Cons: "Small seats 4 abreast--too close for any comfort for transatlantic flight. Would not fly this particular airplane again if possible."

Cons: "Departure was delayed by hours due to the Air Canada computer systems going down. That made it an even later redeye, but the cabin crew insisted on waking everyone up to serve dinner at 2am. Boarding in Toronto was a mess, and the details about what was wrong were very sketchy."

Cons: "This was a direct flight from DFW to Vancouver. 3.5 hours. Upon arrival in Vancouver we were paged to baggage claim and informed that our bags were taken off the plane and would arrive later in the night. Problem was, we were leaving on a cruise at 4:30PM. Our bags had two cruise luggage tags on each bag. When our bags were delivered to us 2.5 days later in Ketchikan, Alaska - The cruise tags had been torn off our bags. There were a minimum of 8 vacant seats and corresponding luggage not on this plane. I believe Air Canada had a chance to load more cargo and removed our luggage to make more room for the cargo. I will never fly this airline again. I had nothing good to say to anyone on our cruise regarding this airline. Terrible passenger service. The guest services said that 16 bags were delivered in Ketchikan from Air Canada."

Cons: "We were delayed over an hour because flight got in late from Halifax, I get it, stuff happens. Then once boarded we sat there for another 45 minutes. The pilot comes on over the speaker and explains we aren't leaving because the crew didn't have the proper paper work in the cabin..."

Cons: "Boarding a massive 777 is difficult but some how other airlines do it smoother. Not sure how boarding 3 zones at once makes sense, which created a long que. Plus a delayed plane didn’t help the matter Unnecessary comments by one crew member while passengers were putting away their luggage were over heard and provided no value to the situations. Cup of noodles and a 3 tiny pieces of beef plate were provided for dinner which was very disappointing. While a typical egg breakfast and snack were also provided. Hot beverages were generally not served due to turbulence and water service during the 12hr flight was minimal."

Cons: "This was an overnight flight but for those of us in the back of the plane (near this staff hangout section) there was no rest. They were speaking loudly, sometimes over each other, as though at a house party for the duration of the 5 hour OVERNIGHT flight. This isnt the second time I have flown long distance with Air Canada and the 'frat party' in the back occurred on both flights. The first time was much worse-12 hours from Seoul to Toronto- with the party going on the entire time. LOW BUDGET service and attitude at major carrier prices."

Cons: "weather grounded non stop flight... required my finding a hotel for overnight... loss of MSP hotel, and two days rental car, too... costly and not reimbursable because "act of nature"... earliest way to MSP they said was via Nashville w/long layover... then connecting to Delta upon arrival in MSP, checked bag didn't arrive... it was filled w/medical equipment and AC couldn't tell us where it was... Delta bent over backwards to assist... AC was non-commital and not helpful at all... waited for incoming flights at the airport MSP for 8 hours... no bag... finally, Delta gave us vouchers for dinner and put us in a hotel... when it as really Air Canada's fault... etc, etc..."

Pros: "I had a medical incident and air Canada moved me to a more comfortable seat and gave me oxygen to help me recover. Also the stuardesses all were really nice and made it their priority to make sure I was doing OK through the rest of the flight"

Pros: "They weigh every little carry on even little backpacks. My Dad who is 83 had very hard time since he had one pound over. Max weigh you can in your carry on is 22 pound. Extremely money hungry Air Line. I would avoid at any cost."

Both times I was on the plan and my bag wasn't? How can they can send me on my flight without my bags, yet, they screwed up and I get there on time without my bags and they will not let me on the plane."

Cons: "The person behind me kept kicking my seat and yelling at me to not recline my seat. I called a crew member over and asked if I wasn't allowed to and he said well she does have long legs. I paid for economy knowing the room that I was going to be given .. If she didn't like having her legs squished she should have upgraded her seat and the crew member shouldn't have allowed me to be uncomfortable and not having the same luxuries as the rest of the customers."

Cons: "I am handicapped. Requested a wheel chair from the curb . Upon arrival, no wheel chair. we waited and waited. Then my friend went and got a wheel chair for me. we then joined our two friends, who also had wheelchairs. however, they had first class and was taken immediately to the first class lounge. I was waiting forever behind the check-in desk in Vancouver. I then put my bags on my chair and used the chair like a walker! Still no help. When I asked for help I was told that I was early and I could wait. Not the right answer. I was told to be at the airport 2 1/2 hrs. early which I was. Until I got to the woman at the boarding desk at E84, I was treated terribly. Since we travel with our friends we had hoped to at least see them. No way. Air Canada mad sure of that. also Not a peanut unless we spent money!!!"

