Cons: "The flight attendant went on and on and ON about how turbulent air was reported ahead, just because we're in a smooth stretch doesn't mean we're out of it yet, and so on. Must have been every 10-20 minutes. She just would not stop talking; while her voice was fine in person, over the PA it sounded like a cheese grater taken to my inner ear. I barely slept that flight; it was miserable."

The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."

Pros: "When I checked in for my flight I was given another passenger’s ticket (very similar name) and my checked bag was then sent to this other flight destination. when I got to my gate (correct destination) I discovered the error. The gate crew worked hard to get my checked bag off the wrong flight and rerouted to my flight within 20 minutes of my flight’s departure."

it was a nightmare of a trip. multiple delays, dirty bathrooms, long wait in tarmac, ran out of fuel diverting flight. on and all over 4 hour delay!

I also wish it would be possible to "gift" miles to family members. I would love to have my son and daughter-in-law take advantage of my miles to go on a honeymoon."
