Although there were a lot of passengers on this flight, the crew was able to get everyone on the plane in an efficient manner.
We were delayed about 2 and a half hours because of the weather in Denver. I was not comfortable at all in my seat because the passenger beside me had his knee and elbow all in my personal space. I asked an attendant if it was okay for me to move and she stated that it was okay, but United switched a lot of passengers flights around so there wouldn't be any empty seats. I was stuck beside the man, all hanging out of my seat, because there wasn't an open seat available. Thank goodness the flight was only 2 hours long. Overall my experience with United was terrible and I will not be flying with them anymore.
Second standby adventure of the day got longer as inbound flight was late.
I called to change my flight to an earlier time due to flooding in PA. The lady who helped me did an equal exchange for my ticket and waved the $200 fee. I was extremely pleased and appreciative. Also, excellent movie choices and food options. I will definitely continue flying with United.
