Ground/baggage handling in ATL. Bags took 40-50 minutes to show up on carousel. The ground staff at ATL dropped the ball when everything else was going so smoothly
The friendly hosting of the crew and the clean and tidy of everything the food was delicious hot and cean
The alcoholic drinks on the craft had to be banned for sack of God

The movie selection was good.
They offered drinks/water ONCE in the entire 13 hour trip. I was desperate for water about 6 hours in. I did purchase a bottle of water after I was through security at the Amman airport, but when I went to my gate, I couldnt take the water to the actual waiting area!
It was a short and efficient flight.
The airline canceled my return flight without notice because I did not board an earlier connecting flight.
The flight was overall great. I very much liked the price, the fact that I was allowed to take two big suitcases, and the sitting was overall ok space wise. The crew was kind and the food was OK. I am very likely to make reservations with this airline in the future!
I did not like the fact that there was no WiFi on the flight. I also did not like the fact that the selection of movies was quite limited and not very recent. Finally, I did not like the fact that there was very little service on the flight. I would have liked to see more beverages (hot and cold) offered throughout the flight, and the clearing of meals done more rapidly.
Bording was not very organized.
