Complaint filed with Turkish airline resulted in nothing. I made several calls for update and only repose I got was we will send an email to the complaint dept. and you will here in 24 hours. This has been going on for over 5 days with no contect, update or resolution. Once back in the US, I plane to file a formal complaint with FAA and more. DO NOT take this airline. They are worst airline I have ever used and will never use it again."

The bathroom does not have ventilation and the toilet basically does not have any liquid for flushing!"
Pros: "I paid 60 bucks for an emergency row exit, take get some extra leg room and space so that I would be fresh when I arrived in Munich. However KLM allowed a passenger — who did not pay for the emergency row to sit next to me because he needed the extra space because he was a liarge man, and clearly didn’t fit very well in the economy seats. Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. I understand the other passengers comfort was important and if that was the case he should’ve paid $60 as well."

I travel with a musical instrument and some airlines want to check it and some even insist on checking it, even though there is always plenty of room. This was a completely full flight and no one even mentioned the possibility of checking it; they put me in an early boarding line and put it in a closet. The way they handle this for myself and the other passenger with an instrument made our day, as well as making boarding smoother forbus and everyone else. Really excellent job on that!"

The crew provided passengers with a hotline number that worked rarely: we were told to call the number after 9 AM the next day - it took until about 1 PM before the signal would stop being busy and another 1 hour on hold before anyone from support would pick up. After someone did answer, the support agent on the line was aggressive and rude. She said she could not help me due to the flight having been booked through Kayak. When asked whether she would be contacting them to determine next steps, since this was an issue between Aer Lingus and the website, she shouted that she would do nothing of the sort and immediately hung up. Overall, this entire experience has been a nightmare - I would not recommend flying through Aer Lingus to anyone. Not due to the flight cancellation, but due to the complete lack of support and utter disinterest in helping customers."
