You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have."

I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

The cost difference to take a flight later the same day was exorbitant (over a $500 additional cost to the price of the original ticket) so we elected to fly back to SAV two days later. I do not understand how airlines can get away with charging such exorbitant ticket prices--these prices should be regulated!"

For a delayed flight, and one that most choose because of the amenities, no one apologized for the lack of amenities. A simple, “we are truly sorry” announced to everyone would have gone miles. Instead, the crew kept trying to almost conceal the total lack of available entertainment and even feign like it might “sort of work” until the last minute. I was traveling with my life partner, who intended upon and did work the whole flight (despite zero internet, even for the little time avail that we are aware of when traveling to/from PR), but also with a just turned 6 year old who had been looking forward to using “his own” screen for the last 2 weeks. Underwhelming to say the least. The crew’s apathy didn’t help.

My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. Have to pay for food Quality of tv monitors very poor And in an uncomfortable position No movie options No wifi although stated the aircraft has Non functioning electrical plug"

He then arranged for folks with short times to move forward. We would never have made our connection without him. Gate agents also kept the door open for us as we dashed to our connecting flight and hustled us on board. Amazingly the ground crew also got our luggage transferred in the short 10 minutes we had. Thank you American!"

My fight from San Juan to Miami on Friday Oct. 7 was cancelled because of hurricane Matthews, since I didnot buy a roundtrip with AA they did not reimburse or offer me a credit for my returning flight. I contacted AA in two ocassions and both times their personnel were impersonal and even rude to me with the whole situation. I ended up losing $250 because of choosing American Airlines. I will do my best to avoid traveling with American ever again, and I will spread the word, as well. I felt robbed, so unfair."

The female crew members, a dark haired woman and a short blond haired woman both would have ignored me if the other two people seated by me did not also try to get their attention. The dark haired woman gave the guy next to me headphones and when I held out my hand she just looked at me and walked away as if she'd been called away. Which she hadn't she came back and started with the row immediately behind us and the guy next to me was nice enough to give me his. Also after nearly waiting 4 hours, 9 minutes before boarding we were given food vouchers and told to "run and hurry" and get food "to go" so most people didn't even bother using the vouchers because of that. I've had better flights with American Airlines, I just didn't know this one would be so poor. Definitely way below average expectations."

My first plane had technical issues and never took off but after hours, the original flight just kept getting delayed and delayed without letting the customers have the updated information or rebooking them. I only made the Washington flight thanks to one lady TSA agent at the Asheville airport who personally retrieved my luggage from the grounded flight and brought them to the Washington flight. The flight itself was fine.

I am very distraught that the information indicating there was an embargo restricting the transportatione of TV greater 32 inches or boxes to Montego Bay was not given during any of those calls.. I don't understand why that information was not sent in an email prior.. On top of that I placed a call to customs in Montego Bay and was adviced that the embargo is enforced by the airline not customs... If I could some how get some answers regarding this I would appreciate it..."

If that hadn't happened, I would've flown all the way to Oklahoma on the wrong flight, with no luggage. Not to mention, it's probably a lapse in security. That's how I learned that my flight was canceled.The United phone line was not helpful. Then, I stood in line FOREVER. After 2 hours of standing in line, they set up a dedicated line, and all of a sudden it was helpful. I'm never not flying southwest again. I'm praying my luggage makes it to where I'm going. AND no wifi on either flight. That really sucks."

I had a over night flight ( in the same reservation all together) an they charge me twice the bags. I ask at the counter registering at the first flight and they didn’t provide me with the accurate information . It seems that personal at the counter need more training on that."

No thank you, will not book with Spirit again."

It's like they want you to miss the flight. Second time in 5 years booking with them and last time was just as bad. If you want to make your destinations on time- don't risk booking with Spirit."

They did not reimburse and they did not have another available flight to Santo Domingo until 5 days later. We had to spend more money to buy a ticket to get down there."
