Great flight on the Twin Otter. Early departure and early arrival. Hassle free flight.

Boarded 20 minutes late, dinner and beverages were provided but the "main" of dinner was freezing cold and had soggy lettuce. The seats were wildly uncomfortable! There was in-flight entertainment that you can access via your phone (vs. the TV on the seatback in front of you) but the wifi connection was weak and you could not actually play anything. With that said, the crew was very pleasant and friendly!

Flight crew made the flight very enjoyable as they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flight time was 3:40 compared to the 4:30 that was captured on our itinerary, so that was a pleasant surprise. In flight entertainment was good with plenty of selection, however some of the choices that my family tried were slow to load and stalled out a few times. We were able to restart and everyone finished watching their movies. Food was pretty basic: croissant, turkey or chicken lunch meat with Swiss cheese and a bag of Lay’s potato chips. Still a bonus considering most airlines offerings which is nothing but peanuts or a cookie.

Food could have been better, and internet that allows texting/WhatsApp and other basics on the phone instead of just inflight entertainment would have been nice.

It was one of my worst flight ever. First they were changing the gate for at least 4 times, changing from gate D7 to D12 to D44. Considering the size of the Miami Airport, we are talking about long distance and the train at the airport was not working. Then the flight was delayed around one hour. Then finally we boarded into the plane and when everybody was seated, there was an announcement that there is an issue with one of the tire of the plane, so we all had to get out of the plane with our belongings, to replace the tire. So we had around 2.5-hour delay

Gate check bags that had to be gate checked because of first flight being a small flight are missing. British airways lost the luggage and haven’t met up with them yet!

First world problems, but still… We were seated in first class and asked for a cocktail on a very short, 50 minute flight. After our drink order was taken, a half hour went by, and we noticed that every other person in the small plane had been served except for us. We got up to ask about it, the drinks finally came, then were taken away three minutes later since the flight was so short. Really strange situation, on the other hand, we were in Utah.

Everything was on time, we arrived early, everything worked well.

The service and food needs to improve to catch up with other international flights

Small plane, so no entertainment. Hour delay! Nobody explained wht the delay was all about.

My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks

The flight was great, and I have never ridden in first class previously so I don't have any practical knowledge of the norm. The flight out to DFW was delayed and I sat in economy which was as expected, not nearly as spoiled as I was in first class which had more general room but that is par for the course. I have no complaints and will wait until I fly American again before I can make a valid improvement. I will fly American again in the future.

Always a great flight on AA. PHX to DFW and vise versa is always going to be a pretty full flight but the crew handles it phenomenally.

Boston ticket agent Cheryl Porter is WONDERFUL. Our Iberia flight to Barcelona was cancelled the morning we were scheduled to leave and Cheryl was our super hero - she found us seats on a flight to London and on to Barcelona. Truly a “can-do” attitude which we appreciated so much after the Iberia ticket agents told us there was “absolutely nothing they could do”. (As did the customer service agents at Iberia’s call center) Ms Porter is truly a wonderful person who genuinely cares about travelers!

I didn’t have food and they don’t include entertainment. Not much leg room at all. Staff were great.

The first class seats were unusable, mine at the end of the flight, my husband's in the middle of the flight, and the one next to me was unusable either, they had to move the person to another seat.

Last minute gate change. Didn’t put our TSA global on our trip even though we asked multiple times to confirm. Did not help with food when could not eat what was served.

With three empty seats across the aisle from me I politely asked the crew if I could sit in one of those seats. They initially told me I couldn't do it for my safety. When I pressed them again they blamed the captain. So which was it? I didn't appreciate either nonsense explanation simply because they didn't want to honor my request.

Had a very bad experience flying out of London. Our initial flight was cancelled without notice and the next flight had a layover of 8 extra hours. Me, my husband and my 8-year-old were already sick, and this further added to our problems. We paid extra for the seats: I was not even given our chosen seats which we paid for months before the trip. We were shoved into the available seats which were middle ones in the back (we had paid for front window, aisle, aisle). The seats were so uncomfortable and getting out of middle seats every so often (with a sick child) was a task. We had initially chosen British Airways because of the short layover, however, that went out of the window. Although unexpected things happen all the time and I understand customers have to adjust for the unplanned, however, how the airlines react and make the passengers comfortable during that time is the real test. We were not given any compensation for food or any arrangement to stay comfortable during that time. In fact, our paid seats were taken away as well.

Very bad experience they cancelled my ticket and no body bothered to even inform me, i was on the airport and it’s come to my knowledge that it was cancelled a week back,

We ordered kids meals - which were not kid friendly at all! (the breakfast that is - scrambled eggs on a bed of spinach and asparagus?)

The flight attendants were EXTREMELY personable and appreciated the service, lights going off after dinner (probably the norm, but I haven’t flown evening overnight flights in a while). Thank you!

Business class seats were very dated on my plane. Very little storage, charging ports were not easily accessible, tv screen kept flopping away. Vegetarian food was disappointing: hardly any protein and severely under-seasoned. Crew was lovely.

Was late but that airport/storm fault. Flight was full but comfortable. Food quite nice. Unfortunate that I had a rather miserable attendant, others were much friendlier
