Cons: "Plane smelled like bathroom when boarding. Same issue when boarding from JFK to MBJ on Carribean Airlines. Smell disappears once air is turned on once inflight. Entertainment is not in-line with competitors. TV's are too high and shared by 4-6 passengers."

Pros: "Seats were comfortable. Crew courteous. Pilots kept passengers informed."
Cons: "I would have liked to be able to sign up at the check-in counter for your frequent flyer miles. This is my second time (round trips each so it is actually 4 times) using your airline and I am very pleased with the service. I plan to make it my airline of choice when I am going home. I will be going back to a family member's funeral in 2 weeks. If I signed up the first time I would have the mile for all trips to my credit."

Cons: "I didn't like that airline personnel took it upon themselves to cut off the lock on my checked suitcase, rummaged through my things and left everything a mess. The least they could do is replace the lock they unnecessarily destroyed."

Pros: "I enjoyed the movie The 1st luggage free The packaging of the utensils ( think that was well put together) I enjoyed listening to reggae on the radio...that was great. I appreciate the fact that the Pilot kept us up to date each step of the way. Thanks for taking me home safely."
Cons: "The crew members were not pleasant The Flight attendants seems like they were not happy to be at work, their energy was not optimistic. Didn't enjoy the food The plane was delayed, that's awful. The luggage's took quite awhile to dispense. Had a lot of air pockets, was just not a smooth flight from beginning to end. Did not like you had to use your hand to turn on the faucet in the bathroom."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled. Wasn't informed. Got no text, email or phone call. Got to the airport and had to wait 8 hrs for the next flight. Just ridiculous."

Cons: "There were 2 passengers assigned to seats in the exit row that could not assist in case of emergency. They then refused to move, forty five mins later security we re called to have them relocated. This could have been resolved a lot sooner. It took the crew a very looooooooong time before they contacted security."

Pros: "The plane aborted take off half way down the runway.And after 25 mins we were taken off and bought back into the terminal where we sat for another 2hrs.They got the problem fixed and loaded us on.When it was time to serve the meal the oy option was chicken. No vegetarian. Others wise we landed safely."

Cons: "Had no real issue I, except this time I had to get wheel chair assistance, i had to wait in the passage unattended for a while at point of disembarkment"

Cons: "4 hr delay due to malfunctioning AC during this time we were offered a free lunch in the airport to either KFC or Subway. Except I spent my own money buying lunch because KFC ran out of chicken, kind of funny actually. Once we finally boarded there was another delay taking off because at least a dozen customers had duplicate seating arrangements which caused a nightmare on board. Upon landing at JFK we remained on the runway for an hour and a half waiting for a gate to open up.. exhausting flight. The plane also is outdated. My recline was not functioning and the tv was small, far away and not the sharpest.."

Cons: "Airplane broke down. Sat in plane for hours no replacement plane. Flew to several airports before reaching final destination 17 hours later."

Pros: "Inexpensive flight, on time, very clean, great job"
