Pros: "Yes the crew was great."
Cons: "It was a short 2.5 hr flight. Jet blue provided packaged snacks and a soft drink at no additional charge. Other airlines charge for everything. A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold."

Cons: "The fact my luggage didn’t arrive with me in Detroit and that we were 30 min late and couldn’t get off the plane because of lighting like come on!!"
Pros: "We got earlier than anticipated."
Cons: "There is no food to offer unless you pay for it when you are asked. I got a bag of chips that isually goes for 1.99 at the store but they sell it for 4.99. They only give you 2 cookies and a drink for a 5 hour flight. The entertaiment was not present for 98% of the flight even when it says that wifi is available and to choose the movies or shows from their website. There's no disclaimer saying wifi does not work over the sea which was thru almost the entire flight. When you could finally connect to it, it wouldn't load. Most airplanes have an entertainment system in the back of the seat even for less than 3 hour flights but not on this one. Very disappointing."

Pros: "New policy of “no free carry on luggage” was enforced at will by the gate. Paid luggage cannot be stored on the front storage bin. I was told to take my small bag to store above my seat."

I was only able to check my bag to Denver, had to go to baggage and check in a second time, go through security again—a long line —took me 2 hours to get my bag and go through security. Frontier told me that kayak booked me on two separate flights with two separate tickets and because of that they couldn’t check my bag to my final destination. booking through kayak was a huge inconvenience"
Cons: "ALWAYS a delay or flight change. They charge for EVERYTHING. They even try to get you to sign up for credit card while on board. One of flight crew chewing gum and blowing bubbles."

Cons: "Frontier's customer service is god awful. The space they have in Phx sky harbor is one of the worst gates with awful service. We were removed from our flight without warning due to a mechanical problem on there end causing us to miss our next flight. So instead of rebooking us they just kicked us off and we were left to fend for ourselves over the telephone where we were told we can't be rebooked. They also didn't want to give us a refund but travel credit instead!!!! Yea right!!!! NEVER flying again with Frontier. THEY SUCK."
Cons: "Our original flight time was changed about 5 times. Every flight we had was delayed. The organization and communication was very poor. And the fact that we had to pay for baggage was annoying. The seats were uncomfortable, couldn't lean back."
Cons: "No emailed itinerary or checkin notification - I blame Kayak for this (it seems to happen whenever I book through Kayak) and will no longer book flights through Kayak. Frontier sucks, but you already know that going in so you get what you expect."

Cons: "Called in regarding flight change. Was told they would cancel my current flight and I was to call back with a new date and only pay $78.00 for a modification. Called back and was told that my ticket was forfeited because I was a no show... I paid over $399 and now have to purchase a return flight. Will never fly spirit again.. it’s a rip off"

Pros: "Spirit Flight 1028 Jan 2-2018 Baltimore BWI 6:05 AM to Boston BOS, 7:29 AM. My two Fort Lauderdale-based flight attendants were OUTSTANDING and very friendly. I hope to see them again."
Cons: "Spirit airlines makes checking in on line difficult to navigate. I received error messages when I tried the night before. Also at BWI I had to wait in a VERY long in line for security, so much so that I had to cut people in line to get there on line."
Pros: "Spirit doesn’t have screens at the airport to tell you which gate they are flying out of - must cost too much - only American airlines has them and i thought they were for the whole airport - how can you tell? so i went to the gate that said san diego - the only one. waited in line. find out as near the last one to board that i was at the wrong gate."
Cons: "had to run to my flight leaving at the same time about 10 minutes away in an by running. Didn’t make it and Spirit only flies to San Diego once a day. So i miss Thanksgiving dinner with my family. So i have to go back to my apartment, an hour by subway, and come back tomorrow. First and last time flying with Spirit."

Cons: "Checkin was a mess. The attendants at the counter were hustling to get the people in their flights but that meant that those of us who were on time almost missed our flights after being switched from lines and having a bunch (some 25+) people skipping the line before us."
Cons: "The fact that every time I fly with spirit, it seems to be late. They don't pass information along to let people know what's going on and why it's being delayed. Very poor customer service and overall product."
Cons: "Arrive to the ticket counter over hour prior to flight take off. Women working the counter refused to give me a boarding pass as she said the plane already departed. After arguing and paying $10 extra for a boarding pass I ran to the terminal and the plane had just left the gate. If the first women gave me the pass originally I would of made my flight. Needless to say, never fly Spirit airlines!"
Cons: "When I called to confirm my flight to Atlantic City I was told that my flight was experiencing engine trouble and was cancelled. After about an hour on the line trying to get a new flight I was transferred to another representative and told that there was no problem.. She acted like I was nuts. Also the extra charges make their flights more expensive. $50. for a suitcase to be checked. $34. for each seat reservation. Give me a break this should be disclosed by everyone before a flight is booked. It makes your prices look good but I will not book in this manner again. Nancy C.