Pros: "The direct connection between Toronto and Madrid, since we travel at least once a year or more to Spain The staff on ground and on board were simply excellent, communicated well in Spanish, French and English The food and drinks (wine) were excellent and plentiful."

His response, "most people on here have connecting flights." We were unable to board the next flight despite running to get there with time to board, as "our suitcases would not make it." I feel the staff made no effort. At least 12 others also missed this connection and the very small plane could easily have been delayed to load the suitcases."

Cons: "The complimentary earphones provided on the flight were the worst ear buds I have ever worn and were extremely uncomfortable. If you're going to make it so passengers cannot use their own earphones without the sound being distorted, then please upgrade your earphones to something more comfortable. My ears were sore the whole flight trying to readjust the ear buds."

Cons: "By the end of Group 4 boarding they were already taking carry-on bags at the jetway to check into the baggage compartment. We had a 1:05 connection in Toronto to catch our flight to London. They could give us no assurances that our luggage would make the connection. Thankfully we were able to talk our way onboard and found space to store our bags. When I was finally seated I had to warn the person seated in front of me to please not recline. Sitting with my back flush to the seat, my knees were literally in contact with the chair in front of me. There was ZERO room for that passenger to recline without causing me great pain. I sat on our five hour flight in great discomfort. Adding to my discomfort was a lack of food and zero entertainment. Paying for food is fine and I did it but on such a long flight it seems abusive. Food should be provided on longer journals. That all all I could do was read was also fine but video and Internet are increasingly expected and this flight had neither. I'll have doubts about ever flying Canada Air Rogue again."

Seats seem smaller and closer. 2-Not able to select seat until the day of departure and having to pay an extra $149 to get an isle seat with United, while not given a possibility to upgrade with Lufthansa which placed me at the back of the plane in a middle seat between two large individuals."

Pros: "I was separated from my 4 year old and 7 year old children as well as our husband. We bought our tickets together but we're out on 4 different rows. I asked flight attendant for help and she was rude. She talked to my husband who was further in the back and came back and told everyone it was ok for my kids to not be with their parents because my husband said it was ok. It was not ok, it was awful. After I started crying someone finally traded spots. But I didn't like that my husband's wishes over Road mine, it was misogynistic and she was a woman, a very condescending women."

Cons: "After calling United to change my seat to one in the same price category, I arrived on the airplane to find the attendants had no record of me having that seat. Which not only caused embarrassment for me and the other passenger but also held up the flight. Also this was the worst food I've ever had on a flight in my entire life even other United flights had much better meal choices."

Cons: "Our original flight was cancelled and on the rebook, which added a stop, my family of 4 which includes a 4mo and 5 yr old were all given separate middle seats. When we brought this up we were told only the gate agent could adjust. Although at the time there were seats together they were "economy plus." Not surprisingly the gate agent was very rude when we approached her with the issue, insinuated it was our fault, that we were extra trouble for traveling with 2 small children, and that we may have to be bumped. We were finally accommodated at the last second but it was unneeded stress. Also several flight attendants gave us a hard time for bringing aboard our infant car seat despite the fact it is FAA approved and we bought a seat for it and it is the current recommendation of the FAA to do so."

STRANDED AT AIRPORT TIL AFTER 9 PM, when hotel shuttle could come get me! Missed seeing my mother, who is in a Skilled Nursing Facility here -- THE ENTIRE REASON FOR MY TRIP! And now I can't see her this morning either, because I have to take the hotel shuttle BACK TO THE AIRPORT to pick up the rental car that I PAID IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE BEGINNING YESTERDAY!!!"

Doctor won't approve flight since this just happened 3/28/17. But, I can't pay so much more to fly home after surgery....near the holidays. Just makes me sad. I had insurance on 1 flight so i hope i can get 1/2 of my ticket price back. Yup, I messed up the insurance on the 2nd flight. My bad. So I'm out for 1 ticket, and a broken leg and torn ACL and I didn't see my folks. Can you do anything to help me, United? Please? Thanks. Pretty tough week."

No need to find a map of the airport; no need to figure out whether walking or taking the "trA'Am" would be faster; no need to catch a bus or go through security; just one (long) concourse."
Cons: "While connecting at DEN is easy, I wish there were more outlets for recharging my phone on the B concourse (like WN has on the C concourse). I wouldn't have gotten too much of a boost, though, as both of my flights were on time."
