We were pleased with the flight experience. Nothing to complain or shout about. Unfortunately the rating scale in this survey will skew the results and give a false impression of what really happened. For example, we didn’t use the entertainment system yet we are forced to reply. A far more insightful scale would include “not applicable.”

We flew business class this time. The food in their economy class is much better in general. Also only coffee, tea and orange juice is free. Beer can be bought only. Same as economy, so their business class service is poor.

Nice flight, stress-free but why bother serving a meal on a 55 minute flight. From what I saw there was a lot of waste because travellers weren't interesting in eating on this short trip. Get rid of the meal and cut the price.

Generally good. I didn't have any food on the flight so I can't make a judgement. It smelled good.

Efficient, comfortable and clean-very good flight with friendly staff and crew

On a 45 mins flight to Koh Samui from Bangkok we were served delicious shrimp pad thai and hot tea. The flight crew did an awesome job serving a full flight.

Seats are tight and leg room so small. We had deep impressions under kneecap from the seat in front. A sign that Bangkok Airways is fully aware how small it is built is the cutout in the table. Very uncomfortable for people in size 1.80 m or more.

This is my 2nd flight with this airline. Service is very good. I was surprised they served a meal on such a short flight. The airplane landed so smooth that most people were unaware the plane had just landed. About half of the people on board applauded.

The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The food is tasty and there’s plenty of water provided. Flights are well air conditioned.

The food was inedible- The rice was hard as a rock The chicken was hard and could not chew Horrible meal. Don’t even serve it. It was an insult to think that you would have even served it.

Air Asia just dreadfull. Always poorest customer service and very unwelcoming staff which is clearly bread in from the Top down from the CEO

Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.

Other than the bus wait time to off board passenger when we reached Don Muang, everything else was excellent

Very good, it would be good if payment for drinks could be accepted by card too.

Ontime, no frills, the cabin is clean, the ticket price is lower than the full-service airlines.

Paid for a meal we didn't receive. They admitted they had forgetten ours. No compensation or rectification offered. We requested if they would just give us a glass of wine instead and we would call it even. Crew advised they could not do this and to go to Air Asia counter on arrival and request a refund. Our flight didn't arrive until 2am so this was not a viable option. The crews solution was if we wanted a wine we should purchase one. I was unhappy with that suggestion considering they had already ripped us off with our meal.

Took 4 flights in 5 days 3 out of 4 left late about one hour each.

The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder

No WiFi or movies. And the seat We’re uncomfortable. Good thing it was a short flight

It was on time! First time in a long time for Air Asia. Thank you!

Never on time when I fly and Thai Vietjet App is too complicated. I had booked und paid for seat number 15A but when checked in, I got another seat number and row. I paid extra 50 bath for what??? They couldn’t change and I got no refund. No time to discuss with the ground crew to change it. I would never pay for seat anymore.

Excellent experience nothing could be improved with staff. Was hoping someday the airline will use tape recorded lfor languages that are not common to staff. Probably with AI it might be a good addition

Need more where chair assistant helper I request, but no one help me.

We were packed in like sardines. They did not even serve water on the flight!

Everything was good just the part on the need to transfer via bus to plane

Around Asia, Vietjet is always my favorite airline. Great service and beautiful stewardesses :)

I get tired of Viet Jet's regular delays. I tell myself every time that I need tp switch to Air Asia, which I have, but AA doesn't always have flights when I need them. Oh well...

Worst experience, hands down. With a movable departure time it's impossible to know at what time to go to the airport. On the day of my return flight I received a kayak email informing me that my flight was bent rescheduled for an hour earlier. I literally had to run to the airport to learn it wasn't true. Never again

There were four delays over a period of 3 1/2 hours with very little advance warning. There was no explanation offered as to the reason for the delays. I hope I never have to fly a Thai Viet Jet Air again.

Delayed boarding, deboarding by bus - time to choose another airline.

Forthright communication to the customers regarding services offered and any fees involved.

Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.

I have taken more than 50 flights in the past year and this is the worst onboard experience that I've come across. There's always a risk with budget airlines and their creative views of customer service. Having bought a standard seat, we boarded at the assigned seat - we naturally couldn't choose ourselves as that would be extra cost. After take-off, the person in the row in front leans back their seat. As a frequent flyer, I believe this is their right, so I try to lean my seat back as well to have the same space available. However, my standard seat could not lean back, as the row behind was an exit row. As I had paid for a standard seat, not a less space than standard, I moved to the completely free row behind me. This was not allowed, as due to extra legroom, this would cost extra. Subsequently spent the next 30 mins discussing this scenario with the crew. I have no issues with budget airlines and additional charges, but if I pay for a standard seat, I want a standard seat, not one with less space. As you do not offer me a discount for the less space, do not try and charge me a premium, when I find a free seat with more space. It works both ways Scoot.

Finishes were quite worn, including our very scratched up seatback. No entertainment available, and the WiFi (even for “ScootHub”) was very slow. Crew were somewhat friendly.

Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable

Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.

Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.

The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..

WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works

6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air
