Pros: "Very nice crew. The flight attendant brought me a second dessert after I raved about it (excellent strawberry mousse!) Warm croissants and bread for breakfast! The even came with seconds. Yes! Delicious Easter eggs on both flights. Good selection of movies"
Cons: "The width of the seats. Tricky to have that elbow rest, it is you or your neighbor!"

Pros: "I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards."
Cons: "We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?"

Pros: "The crew was professional and helpful. The flight attendant was especially kind to the children giving them activities and toys to play with. The seats were spacious and comfortable. The food was good."

I missed my flight from Vienna to Yerevan and the portion of my trip was detoured to Moscow and from there to Yerevan instead of 3 hours took me 8 hours. Cons: "I have faced the horrific flight ever in my life last days, I never imagined a completely 4-5 Hours such horror turbulence on a long Night flight. thank God we made, and thank the lovely crew for their super support.."

Media screen and audio did not work, and usb charger kept turning off. Barely able to recharge phone over the span of 10 hour flight! My next neighbor had same problem."

Cons: "They put us in different seats. My 7 year old and 3year old were all sitting separately and we could not switch with anyone. The air hostesses were not as helpful as other airlines."

Cons: "Swiss air seems to have lost its service edge. The flight attendants just stood around and watched while I struggled with my cane and my bag. They only seemed to snap into action to tell people what to do or not do. I flew the same route two years ago and staff was really kind. Maybe the working conditions have changed; they seemed harried and annoyed (in coach, at least). And I don't think they had to stand in line for an _hour_ to check in (thanks, LAX)."

Cons: "Limited space , very narrow and not very clean. I seated next to a dog, pet. The whole trip the dog was sitting on the floor next to me:(, although it was a very quiet and good dog. Crew not very friendly . They were tired I believe ."

Pros: "Flight attendants where very nice and attentive. Good choice of movies and shows for adults and kids. I usually don't eat airplane food but it looked fresh and my kids enjoyed the breakfast very much with fresh baked bread and croissant. My flight was delayed by one hour but it was a problem caused by the airport not the airline. I still made my connection and I received my suitcaises right away."

Pros: "The entertainment consoles are great, plane is modern and clean, staff on board are very considerate and helpful. Flight left and landed on time and our luggage arrived intact. Everything that we paid for we got."
Cons: "The space between the seats is very small, and the seats recline very far, I found myself a bit too tall to fit in them comfortably, as even reclined my neighbors seat was nearly pressed against my nose. My much shorter girlfriend did not have this problem, and slept through the whole flight. SWISS only has one or two check in agents at LAX, and the wait was about 3hr to process the 300-odd passengers on our 777. I know they're only running a flight or two a day from LA, but I am sure there's a speedier and more efficient way to check us all in."
