Cons: "the service in the plane is poor"
Pros: "Nothing. Door closed in my face departure board never showed it was boarding and I ran from my other delayed flight to try and catch the Wilmington flight"
Cons: "American needs to step up their device and the airlines should be punished for their lack of service If an airline vises a non weather delay there should be immediate compensation for passengers. No different than what retailers do to their suppliers when supplier is late delivering merchandis"
Pros: "Crew and pilot were nice while we dealt with technical difficulties and had to stay on the plane"
Cons: "After missing all our other connections, our luggage was delayed for hours, we were only given $12 each for meal vouchers for an entire day of layover, we were not given the upgrade for the seats we originally paid for (nor seats together) only promised refunds. The line for service was 2 hours."

Cons: "Flight attendendant were unfriendly, she missed my dinner ,I had to call her so she bring my dinner!"
Cons: "The gate was not suitable for so many people . It was very cold in the airplane"
Cons: "horrible plane for international travel. it was small cramped. Food was horrible. Not even a good full meal. Just snacks."
Cons: "It was a little hot in the plane at during start and touchdown"
Pros: "Entertainment was good."
Cons: "AA lost my luggage for several days. This is unacceptable. It required my wife and I to spend money on items that were unnecessary. We could not obtain good information on whether they were lost or mis-routed. The worry of whether we should buys clothes, toiletries, etc. was a daily concern. Way to ruin a customer's vacation."
Pros: "The duration of the flight, nothing to do with the airline"
Cons: "I was forced to check a bag in when I had flown previously the week before with the same carry on. $50 spent for nothing in my opinion. Per the supervisor over head bin size does not change yet my bag was "too big" like I said I had flown literally 4 days before this trip and had no problems with my bag fitting nor did any of the flight attendants say anything. I am just annoyed. Also I didn't know that I would fly American as it's through Alaska originally, maybe that was my lack of attention to detail. The carry on situation is what irritated me the most. This is also not the first time that I've had a problem with American Air."
Pros: "Arrived very early"
Cons: "We could not get on the plane because you oversold the plane and there were no seats left. We missed our planned tour in Lima and now we have to wait 13 hours to take the next flight. I demand my money back."
Pros: "The crew was nice."
Cons: "The planes are old. Needless to say there is no Wi-Fi, and the only entertainment on a 7.5 hour flight was a tiny tv in the center of aisle. 1987 tech in 2017. Our plane was delayed for 8 hours due to a broken hydrolics system, and no compensation for additional expenses due to equipment failure was offered."
Pros: "The flight crew were great, attentive and accommodating. There were empty seats which allowed for movement of passengers and some stretching out during the long flight."
Cons: "The only issue was one restroom not functioning, which caused a line to queue throughout the flight for the working restroom. Otherwise no complaints."
Cons: "Three gate changes and 45 minute delay. Same happened two years ago"
Cons: "Had to cancel cruise but could not cancel flights without paying fees that were half the fare price. Would have been cheaper if we bought direct from the airline."
Pros: "•Boarding was easy - small plane. •No crazy flight maneuvers, so I guess good pilots"
Cons: "•Cash only for drinks?! C'mon AA, it's 2017. •Charging for checked bags is greedy, I don't care if others do it, that's not a good excuse + Southwest doesn't charge. •Plane left 30 min late (and arrived 30 late), then had to sit on Tarmac waiting for a gate. •Placed us at the farthest bagged claim from our arrival gate (all bagge claims walking up to ours were empty), so thanks for thinking of the customer first there. •I reserved an aisle seat, they changed me to window without asking. Thanks. •Overall, there are too many other choices in airlines... I may just be one customer, but this is one less they'll have, as other major carriers haven't ever racked up this amount of annoyances in a single trip with me before."
Pros: "Flight attendant, Billy, on flight to Chicago encouraged everyone to help each other figure out how to manage close connection times due to a long delay leaving Charlottesville. He then arranged for folks with short times to move forward. We would never have made our connection without him. Gate agents also kept the door open for us as we dashed to our connecting flight and hustled us on board. Amazingly the ground crew also got our luggage transferred in the short 10 minutes we had. Thank you American!"
Pros: "The crew were excellent and very professional. It was not a full flight and boarding was quick and easy. We landed almost an hour early. When we made the reservation we were told it was an 8 hour and 50 minute flight but we got there in 7 hours and 45 minutes, more than 1 hour early. It would be good to know the real timing so that meetings could be planned in a timely way."
Cons: "This is a code share with American Airlines and an American Airlines plane and crew and it is an out of date plane. There were no individual screens only 1 screen hanging down every five or six seats. The seats are very, very narrow. The cleanliness of the tray tables were gooey and full of crusted dirt as were the seat areas in front of the tray tables. I was told that they fly an even older plane from Europe to NY, which is an old one aisle plane. Not sure why AA continues to use such out of date planes but if they use planes from the 1980's it seems to me that they should charge 1980 prices!"
Cons: "Sticking me in the middle row"
Cons: "The plane was 2 hours late . It was in the hsngar. They said they were fixing the plane. It was an old plane. No Screen anywhere . It was 5.5 flight across country. Only pretzels. I will try not to fly American again."
Pros: "On time. Smooth flight."
Cons: "A bit of wait I'm the taxi area in Miami. Not AAs fault double."
Pros: "wi-fi access"
Cons: "Flight was late, crew didn't speak to passengers when boarding or de-boarding, passengers had to check carry=on bags due to limited space"
Pros: "It was on time. Crew was friendly."
Cons: "No direct flight to my destination. Cramped seating. Didn't realize end of plane seats don't lean back."
Pros: "The food was very good! Chicken and mashed potatoes with broccoli was very tasty! A very small salad, a seeded bun, cheese and crackers and apple crumble rounded out the meal. Later pretzels and the grilled cheese and blueberry pastry. Pillow and blanket nice."
Cons: "Movies hard to hear with provided ear buds. I tried three and gave up."
