Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Caribbean airline sucks… they have a promotion to bring 60lbs in your suitcase.. meanwhile when you reached your destination (JFK)… your suitcase didn’t show up. They had too much weight so the suitcase was left in Guyana… like WTF????? Stupid promotion.. just like the uneducated people working with the airline. The representative said there is nothing she can do about it… will not use them again.
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..
The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.
I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again
The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
The Wifi was not working. No screens and it was a very ancient plane

The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.
The flight was late which i understand happens. But we flew Delta one and the Crew was stiff and not that friendly. They didnt offer beverages after they served the lunch. I dont usually do reviews but i felt i must tell you about this crew. They were american not european. We are platinum members and we are usually treated much better
flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.
Be on time? When not on time a circling for over an hour offer more than 1 bag of chips to the passengers? It was a 7 hour flight by the time we got done.
The seats were really comfortable. Flight crew were friendly with passengers. Overall was a great flight.

Was on time, normal boarding. The worst flight attendents and service I ever seen,, can't believe Delta can have such service. Bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper, paper towels and used toilet paper all over the floor, when I tried to tell flight attendant she didn't even let me to finish and turn around. Very rude. Wi fi didn't work.
Flight was delayed. Then eventually cancelled. The female staff that was announcing overhead was unprofessional. She was telling everyone that the company is not going to give any money for taxi, hotel etc. then eventually the flight was cancelled.
Seats were comfortable, 8 hours. One flight attendant was not appropriate in his verbal response: "Please, DON'T touch me.", after being tapped near his elbow after being made unaware he skipped serving me & had passed further down the aisle.
Old plane. Nowhere as compared to non US airlines like JAL.
Not good always. Even our trip to japan was disaster with the American airlines delays and cancellatios. Now unfortunately we needed to book again with them last min. Was okay but as usual not comfortable seating.
Susan the flight attendant was great. She greeted me with a smile and showed great hospitality.
Horrible! We departed out of terminal 5, not only was the sign for flights and gate information were so badly organized that it took 2 minutes for all of the flight info load for the correct airline. One would think BA would have new and well managed jet ways, but no you had to take a bus to the plane. It took for every and detailed departure by 40 mins. I’ve had better class of service from Indian Airlines. BA needs to work on upscaling to meet the Industry norms. I can see regional airlines using this loading method but not on an international flight.
Overall good, but it would be better more movies and tv shows options
Boarding was horrendous! Took absolutely forever… and the delay from the broken coffee pot was really kind of ridiculous
Food horrible, even because there was no food the personal was rude and show off and the landing and take off ,was an adventure.

It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. 3 hours late JetBlue flight made me miss my connecting flight to Nairobi Kenya, they did not even offer me hotel accommodation, I paid out of my pocket, they did not know where my luggage was, let say my experience with JetBlue was nightmare.
My screen didn’t work, my seat didn’t recline, the flight attendant was rude and completely dismissive, the airplane was freezing, the seats are way old, slanted and uncomfortable. I payed for a full ticket and got a horrific experience, with a flight attendant who dismissed me even though I was calm respectful and polite.
It was my worse flying experience. It was my first time and last time flying with Jet Blue.
It was my first time in Jetblue flight in 10+ years(?) and the experience was horrible. You were better before. There were ATC delays sitting/waiting in the tarmac for 2 hours, I understand that this isn't Jetblue's problem but how the matter was handled poorly is. Cabin was so warm and hot couldn't get it to cool down for the entire waiting period worse, even during cruise flight. Start, the passengers were spoken to and treated like a little children with no respect. Constant/multiple annoying tone/voice PA announcements of mentioning "... only big/large suitcases are for the bin and small ones need to be placed under the seat, etc,..." I see that flight was delayed and crew were trying to get the plane ready to board as soon as they can but the way they presented was lack of better word, condesending and scolding tone to cattle. It was definite unpleasant, unwelcoming flight experience I have ever had with Jetblue. Whatever happen to smiles and fun employees , pleasant/helpful gate agents, flight attendants, crews, where have they gone? It was dissapointing flight experience overall from everyone. Sorry for the direct transparency.
JetBlue cancelled the flight. We had to rebook on another airline.

Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.

A 630departure flight Delayed 6hours! They changed my gate, I moved to the new gate. Had our flight on the screen for 12noon departure. I go get above to eat, check screen again and the flight was gone, no notice no announcement, nothing!! They sent my bag on the flight I wasn’t on, got it back to me 3days later. Thank goodness they did refund my money but I will NEVER fly them again.
Plane and crew on board were fine. Everything else was terrible.
Disaster. They lied every step of the way. We ended up being delayed due to crew and then allegedly abandoned the flight because of a curfew at LGA. No rebooking to LGA at any reasonable time. No hotel. No meal vouchers. Had to sleep in the airport and fly to Newark instead. Will never fly Frontier again.
My first flight was delayed 5 hours. The 2nd flight was canceled til the next day and the never even tried to compensate for it. Worse I was delayed again on the flight the rebooked me on.
I guess you get what you pay for. The seats are very uncomfortable and very little space. The snacks were pricey.
Would be great if Frontier can Assign Seats together under one PNR

Flight was changed (according to Frontier, by Kayak) without my notification. And all flights were delayed by at least an hour and a half. Uncomfortable plane. Bad service. Will never fly Frontier again.
Was left with many other passengers in SJU by frontier airlines due to delay caused by frontier. Worst experience ever and worst airline ever.
