 2 hours. No one had any answers. They sent our gate checked stroller to baggage claim instead of giving it back at the gate.
