There was no vegetarian option. Most airlines now have at least one vegetarian option. You had to ask at time of booking.Booked flight last min as Mom not well,l no time to think @ food.
Flight attendants were nice
Not very happy with Aer Lingus’s ground crew or customer service or the way they run things. And Dublin airport is an unorganized mess. Probably will never fly with them again. Gave no concessions for canceling my flight out to Amsterdam.
JFK flight - exit row has TONS of space at modest cost. Latest movies showing for free.
Inconsistent food: was decent outbound but less so on the return. Doesn't participate in TSA Pre.
He crew were nice.
The flight has an hour delay from LAX that caused me to have 20 minuets catch my connection flight and I did not receive my bag. I’m on vacation for 5 days in Hamburg and I’ve already lost 1 day to go out and explore the city. This was my first time flying with Aer Lingus and I unfortunately will be my last time.

Horrible online service and the surprise of being on a different airline than my travel documents had stated.
The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight.
I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi.
They stole my money
KLM crews look unhappy with their work. Everything they do is a favor not duty.
They have one line of executive class after the kitchen and toilet, is very noisy.
My bagage broke
I paid extra fee for extra bagage which was tv and i paid insurance my tv broke and no one responces for it

From the staff to the food but mostly the staff. I have never experienced worse customer care then this. Pretty bold statement since I’m a New Yorker. Flight was delayed and it wasn’t weather related. Too much to complain about . Never again will I travel with them.
