No headphones to listen or watch a movie. Tight seating area. Not much snacks they offer. Crew members are polite and courteous.
You should be less stingy with the free snacks. This was a 4+-hour flight that already started 90 minutes late. I was allowed one snack choice. I picked almonds and was given a 0.5-oz bag. Really? You couldn’t have given me 2 bags when they’re that small? Or let me choose two different snacks? For such a long flight! Because the flight was bumpy, there was only one snack service, about 2 hours into the flight. That’s fine - you can’t control the weather - but knowing that the normal 2 services was reduced to just 1 - AND that we had left Atlanta 90 minutes late — all the more reason to be more generous with snacks! Frankly, your snacks should be bigger portions anyway. I felt like your airline was being incredibly stingy.
Back to front boarding works, drop a lot of the prepared categories to Wheelchair, babies, military and 1st class, then board back to front, it works. had difficulty seeing phone to get free wifi, the items you need to check need to be in bigger font.

Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

They cancel flight last minute and didn’t have a flight coming to the airport I booked. Even though I had to rebook to another airport it’s a 1hr and 20 from my home instead of 5-7 minutes. It’s a inconvenience because I’m pushing for time because I have to get back home and get ready for work. I’m very tired and disappointed in the airlines for doing that and should be compensated for it once again.

At the boarding gate i was informed the airplane suffered a downgrade and therefore my business seat wasn’t available anymore. The company wasn’t open for conversation and simply changed my business seat for a coach seat. After boarding the whole experience was terrible: the food made me throw away 1h later, when i felt sick i called for assistance and nobody showed up, the flight attendants were rude and hit me 3 times without apologizing. Never felt so humiliated and disrespected during a flight.

Cons: "Delayed takeoff by 1 hour waiting for a crew to fly in. Upon crew arrival, new crew member states that there are standby crew available and he's not sure why they didn't call on them. Then we continued to wait for 3 more passengers who were delayed and now had a chance to board our flight. Once landed, gate was occupied by yet another flight running late so we waited for 15 minutes to get to the gate."

Pros: "The planes were on time. On our way down to Cozumel. The pilot let me 4-year-old son see the cockpit. Which was AWESOME, they were great As well as the flight crew on the way down. The trip down was terrific, If AA had this level of service all the time I would fly with them all the time."
Cons: "The trip home was more of what i expected from AA. The check-in process was slow and i was overcharged for my bike, On the way down it was $25 the same price as previous AA flights, On other airlines, it also just counts as a piece of luggage. On the way home i was charged $150 oversized luggage, yet it was <50 lbs and within the size limits. The flight crew was not overall friendly. Very business like and not warm at all. If they were a restaurant i would not be returning. The locks on my bike case were both broken off. the case was not locked. Nor was this done by TSA as they would have left a note as they have previously done."

BA was an hour late taking off from London to Warsaw. The onboard experience was charge for everything. No sodas, water, nuts, etc. Oh and boarding, cmon. The gold, silver and special people go first. I think that was 5 people. The other 150 plus, you are on your own, go. You have your typical isle 5 person holding up the entire loading procedure, trying to get their oversized bag in the overhead, versus loading from the back. Wow."

I am extremely upset because I paid an extra $75.00 on day of to get home earlier but ended up getting home at the same time that I would have on my original flight because the flight was late and I missed my shuttle because 1920 was late boarding. I should be reimbursed SOMETHING for my inconvenience...especially after paying $75.00 extra for an earlier flight."

The gate didn’t change, the info was just wrong. Fortunately, my third flight was delayed about 30 minutes. But this also was not communicated in the United text until late."

I am allergic to milk (common allergy), you put milk products everywhere. Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"

Upon boarding there was plenty of room in the bins. The waiting at the end of each flight made the gateway crowded and replanting inefficient. Either have all bags checked upon check in with stricter guidelines or put overhead items into a lottery system."

Cons: "The public address system at St Johns is very poor in that you cannot understand the announcements. The announcements are inaudible in the Gate 1 area of the terminal (including the adjacent snack bar area). I asked the gate attendant what an announcement was about and was told that there was a 45-minute delay in our flight. Our group then went to the adjacent snack bar. Less than 10 minutes after the flight delay announcement I walked out of the adjacent snack bar and found that they were already boarding the flight!! Had I not gone back to the gate, we all would have missed our flight!!"

Cons: "The flight got delayed and we were told it was "basically cancelled" so we got on a different flight out for the morning but were told we couldn't get a hotel voucher because we volunteered to get off the flight. Very disappointed, will never fly united again. The flight ended up getting cancelled 5 minutes after we "volunteered" to get a different flight too. Luckily we were able to get onto a different airline who helped us out. United dropped the ball big time."
Pros: "Everything was perfect - the pretzel packs looked like they were from 2007 and stale but I don't care about that. The pilots landing there and back were like we landed on clouds - not a single bump or jolt. The flights left on time and arrived early. The staff at gate and plane were so helpful and happy and knew how to do their jobs and not opposed to doing it with a smile. I have flown over the world and these two flights on united were the best."
