Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

Finally, we were not told in advance that we had to go through security twice and through US Customs BEFORE leaving Dublin. So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there."

But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly."

Cons: "the ticket was only $47 but then i had to pay $39 for a carry on the only complimentary item given on the plane is water - they charge you for coffee the flight attendant was obnoxious, she kept making comments about how she couldnt give us anything for free the seats do not recline the air conditioning wasnt working but they loaded the plane up regardless and then after 30 minutes told us we could get off the plane while they look for the missing part that is 'somewhere' in the airport and they didnt know how long it would take for the part to be found and installed -- i dont understand why they would load people onto the plane if the plane was not working properly and they knew they needed to stall it was a very bad experience all in all"

Cons: "This is not just Frontier - it is a BIGGER passengers trying to sit in constantly shrinking seat widths and leg room. I sat next to a very nice BIG person that was in my seat with me....had to keep the armrest up to allow them to fit. I know your bottom line is profit - so shrinking the passenger seat/room when the population as a whole is expanding makes flying overall a not good experience. I am waiting for you all to officially charge us for Cain air seperately."
