My colleagues and I have all agreed to fly Delta again ( specifically the Atlanta/ Milwaukee flight) Because of these courteous, caring, and professional people!"

When I told American attendants and supervisors that I was going to miss my flight unless they got me through they were clueless and didn't care about me or any of the passengers. The entire American staff were the most disorganized and careless flight personnel I have ever seen. Them they put me on a standby flight, where I was number eight and five minutes later was number eighteen, so I missed that, too. My wife is one of the top Public Relations people in Los Angeles and we both have tweeted and posted on social media extensively about this horrendous experience. No leg room, sat shoulders and thighs touching with neighbors. No meal service, just drinks and pretzels, luckily we ate before departure. Never again!"

I was carrying a back pack and a small purse strapped across my shoulder which was maybe 4"x6". He shouted at me after I had handed in my ticket and started down the gangway that my purse needed to be in my backpack. I have never heard of such a thing in all my years of travel. I complied and started to put my purse into my backpack when he shouted at me "Ms. Derbyshire get back here now! You cannot be past the counter!" Your employee was rude, hostile and made me very upset as well as the other passengers waiting to board. Later other passengers who witnessed the event told me how upset they were. Sadly this is not the first time I have had issues with United. Clearly this type of behavior is in your culture. There is no need to shout at anyone."

My 3-hour flight turned into a +5.5 HR endeavor. When you are on 2 broken planes in a row with the same airline you start to to wonder about how well they are maintaining their equipment. I feel like I deserve more than a "sorry" for the use of my extra time, but no credit or flight certificate was forthcoming."

Cons: "At security check in I told the agent I could not bend down to take off my shoes. I have 7 ruptured discs in my back. The agent laughed then got angry and told me you put them on this morning you can take them off. I told him I could try if seated. My wife puts my shoes on in the morning because I can't. Another agent then shuffled me to a bench to take off my shoes. The security check point looked make shift I don't think they had the proper equipment to swab my shoes so they took it out on me. completely unacceptable and against federal Ada laws. All of this reflects poorly on the airlines using this terminal. This trip was my first united airlines experience i usually fly delta or jet blue. I will not fly United again and will tell everyone I know to avoid United at all cost."

When I asked the lady who came by to let us know of our gates, she pretty much told me, 'good luck'. I picked up my bag with 10 mins to spare to run from gate 86? to 24. I think more should have been done to accommodate. To be fair, the other lady who came by to let us know of our gates, offered to call my terminal and let them know I was on the way"

What carelessness, and stupidity on the part of united employees. Horrible inconvenience, worst travelling experience that I've ever had!"
