Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Caribbean airline sucks… they have a promotion to bring 60lbs in your suitcase.. meanwhile when you reached your destination (JFK)… your suitcase didn’t show up. They had too much weight so the suitcase was left in Guyana… like WTF????? Stupid promotion.. just like the uneducated people working with the airline. The representative said there is nothing she can do about it… will not use them again.
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..
The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.
I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again
The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
The Wifi was not working. No screens and it was a very ancient plane

The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.
The flight was late which i understand happens. But we flew Delta one and the Crew was stiff and not that friendly. They didnt offer beverages after they served the lunch. I dont usually do reviews but i felt i must tell you about this crew. They were american not european. We are platinum members and we are usually treated much better
flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.
Be on time? When not on time a circling for over an hour offer more than 1 bag of chips to the passengers? It was a 7 hour flight by the time we got done.
The seats were really comfortable. Flight crew were friendly with passengers. Overall was a great flight.

Was on time, normal boarding. The worst flight attendents and service I ever seen,, can't believe Delta can have such service. Bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper, paper towels and used toilet paper all over the floor, when I tried to tell flight attendant she didn't even let me to finish and turn around. Very rude. Wi fi didn't work.
Flight was delayed. Then eventually cancelled. The female staff that was announcing overhead was unprofessional. She was telling everyone that the company is not going to give any money for taxi, hotel etc. then eventually the flight was cancelled.
Seats were comfortable, 8 hours. One flight attendant was not appropriate in his verbal response: "Please, DON'T touch me.", after being tapped near his elbow after being made unaware he skipped serving me & had passed further down the aisle.
Food horrible, even because there was no food the personal was rude and show off and the landing and take off ,was an adventure.

It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
The plane was spartan, the seats not that comfortable. It was like flying a super low budget airline. They charged for coffee!!! I have never, ever experienced that before.
we had flown from Okinawa and had breakfast in Okinawa. There were issues with the plane so service was postponed. I asked a crew member if we could get something to eat as I was very hungry. Shevwas so nice that shev brought nuts for all of us. The sad part is that thevnuts were stale but I was hungry so I ate them. My side of the rew was really very nice. Both my wife and I travel quite a bit even though we cannot lift our bags as we get help. My wife asked her dso=ide crew if she could help put up the computer bag. She told he that its not her job. Oh well
Excellent service. Flight attendance like Jessica,, on our flight, is a reason I wouldn’t mind flying through British Airways again. Jessica,, was very courteous and helpful.
Agency very bad had to cancelled my booking too many changes in the flight changed my flight to 1 week
The middles seats on the 777 airplane are very small. I am only five feet tall and my knees were touching the seat in front of me and the is no leg room if you have a person item under the seat. The food was horrible, spicy sauces, tasteless bread, and wilted/brown lettuce. Keep it simple. The staff was mediocre., one minute loud and chastising, and the other friendly. We liked how clear and easy to understand the entry process in to the US was.
Our flight from JFK to Madrid was delayed. We had to go from one side of the Madrid airport (Terminal 4s to the far end of terminal 4 - Gate K98) to our gate in less than 30 minutes. Put passport control and security/baggage check and that’s very hard unless you’re Usain Bolt. I called Iberia Airlines and the telephone customer service told me that I was going to have to pay to re-book. Luckily the help desk in the airport (who was dealing with dozens of people from the same JFK-Madrid flight) did not charge us extra to reschedule to a flight 8 hours later. They also gave us a voucher for breakfast and lunch. Glad the actual person at the airport had some actual sense.
The seats were roomier than other airplanes I’ve been on.
Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.

Horrible - for the first time in my life i was denied boarding an international flight because the name used on my ticket - Josh - was not exactly the same as my passport - Joshua. At no time during ticketing, online check-in, or at the airport flying from Boston to NY was i notified of a problem. It was only at boarding from NY to Costa Rica I was informed of the problem and by then it was too late. After missing the flight I was told by airport Jet Blue staff, including a supervisor, that it was my problem and they could not assist because i bought "the cheapest fare". i was hung up on twice by JetBlue customer service, including once by a supervisor. I blame Kayak and your awful partner ChatDeal for even allowing me to purchase an international ticket without verifying this - you effectively sold me a ticket i could not use. Shame on you and shame on ChatDeal for doing nothing to help me resolve the situation. What a scam.
Probably won't be traveling with JetBlue again. The planes for both flights were so old; I was honestly nervous it was going to hold up. The screens had so much static. I couldn't change the volume and my movie changed to Portuguese five minutes in and refused to switch back to English. Onboarding process on the way back was utter chaos.
Ask flight attendants to make normal temperature. It was freezing very uncomfortable. No one want to lessen to you.
Complete and total debacle from start to finish. HUGE mistake picking this airline. NEVER again! Rudest staff in the business.

Every time I leave from sti Dominican Republic, there is always a delay with a flight , causing a rush to make it to the next flight considering you have to go threw immigration

A 630departure flight Delayed 6hours! They changed my gate, I moved to the new gate. Had our flight on the screen for 12noon departure. I go get above to eat, check screen again and the flight was gone, no notice no announcement, nothing!! They sent my bag on the flight I wasn’t on, got it back to me 3days later. Thank goodness they did refund my money but I will NEVER fly them again.
Plane and crew on board were fine. Everything else was terrible.
Disaster. They lied every step of the way. We ended up being delayed due to crew and then allegedly abandoned the flight because of a curfew at LGA. No rebooking to LGA at any reasonable time. No hotel. No meal vouchers. Had to sleep in the airport and fly to Newark instead. Will never fly Frontier again.
My first flight was delayed 5 hours. The 2nd flight was canceled til the next day and the never even tried to compensate for it. Worse I was delayed again on the flight the rebooked me on.
I guess you get what you pay for. The seats are very uncomfortable and very little space. The snacks were pricey.
Would be great if Frontier can Assign Seats together under one PNR

Flight was changed (according to Frontier, by Kayak) without my notification. And all flights were delayed by at least an hour and a half. Uncomfortable plane. Bad service. Will never fly Frontier again.
Was left with many other passengers in SJU by frontier airlines due to delay caused by frontier. Worst experience ever and worst airline ever.
