1 flight cancelled Had to fly out of different city Flight at new departure city was delayed 3 hours causing us to miss connecting flights. By the time we did make it to Prague our luggage did not. Had to wait day and a half for luggage to be delivered. Customer service was not good. Agents did not arrive at gate until 5-10 minutes before boarding

It was better than excellent. The staff in Mason City were great. The young woman that pushed my wheelchair did more than could be expected of her. She came from India 17 years ago. I don't remember her name.

Very rough getting into denver. my kid threw up it was so rough.

We were delayed because of ground crew, not because the plane wasn’t ready to go. The food was better than usual!

Liked that we left on time for each flight. Snacks not the best, but we're okay.

The flight was very good. Only complaint was that the usb charging connection did not work for either me or the seat next to me so we both had to use our own portable battery to charge our phones. I also liked the fact that I could purchase Wi-Fi for an hour instead of for the entire flight.

United ground crew and pilots are friendly. The in-flight staff (flight attendants) are the worst in the world. Multiple trips, always unpleasant, combative, use implicit threats to not allow for a discussion on their decision. Authoritarian. This seems to stem from an internal corporate wide policy as I doubt that United is intentionally searching for people that are not fit for customer facing positions. I will not fly United again. Good luck fixing your business

Boarding with facial recognition was NOT quicker than with traditional boarding passes.

I had requested wheelchair assistance prior to flight. The airport staff had no record of it. It was not provided at Cedar Rapids which was a small airport, so I managed on my own. At O'Hare airport the same thing happened. The staff told me they had no record of my request for a wheel chair. But they finally provided it after a delay when I insisted that I needed it.

We bought premium economy tickets first, and then paid additional upgrade fees to get business Polaris class seats on the SFO to Amsterdam segment. This was our first time flying Polaris class on United. We were completely disappointed. The service level was sub par compared with Turkish Airlines and China Airlines business class. There were multiple flight attendants attending to us, and all were not attentive and not helpful to guests. They seem to keep a safe distance and not offer to provide much service to us. We did not feel we were in business class at all. No special treatment or attention. The food service was equally disappointing. We had to make several choices for entrees since they were not sure we could get our first choice. There was no explanation of the menu offering, and they expected us to know what we want when they came and ask for food selection. All in all, very disappointed in United Polaris Business Class service. They are very far behind their European and Asian counterparts. Would not travel again with United Polaris.
