Change policy, let the passengers know that boarding will be done by alfphabets from now on so other passengers do not skip because when they all jump at one time that delays flight departure.. Put cushion on the damn seats 4 hrs sitting is terrible on the buns & backs. Delta does that and it goes so smoothly.

In JFK the bags are taken off the belt be you finish immigration. An announcement should be made to say location instead of wasting time at the baggage belt waiting.

Caribbean airline sucks… they have a promotion to bring 60lbs in your suitcase.. meanwhile when you reached your destination (JFK)… your suitcase didn’t show up. They had too much weight so the suitcase was left in Guyana… like WTF????? Stupid promotion.. just like the uneducated people working with the airline. The representative said there is nothing she can do about it… will not use them again.

Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.

The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR

Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

The flight was late which i understand happens. But we flew Delta one and the Crew was stiff and not that friendly. They didnt offer beverages after they served the lunch. flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.

Be on time? When not on time a circling for over an hour offer more than 1 bag of chips to the passengers? It was a 7 hour flight by the time we got done.

Was on time, normal boarding. The worst flight attendents and service I ever seen,, can't believe Delta can have such service. Bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper, paper towels and used toilet paper all over the floor, when I tried to tell flight attendant she didn't even let me to finish and turn around. Very rude. Wi fi didn't work.

Flight was delayed. Then eventually cancelled. The female staff that was announcing overhead was unprofessional. She was telling everyone that the company is not going to give any money for taxi, hotel etc. then eventually the flight was cancelled.

Seats were comfortable, 8 hours. One flight attendant was not appropriate in his verbal response: "Please, DON'T touch me.", after being tapped near his elbow after being made unaware he skipped serving me & had passed further down the aisle.

we had flown from Okinawa and had breakfast in Okinawa. There were issues with the plane so service was postponed. I asked a crew member if we could get something to eat as I was very hungry. Shevwas so nice that shev brought nuts for all of us. The sad part is that thevnuts were stale but I was hungry so I ate them. My side of the rew was really very nice. Both my wife and I travel quite a bit even though we cannot lift our bags as we get help. My wife asked her dso=ide crew if she could help put up the computer bag. She told he that its not her job. The middles seats on the 777 airplane are very small. I am only five feet tall and my knees were touching the seat in front of me and the is no leg room if you have a person item under the seat. The food was horrible, spicy sauces, tasteless bread, and wilted/brown lettuce. Keep it simple. The staff was mediocre., one minute loud and chastising, and the other friendly. We liked how clear and easy to understand the entry process in to the US was.

Our flight from JFK to Madrid was delayed. We had to go from one side of the Madrid airport (Terminal 4s to the far end of terminal 4 - Gate K98) to our gate in less than 30 minutes. Put passport control and security/baggage check and that’s very hard unless you’re Usain Bolt. I called Iberia Airlines and the telephone customer service told me that I was going to have to pay to re-book. Luckily the help desk in the airport (who was dealing with dozens of people from the same JFK-Madrid flight) did not charge us extra to reschedule to a flight 8 hours later. They also gave us a voucher for breakfast and lunch. Glad the actual person at the airport had some actual sense.

Our flight was repeatedly delayed for maintenance problems: scheduled for 9.30am, eventually delayed to 7pm! Very very inconvenient! AA should have provided a substitute plane much earlier.. On the other hand, Customer Service crew in Charlotte helped us to reach NY (LGA) by late afternoon. Thank you Patricia!! The actual flight was quick and very comfortable. As always a. excellent, professional crew. [no food on a a short hop).

Boarding gate at LAX was too crowded—two gates next to one another

This short sector between Miami and JFK was undertaken purely for business purposes, with efficiency as the primary objective rather than a full inflight experience. Overall, the journey met its intended purpose; however, the ground experience at Miami stood out significantly. During check-in, I was unable to link my frequent flyer details from Qatar Airways (oneworld alliance) through either the self-service kiosk or web check-in. The situation was handled exceptionally well by the check-in agent, who demonstrated remarkable ownership. She coordinated across multiple counters, ensured my frequent flyer number was correctly reflected, reissued the boarding pass, and confirmed that mileage accrual would be recognized. Additionally, she ensured the boarding pass reflected priority status, enabling a seamless priority check-in experience without delays. This level of proactive service was both commendable and impactful. Boarding and the inflight experience, operated by American Airlines under a codeshare arrangement, were efficient but largely transactional. While operational delivery was smooth, there was no visible recognition of oneworld frequent flyer status onboard. In comparison to the consistently personalized engagement typically experienced with Qatar Airways, this absence was noticeable—though understandably a potential limitation of codeshare alignment rather than a direct service shortfall. In summary, while the flight itself fulfilled its operational intent, the exceptional professionalism and commitment demonstrated at the Miami check-in counter was the defining highlight of this journey. Greater consistency in elite recognition across partner airlines would further enhance the overall experience.

A chaotic and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. The boarding process was a disaster; despite group numbers, it was a free-for-all that the staff failed to manage (especially after group 5). Once on board, the "entertainment" was non-existent. There are no seatback screens, and the mobile app selection is incredibly thin. The hardware is severely dated. My seat had zero cushioning left—it felt like sitting on a hard board for the entire flight—and the legroom was cramped. To make matters worse, the bathroom was repulsive, with toilet paper, soiled paper towels and liquid/pee all over the floor. When I did interact with the crew, they provided the absolute bare minimum and made me feel like an inconvenience for asking for anything. Avoid this flight if you can.

Complete and total debacle from start to finish. HUGE mistake picking this airline. NEVER again! Rudest staff in the business.

I tried to book a flight with Jet Blue. Your third party company hijacked my attempt with a website that looked like I was booking with Jet Blue. I realized it when I paid. I tried to cancel and was told by a man in India that there were no refunds. $735 stolen, Thanks Kayak!

A 630departure flight Delayed 6hours! They changed my gate, I moved to the new gate. Had our flight on the screen for 12noon departure. I go get above to eat, check screen again and the flight was gone, no notice no announcement, nothing!! They sent my bag on the flight I wasn’t on, got it back to me 3days later. Thank goodness they did refund my money but I will NEVER fly them again.

Disaster. They lied every step of the way. We ended up being delayed due to crew and then allegedly abandoned the flight because of a curfew at LGA. No rebooking to LGA at any reasonable time. No hotel. No meal vouchers. Had to sleep in the airport and fly to Newark instead. Will never fly Frontier again.

My first flight was delayed 5 hours. The 2nd flight was canceled til the next day and the never even tried to compensate for it. Worse I was delayed again on the flight the rebooked me on.
